The owner Rob works with his son. Rob said that the work is guaranteed for a year but I kept having to bring my toy back to him on more than one occasion after it had been over there for months. Rob tried to fix it and always said there was something else wrong. To this day my toy is still not running right. I dont suggest anyone goes there. If not for what happened to me just think, if he fixes something and it breaks down theres only Rob who is licenced and his son who is not. There is no way he can guarantee any work that he does due to fear of not making a profit if he needs to constantly repair something else. Youre better off bringing your toys to a dealer or bigger business that can actually guarantee their work.

After an amazing experience in 2019 with Watercraft Plus ATV, we returned this week to have our skis checked out for this season. I called on Friday and spoke to the owner of the shop, we agreed my husband would bring the skis in after work on Wednesday. My husband tooK the skis in on Wednesday, fully expecting to drop our two skis off and we would pick them up after he worked on them. I am happy to say that their service was amazing just like our experience last year. The gentleman came out, completed the work while my husband was there and with a very reasonable invoice paid my husband brought home our skis all ready for the summer. I wouldn’t give my business to anyone else. We are super happy customers! I highly recommend Watercraft Plus ATV.

Great service all around. The owner Robert is so friendly and always keeps me updated when I bring stuff in. Great customer service, when I get my jet skis back they are always so clean, and they go out of their way to make sure everything looks great in the end result. Great business. If you need fixing with jet skis, quad, boats, etc. This would be the place to go for sure

Rob and his techs have been working on my jet skis for over 8 years now. You will be hard pressed to find anyone in the industry with more depth and breadth of knowledge about watercraft than Rob Aldana. He can recite technical specs and how a particular part functions and its purpose as easily as if he was reciting the alphabet. Over the years, he has made repairs, performance modifications on my skis, as well as trailer modifications and repairs on my trailers. He is exceptionally adept and skilled in metal fabrication and welding. But above all of this, he really comes off as a nice guy that truly cares about his quality of work and the reputation of his shop. In fact, one of my first experiences with his repairs was that one of my skis had a leaking intermediate seal on a 650sx. He changed it out, tested it in front of me to ensure it didnt leak before I left. I took the ski out to the river and rode for a few hours and it started to leak. Called up Rob, and he was more than happy to have me bring it back in and take care of it. It ended up being an additional part but he replaced and repaired it WITHOUT any additional charge as he said he should have replaced the second part when he did the intermediate seal. I knew then that I had found someone I could trust for all my repairs going forward. Over the years, I can tell that Rob is more interested in charging you fairly and keeping you as a happy, long term customer than one-off gouging you as the dealership or other places might. I really am grateful for Rob, not just as someone who repairs my skis, but as a genuine person. I am fortunate to have come across him and his shop.I will ALWAYS refer my friends and anyone to Watercraft Plus.

I have been taking my motorcycles to Watercraft plus ATV for about five years and recommend them above and beyond any other shop that I have used.First they are extremely affordable and always meet what was quoted. They never do additional work without contacting me and discussing possible or suggested additional work and providing a price if needed and the work they perform always matches in full with what they quoted. By and far their prices are the cheapest.More important than that is how they handle the bike, reviewing what needs to be done with me, amazing customer service and finally the work that they do is incredibly immaculate and detailed. Rob Aldana looks at each bike personally when I bring it in, talks with me in detail about why I brought it in, always gets back to me within about an hour after he has done his inspections and diagnostics and reviews the whole picture with me from problem, to what he found and why and the work that needs to be done. He has always let me know what repairs must be done immediately and which I can wait on if I need to. He always provides me with a quote immediately on the work and gives me the time frame that it will take.Every time I’ve had work done the quote I have received from Rob has been the exact price that I have paid. Since I have been bringing my bikes in to him he has always had them back on or before the date he quoted to me. I have never had to bring my vehicle back in for an issue with service. In addition to work that they perform on my bike they are amazing at the servicing of the bikes. Rob keeps records on each vehicle that include every single thing that has been done to the bikes, notes from the repairs etc. as well as a tracking on when recurring maintenance has been done and when they are due. Not having to worry about this is so nice.Having worked through many shops and mechanics over the years compared to the manner that Rob does business and the detail and accuracy of his work have made me a life long customer of Watercrafts plus ATV. I truly entrust them and my life when they work on my bikes and it takes an exceptional owner and a shop to earn that trust.Real quick, some of the jobs they have worked on recently for me is switching out an exhaust system back to factory on my Yamaha 600r, while doing this Rob noticed that no adjustments had been made when the other pipes had been put on. He took a lot of extra time at his own cost dialing in the bike to the point that it is a completely new bike to me. I only felt so so about the bike but when I received it back he had dialed it in to the point that it is incredibly smooth, accelerates at an even pace, not choppy, stronger and quicker acceleration on the low end and more. I cannot say enough about the quality of work done on that bike. Rob is one of those mechanics that cares for the bikes he works on and his customers above the cost. His focus was how I felt about how the bike was running, was the bike running at the level and higher that it had been manufactured to run (he saved me on gas mileage), was the bike in good maintained care and to be honest he fixed some safety issues for me as well.He and the shop have also worked on my GSXR 750 multiple times, doing all of the maintenance, some very large repairs, some upgrades and an overhaul when I went down on the 73.Again I cannot recommend this shop more.

We needed someone to look at our PWC to diagnose and repair the problem. We called the shop on Friday and explained the situation to Tori and he told us to bring it down. One of the things we told him was that we wanted it back by Thursday to take off for a family trip to the river. He told us to bring it in and he would take a look at it. We took it down on Saturday. He gave us the pricing. We okd the work and he was honest and said he wouldnt get to it until Monday that he had some other work ahead of ours. We got a call early this afternoon that it was done and we could come pick it up. It was exactly what he thought it was and the price was exactly what he told us it would be. On a side note, he did tell us he generally runs this business with his dad and his dad is out of the country on family business. Tori is a one man show and doing a great job. Great customer service. Thank you Watercraft Plus ATV!! We will be back!

I am becoming concerned. My Seadoo has been parked in front of his shop for 3 months now. Not a single call yet. Voicemail box always full. Drove to shop because website says open at 9:00 am so I arrive at 10:30 and place is completely locked down. Im starting to feel like my business is not really appreciated. My last conversation with him asked him to keep me informed as to when he could start troubleshooting my Seadoo. Still waiting.

OK....I dont know about Sams experience but Ive been taking my watercrafts to Rob ( Watercraft + ATV. ) for about 12 years and hes always been upfront with me and honest.Sometimes it a costly problem, I mean it is a complicated machine, but there have been a few times where Ive taken them in and its an adjustment or a minor fix that he does it right there on the spot, sometimes no charge! He is in my opinion as honest as they come. But!! Yup there is a but, If you get your w/cs worked on there....you need to pick them up when they are done. He doesnt run a storage facility. Go to Watercraft+ATV if you dont want to be overcharged like those other corporate places and if you want honest and straightforward service. That is all!
