If you havent stopped by the RTIC retail store you absolutely must go! The layout is open and inviting. Everything is nicely displayed. The layout of the store is well thought out and easy to navigate. Nice selection of the RTIC products and well stocked. If an item shows sold out online they probably have it at the retail store. Theres also an open box section that has great deals if youre looking for something at a clearance price. Prices are way more reasonable than that other brand and the quality is just as good if not better.
Customer support is terrible! I purchased a soft pack (Strata) directly online from then and used it literally 4 times and the upper lid seam has come unglued. I called them and was told they could not replace the cooler. They offered 10-15% off a new cooler. Are they kidding me!? The least they could do is at least offer a reasonable discount on a new one. I will never order a product from this company again. SAVE money in the long run and purchase a Yeti, their customer service is awesome. RTIC products dont even compare to Yeti. Yeti is the best bet for your money.
One of my favorite stores now. Such high quality items at a reasonable price. Im definitely an RTIC fanatic and have been for about 5 years. When in Houston, go check it out.
Product came in beat up and messed up. Customer service was a total joke after waiting on hold for over an hour. They ended up shipping out a new one promising I’d return this one and then they told me that was them doing me “A Favor”. Received the 2nd one today and it had water all in it. Not even sure where that came from. They are not willing to truly help and are a pain to get in touch with.
Great selection of great products. Was able to get a soft cooler in the “Gently Used” section for 25% off. Employees are helpful.
This is a showcase store at their headquarters in Cypress, Texas. It appears to stock almost everything they make. The sales staff answered questions about various products and we bought a few things as a result. The coolers are seriously engineered to keep cold products cold for a very long time. I only wish they had models with wheels or some way to add a roller mechanism. Other than that, it was a nice place.
Awesome store, amazing workers, was a bit upset that they only do active duty military discounts. It never makes sense to me why distinguish between active duty and veteran when we all served or are serving. Aside from that great experience

The new show room is really nice, and the product selection is amazing! The last time I was here about 3 years ago, the retail shop was just a corner office with stacks of items. Then you showing us so much nicer.

Had a great time here. I personally love rtic products. They DO require MASKS for store entry. Has a great time with staff helping me find the products I was going to need for my Florida trip and recommend certain things over others in terms of travel and hiking. Wound up leaving with an awesome cooler backpack.
Very impressed! Had all the newest products, sizes, colors, etc. for really good prices. Would definitely stop by again in the future if Im on that side of town! Store is also very clean with helpful staff!

Not what I expected at all. I was expecting a simple warehouse store but it was a well decorated and stocked retail store with lots of helpful staff. It reminded me of a mini Bass Pro Shop actually lol

Terrible customer service. I wanted to purchase a 110 cooler. When I called to check to see if they had the size and color I wanted in stock I was told “well I can’t see it from here so it may be here or it may not” I told her that I lived an hour away and was willing to drive and spend $400 but I wanted to make sure it was there. I asked is there anyone there that can go check. They put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Called back several times over the next hour and no answer. This was at 3:30 so I know they’re open.
Nice store for RTIC coolers and cups. Same quality as the more expensive brands at a much better price. Plus I like their logo a lot better. Who can argue with a polar bear!
Corner on the market, better price than YETI but could be lower. Do far 45 gal is staying book of course temps are cool outside. Box is a bit heavy. Need to work out more. Good size. Clean store. Helpful staff.
Ordered over a week ago and still don’t have product. Terrible customer service. Needed product for this Father’s Day weekend. Customer service said to call back after the weekend. What?? I’ve been waiting for 6 days for delivery. Like it was supposed to be delivered 6 days ago! Customer service could have sent another to get me through the trip or just refund me my money so I can buy something else for trip. I will never. I mean never buy another RTIC product again.

Zipper on the $200 cooler broke at the beginning of the second summer i owned the cooler. unless you buy the cooler directly from RTIC they offer ZERO warranty - trash company, beware
This is their flagship factory store so kinda fun to visit for that reason alone. Great quality products 2/3 the price of the competition. They seem to be still working out kinks in their lids as they keep changing them but seem to be getting better and their accessories are much cheaper than the competition (which I assume is Yeti). Good place to visit if you want to see all their new and latest products and the prices are great.
If you like RTIC, then you need to make a stop in there retail store. This place has everything, and its all the best. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend coming here to the retail store to purchase some RTIC accessories products. My reason for coming here is because I was returning a 30 oz RTIC Tumbler cup metallic red (Awesome color). My fiancée purchase the cup here and the pain on the cup was a little distorted but they gave me no hassle in exchanging because I really did want the same cup but I notice that they have several merchandise in there retail store that are very cheap. There products are cheap but built tuff to last. I show off one of my RTIC Tumbler Cup. Dont forget to like and share my post.

My wife makes custom tumblers and many other items. Our customers love the cups from here better than anywhere else. Always gotta stock up each month!
Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone. Called them twice. 1 hour before they closed. And no one answered. The phone kept ringing and ringing for about 5-7 minutes on each call.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a cooler back on December 9th, 2020 as a gift and still have not received it in early February. Each time I talk to customer service they are rude and give me another excuse as to why its pushed back. I am now looking at late February to mid-March. If you have supply chain issues, fine- but communicate with your customers and make it right. As an aside, they will delete or not publish any negative reviews on their own website, its no wonder every product has 5 stars.

I purchased a RTC 40 less than a year ago at the end of summer. It sat in my house the entire winter with very little use. The top of the cooler is now coming unglued. They claim they are over built - not over priced but I would say you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a product that will last.

We purchased an RTIC cooler from the Buccees at the Baytown store for vacation in July. The next day, the trim started coming unglued. We took it back by Bucees on our way home to exchange it and they said we had to contact RTIC. So we did. They finally said that they would replace it but we have to pay shipping charges of $30 because it was purchased through a 3rd party. For a $100 cooler, that may fall apart again, this is just not worth it. We shouldnt have to pay shipping charges on a defective product. We are already out time and frustration.
Ive never visited the store (yet) but Im a big fan of their products. Everything Ive ordered online has arrived within 2-3 days, in good shape and always with a little decal or some other freebie. Their tumblers, coolers, lunch kits and travel bags are all built to last, well designed and rugged enough for severe duty. Great company with great products that people want!
Bought a tan 110. I noticed that it wasnt holding ice very well. After inspection i realized that the lid was warped causing it not to seal in the front. I contacted RTIC and they let me exchange it for a different one. They were sold out of the tan 110s so I had to wait a month to receive my replacement. When it finally came in the mail, same exact problem. I feel like 2 coolers with the same issue is a quality control problem on RTICs part. I wanted really bad to like this cooler but will be returning it this time fora refund and will be going with the competitor.
I have never in my 43 years have had such a great customer service experience! We emailed a problem with something and within 2 hours I was emailed back with an apology and a tracking number to fix our problem. Thank you so much! We have been and will continue to support RTIC!
Fantastic products and customer service can’t be beat! I had a lid issue with a large order I placed in January 2020 but didn’t notice until the event was actually able to take place in November and I unpackaged the tumblers. I sent an email on a Saturday morning and the problem was resolved in minutes, well outside the return period. Kindness and compassion go a long way and won’t be forgotten!

Went in to the store today to buy a cooler and a few things for Christmas presents. The girl that helped me get the (new) boxed backpack cooler told me they were running a sale for an additional 15% off soft coolers & drinkware. So I went to the register to pay, asked the cashier if that price included the 15% off and he said yes, put my receipt in the bag and I walked out with my items. As I’m loading up the stuff, I look at the receipt and notice that it DID NOT calculate the discount as I was told. So I walk back in, go to the same cashier and tell him that he didn’t actually apply it. The cashier next to him says “oh, that promo ended”. So he hands me the receipt and says, “sorry, the promo ended”....It rubbed me the wrong way...so I went and grabbed the stuff that I had just purchased and returned all of it. Whoever the manager is of the store should probably inform your employees of promos start & end dates and if you’ve told a customer that it’s being honored AT THE REGISTER...that going back on it after purchase is pretty shady business practice.
Will not be returning to the store. Their return policy is non existent. Once you but something you BETTER save that receipt or if you get a gift from there, you BETTER ask the person who gifted you that item to give you the receipt, just in case you do not like it. They did not help with the items that were gifts so I will TRASH them. What a waste of someones money!
IF I COULLD RATE A ZERO I WOULD!! Bought a 40 Camo And zipper broke in half after 5 months.Why did i buy another AFTER two other coolers(See Pictures of TWO Coolers) I bought from this Company did the SAME Exact thing!! There Customer service will not send a replacement (Even IF I provide a credit card for there Safety) BC I dont have a box to return it FIRST PER SUPPORT. DONT HAVE TIME FOR BS AND BS PRODUCTS!! I DIDNT SPENT $137.00 FOR ONE COOLER FOR CUSTOMER NO SUPPORT.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE FROM THEM AND WILL TELL MY STORY EVERYWHERE!!! IF I HAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT LIKE THIS ID BE OUT OF BUSINESS!! Thank God I know how to make a customer happy.
Today is Labor Day. We went to visit your retail store. It would have been nice to have a sign on the door saying that you were closed today and also to put it on your website. Just to let you know in a minute or two that I was there, five other cars came into the parking lot. Possible business lost.
