I live next to Home Depot, anytime I need something for house or especially bolts for cars and etc I skip going to Home Depot and I just go straight here, love the spot and employees are super helpful and friendly

So I would like to take a minute to explain my situation. I never have written a review In my life but I feel this one is necessary. Was told from the warranty company on my broken leaf blower to bring it to the hardware store for them to look over, find the problem and fix. I was given an attitude on the phone when I called to ask the covid guidelines (because I called first and didn’t want to just walk in the store) and in the store was given a nasty attitude by 3 different workers. I then left my blower for them to take apart and look over. They called 20 minutes after I left the store, they didn’t even look at it the right way and just assumed what the problem was. They were also wrong because I sent it to the manufacturer and they found the real problem and it was nothing that the hardware store said it was. Bad service, bad attitudes, and clearly they are scamming people from their broken parts department Creating problems that don’t exist. Highly WOULD NOT reccommend. God Bless

If Im looking for some unique part I need to repair some four to eight decade old item in my house, Ive found that Im better off if I come here first. Not only do they have a large collection of small items Ive needed to repair rather than replace my things, the staff here are knowledgeable and respectful. Theyll gladly help you find what youre looking for. If they dont have it, theyre willing to tell you where you might find it. Ill gladly buy here before hitting a big box store.

I have found THE BEST hardware store ever! Today I told them that they now have a customer for life!The store was recommended to me by someone and I brought a very difficult project for their advise and solution. I was in a pickle.The moment I stepped into the store folks were asking me if they can help me in any way.Mike was the first gentleman that took a shot at solving the problem. We were not having luck. He then called over VInny who is one of the owners of the store. He probably spent close to an hour with me, not only figuring out a solution but custom cutting parts in the machine shop in the back. They custom made the part for me!When the job was competed and I was told the price, I wanted to give them more money then I was charged. This store is excellent.If you are tired of the Home Depots of the world or the local hardware stores where workers dont really know what they are doing, go to County Line Hardware. You will not be sorry.

So I own a painting company veterans painting and papering. I was on job site and my power washer extender pole snapped on me. These guys had the opportunity to sell me a new pole that would have cost me approximately $300. Naturally any salesman would have sold me the pole. The piece that I needed didn’t fit bc that’s how big corporations make their money. Sell you stuff that you can’t buy parts for... well it took them well over 30 minutes going back and forth trying to get it to work. After multiple attempts that had to basically drill into part to make it wide enough for the replacement part to fix. Let me re-iterate 30 minutes was spent on getting this done for me. They wouldn’t give up. Any other company would have said hey sorry here’s a new pole for $300. What really shocked me the most was that they didn’t even charge me... seriously.....I don’t write reviews but this had to be done. I really can’t believe what just happened. I read something from another review on here for a 1 star... I really think that you need to reconsider on what you wrote. Maybe you were thinking about another store because what just happened to me is unheard of... I will make sure from this point forward that whenever I am working in the area that I am coming here. They have officially got a customer for life and I’m going to highly recommend them to every contractor that I know...

Very disappointed in their service. I am a previous customer who has bought many big ticket items in this store. I needed a brass fitting to convert 3/8”to 1/4”. The bins with these fittings was directly adjacent to the cash register. Two employees who were doing nothing watched me searching bins for over ten minutes and offered no assistance.

I was just in there and the staff were very helpful! It was a pleasure to be able to go into a hardware store and receive wonderful and friendly service.

The staff here is always knowledgeable and ready to help. On my latest visit, they cut a custom piece of glass for a large frame I had brought in and it was all done while I waited. Even nearby Home Dept couldnt have done that! Hurray for the local store.

This is a great store with a whole lot of products/selection. Its one of those stores where I still enjoy walking up and down the aisles, even if I dont need anything...

Ive gone there on many occasions and was treated rudely and with disrespect. Its almost as if they dont want to wait on a woman. Only on one occassion did the man go above and beyond helping me. I only went there today because they were the only place that carried what I needed. I cringed at the thought of going there again. I dont know how all these other reviewers get great service. They must think that Im a dumb blonde, but Im really a smart brunette in disguise. LOL
