WB& M (Jessica) helped me create the perfect gift for my annual girls trip to Jamaica! It was a last minute thought to embroider 11 lightweight robes for the ladies.. they went above and beyond to make sure I had the robes the evening before my flight out! The gift was a hit and the ladies wore them to breakfast every morning!

They do such a great job on custom t-shirt designs. I loved the shirts made for my 2 year old girl boy twins for this past Christmas. I even had a shirt made for myself. They are professional, friendly, and have quality materials.

I love this place! Reasonable prices for customizable items! Buy the item there or bring one from home. I get hubbys work shirts embroidered for under $10 !! And usually complete in about a week! Awesome!!

I brought in a stocking that had been embroidered a year ago at the EmbroiderMe store in Spring and wanted three more made to match. The employee was able to find the matching font and told me the color was white to match. Pick up the stockings today and while the font matches it is not the same width or height of the original stocking and the color is bright white which clearly does not match the more ivory/off white original. I left the original with them to match and they embroidered the other 4 stockings which clearly DO NOT match. The owner basically put the blame on me as we had looked at the font on the computer and I had signed off on it. Very dissatisfied customer. Will be buying new stockings and making the drive to EmbroiderMe in Spring for better quality and customer service.

I dropped off 5 french cuff dress shirts to be monogrammed and gave specific instructions regarding where on the cuff I wanted my embroidery. When I picked the shirts up, the monogram was in the wrong spot. In fact, it was an inch higher than it should have been. 5 luxury brand dress shirts ruined as a result of this mistake. Very disappointed and do not plan to return.
