The negative reviews posted are very false. I walked in today around an hour before closing to buy paintballs, The employee was very helpful (Im assuming he was the only one working at the time as he was the only one I saw in the store), and actually helped me buy a few other pieces of gear. He was straight to the point and described benefits to why youd prefer one over the other. He also stated other services they provide, including marker repair, and hydro-testing HPA tanks.If you need a great paintball shop for just about everything you need (Essentials). This place is perfect for you.

This place is bad if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I called to see if they had 2 paintball mask that I was looking for and the man that works there said what was the name of the mask and then interrupted me when I was talking and said they were closed but it says they were open until 6pm and it was 4pm. I would not recommend this place.

Owner and his wife are very good people. Very easy to knowagable. Prices are great.. Im a repeat customer as long as they stay open

Amazing staff! I would say the two big takeaways for me was 1- they want you to have fun and get you to play as many games as you can. 2- they are big on safety, they keep the players safe. Great fun!

Agree with the hours comment below. Called and said would be open. Drove 2 hours for a sign on the door to say closed.Phones redirected to someone who said might be open in a few hours but no guarantee. Had a warehouse emergency and had to go count warehouse. Not hanging around for 2-3 hours for a no guarantee to be open. Im a big fan of supporting business but online shopping is guaranteed to be open.

Fun place

Really nice family owned paintball shop. They also own survival games paintball park. I have always received top notch service at the store and the park. I would recommend this store to anyone that is looking to get into paint-balling.

Went to buy a case of paint one day and got it at the field for 29.95 plus tax. The day my son goes to play at the field, paint is 49.95. Son goes to get money from car and goes back in and price went up to 64.95!! I’ll take my business where they don’t jack the prices up from one minute to next or have shady business practices!!

Bought from these guys a few times... good people even have me a free pass to their field to try it out... just recently been getting back into paintball so they started me off on a good note.

I was there last week and was not pushed into buying anything. The guy and i sat and talked about my gun and what i need to do to get it working again. Great store, great people.

I had a great experience at this store. The salesperson was extremely helpful, he spent a lot of time with me explaining everything before I made my purchase. The prices are very reasonable, they are competitive with internet pricing. I also did my research ahead of time and can say the price for the gun I purchased was the same as the internet. The salesperson was nice enough to throw in a free pass to their paintball park so I came out ahead, and I ended up having a blast at the park.

My son recently got into paintball after playing at a birthday party and was begging me for weeks to buy him his own gun. After doing some googling I realized I was in over my head and decided to just go to a store and have the sales person walk my son through his options. Im so happy we decided to go here, Larry was patient and very informative. He went over all of Jareds options and set him up with a gun, protective gear (thank goodness) and paintballs. He even gave us 2 passes to play at their park. Im sure we will be back for more as Jared is now in love with the sport. Thanks again!

Seriously some of the rudest sales people Ive ever dealt with in the Houston area but, I gave an extra star for the small piece of useful advice I received. Other than that, they act like they have no time for customer interaction at all. Their store hours claim they open at 10am. I called at 10:15am and was told they were in the process of opening and to call back in 15min just to find out the price of one particular item. Its possible their hours are just displayed incorrectly online (on their own website) but, it creates situations that can and will annoy customers.The woman is who answers the phone never has any idea what Im asking about and has done nothing but get an attitude and refer me to other employees. I was told that it would cost almost $40 for them to just LOOK at my marker in case it had any faults. Theyre overpriced and apparently dont care about return customers, as long as they get that initial sale. Tanks not only did it for free, they allowed me use of the range and provided the paintballs so that I could check it for myself as well.I wont be going back the Paintball Store and I strongly suggest anyone who hears of this sad excuse of a company to find somewhere else to do their business. I recommend ProEdge or Tanks for service and prices.
