My regular CVS which was always a good customer service was ruined today by a very unprofessional worker Estela. Supposed to be part of the management but she needs to be re trained. No patience, no customer skills at all. I was buying something and trying to use my rewards as always do every month and came out that she did not suggest how to redeem them so she was frustrated doing voids to the point that I cancel part of the items and recommend her to just think about her position but she confronted me and asked me to speak to his manager Richard who was not there, she was so confident telling that she will be working tomorrow also to speak to his manager Richard, I wonder if there is a mafia there to just treat customers or employees there own was, I guess they will kicked me out tomorrow if I comeback. So I will call corporate to ask permission to enter the store again.

I ask the guy for the foto service but he make wait for just at the end told me to get in the regular I waste a lot time

Shamed on this CVS, it’s one of a kind to a bad customer service given by an employee named John, repeatedly he was sending me back to the rack where I couldn’t find the product I was looking for, until I opt for not accepting his “help”.WE ALL ARE LIVING A HARD TIME, lot of people are struggling without an income to support their families!!! Some of the people that come here come with the pettiest of complains. Read your coupons fine print and do not feel like you are entitled to anything. These workers here always put up a brave face and serve with patience. I applaud you for your service and always having the store stoked as best as possible. Will continue to come and recommend this place, always.

I love this pharmacy because the girls are very attentive and they are fast. I walked in today with 15 minutes till closing time. Lizette helped me to get all my kids refills. They are asthmatic and I was running low on their medicine. She was so nice to get my medicine and with the nicest attitude, not bothered at all and even saying she hopes my kids get better. To me this is the best service!! Thank you Lizette!!

Whats the point of a business having a phone if they dont answer? Called multiple times during business hours and no answer. I rather go somewhere were the customers do matter!!!!

Ruby at the pharmacy was extremely professional, and politely answered all my questions.

I came here on Saturday November 17 around 4pm to purchase toilet paper on sale I decided to use my 10$ cvs bucks i earned on them when the cashier Cindy or Maria (they refused to give me a name or employee iD)in the front refused to check me out and said “you can’t do that it won’t work” I asked her to try and she refused and proceeded to reach over grabbed my hand and yanked my cupón of course I was in shock and extremely upset and called the manager / supervisor Maria she checked me out with no problem, I believe this is on camera I really don’t appreciate being grabbed and I know that’s physical battery when I called to request her employee id or first name to report the incedent to corporate the same supervisor Maria said sure and hung up on me I called again and she said I was disconnected and proceeded to tell me I am harassing them now when I was on hold for over 10minutes just trying to report the incedent to a real manager. I will call corporate on Monday this is unacceptable and extremely disappointing when I have been shopping there for over 5 years with no problem.

Good service and the employees are always very nice always say hello when I come in. Though i love it there, there can be poor security. I was once there during a robbery and I was really frightened.

The manager came more thief than the employees buy some headphones and not quiaieton change them. Almost all the staff with bad attitude .....
