Called in advance to ask about kitchen aprons I saw online. Spoke to Leslie, who verified they were in stock. I didnt make it by there till a day & a 1/2 later. She had tagged one with my name and left it at the counter. I drove 50miles round trip, for a particular type apron, for my daughter, and I would do it again for the service I received on the phone and in store. Thank you!

This store has THE WORST customer service ever!! I have on several occasions been treated like I’m not good enough to shop in there and when I had a problem with a purchase it was definitely an inconvenience and not resolved. Would not recommend this store

Lots of really cool kitchen gadgets! We purchased an ice cream maker and love it. Nothing like home made ice cream, where we can tailor the ingredients to suit our tastes. Weve really enjoyed reducing the sweetness slightly and supplementing with fresh fruit, not exactly keto, but being able to control the ingredients gets us close enough.

We had excellent help finding a new coffee

My husband ordered the Happy Birthday cake for me from their website For my birthday two weeks ago. The cake arrived a day late and was smashed. I reached out and was told a replacement was going to be sent. After I didn’t hear anything back from them I reached out again only to be told the order was never placed and my husband was refunded his money. So not only was my birthday ruined, But also didn’t even get to enjoy a nice cake. Trashed the entire thing. Never ordering from there again.

I visit Williams Sonoma often all year long. They have wonderful pumpkin breads and Apple spice bread mixes. Hot chocolate is out of this world. Wonderful kitchen items and small.appliances. They have cooking classes for instant pot and others. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful ladies who will help with any questions. I like this store very much!

Sales person was very helpful and found what we were looking for. Because they didnt have it in the store, ordered it to be shipped directly to us for free.

Excellent service, and great set up for the Christmas holiday. If youre making a purchase, double check the in-store price versus their online price. Larger items such as the all clad, and boos blocks have given us discrepancies.

Some of the ladies that work here are very rude and pushy. Its very difficult to shop here without 3-4 people basically following you around asking you several times if you need help or trying to get you to buy something you dont need or want. These situations have happened to me multiple times coming here. One individual took being unprofessional to a whole different level and told me Im not kidding, youre arent allowed to shop anywhere but here. I laughed because I was so shocked that someone in retail would be this intrusive. The person repeated You think Im kidding, Im not. Needless to say I wont be coming back here.
