Took forever (1 month) to get my bike. When finally got it delivered, it was missing the mirrors. The helmet I purchased was stolen by ex workers. Paper plates expired and the manager never returns my messages to get more until my hard plates arrive. There continues to be issue after issue. I’m a very patient person, but I’m reaching my limit.

Customer Service is horrible. Went up there and spoke with Mike. We were looking for a 600, he said more would be there Monday. Called Monday he was gna return my call in an hour never returned call. Went back up there and not only were there not 600s he said he had been busy, but when we walked in everyone was sitting around. Poor customer service. Ended up purchasing a bike from Lucky Penny up the road.

Really good collection of super bikes prices are bit high but sales person Mike (Mustafa) was really helpful and patient in his conduct 👍

I bought a $8000. Motorcycle. Had a minor issue with the ignition key. Got home,. A 225 mile ride. Try to restart the bike nope wouldnt start. Was told mechanic would call me. That never happened. I basically paid cash for my bike. Even though I was approved by there bank. Was going to finance another bike for son. Nope not happening.

My man Kyle is the one to ask for when you get your bike went through all the controls for the bike and gave good tips for my bike specifically, I’m very happy with how everything went.

What a poor place to call a business. They’re very unprofessional, poor at communicating and don’t care about the customer after doing a transaction with them! Highly highly recommended not visiting this place. Not sure what’s happened over the past year, but y’all have really screwed up in operations and care for your customer. Bring some new people in and hire them properly!

0 stars! DO NOT go here to purchase a bike or expect anything to get done if it’s in the service department! My husband purchased a bike here in May. A brand new one! The Moto Guzzi had a leak and has been in their shop for a month! He picked it up today because they never fixed it and told him otherwise. They left it outside which it now has water spots and a huge scrape on the front. Absolutely no communication or sense of management. One of the worst experiences we have ever experienced from a company. Being in the service industry myself, this is absolutely uncalled for within an organization. Nobody has a clue what is going on. Incompetent beyond belief. Save your time and money and purchase a Harley, Indian, or any kind of bike that this place doesn’t offer! What a freaking joke.

Very poor experience, they delivered the wrong bike to the north location. After purchasing it, I never received my license plate. I called probably 15 times, texted the admin who handles the registration, emailed the salesman and after 4 months finally gave up. I got a ticket for the expired paper plate. While I was there, this previous customer was on the phone with the cops because he dropped his bike off for service and an ex employee stole it.

I have owned my Moto Guzzi California 1400 Touring last August 19, 2020. I have yet to register the bike because I cannot get the certificat or proof of ownership from the dealer.... The Texas DMV has no record of the sale! My VIN comes up EMPTY when they search so apparentlt the sale was never reported... My lender has yet to receive title and I am certain the reason is that the Old TeamXtreme failed to pay their floor plan financier for the bike and THEY are still hanging on to the title! I am still paying for the bike to protect my credit but after I purchase my new home in FL, all bets are off...First Community can chase this down if they want their dough re mi!! In the mean time I am hoping to turn this review right around and make it 4 stars...all I need is the paperwork to register my motorcycle and to have my lender receive the title. I s that a lot to ask for m professionals>????

Took over a week to complete the deal on my bike then was told several times would be able to have the bike delivered by a certain day until they finally said they could have it by midnight on a Saturday night. I finally decided to just bite the bullet and go pick it up and ride it home. After getting the bike none of the speakers worked was told the mechanic would call me back but havent been called back decided to look at the bike to see if I could fix problem luckily the power cable to the amp were only disconnected from the battery 20 bucks later and I fixed the speakers no other issues other than communication issues from the dealership.

6 hours + for an oil change and clutch adjustment. They left me sitting there all day without any updates on my only day off, even set an appointment... how difficult is it to say “hey we are busy, tomorrow would be much better.”

Avoid. Slow to respond, say they will work with you and come up with a deal that works and after multiple calls and numerous follow ups, they say the sticker price on their website is best they can do. There are motorcycle shops out there that know how to work hard for their customers. Find one of them instead is my advice cause this ain’t one of them

Highly recommend buying a bike from these guys. Kyle helped me find the bike I wanted, helped me get financed, and worked with me the whole time. When I came to pick it up from out of state, everyone was very friendly. Definitely will be doing future business with them!

Took my bike (2021 Yamaha R3 Moto GP) for its first service after I declined service from another bike servicing company. I’m so glad I came here and it was worth the 30+ minute ride. Colleen at the service desk was exceptional and Javier did an awesome job on my bike. This is now my go to place for all my motorcycle needs.

They will get you on a bike and then treat you like a stranger after that. Horrible customer service post purchase and a horrible service department. You’d think for a dealer that sells Aprilia’s they’d be better than this.

I like this place and next time I upgrade my bike they will get my business.

Son purchased motorcycle on March 27 and ordered a helmet while there. After almost a full month of no helmet I called back with no luck. They claimed they would give me refund and another helmet for my inconvenience but til this day I have not received anything. Spoke to Dave, Falcon Cindy, David and Mike and now they are claiming I received it. Never again will I do business there nor do I recommend them to anyone.

I had a hard time getting approved everywhere, and finally I decided to try one more time. Staff was easy to work with and friendly, the process is fast and easy and your out the door with a new bike, it was a quick easy experience and I would highly recommend to anyone with bad credit or just trying to build credit, these guys got you covered. I hope this review helps someone.

I got a bike from them back in december. They gave me a temp tag and said my plate would take up to two months to arrive. It is now halfway through may and i still dont have my plate. Temp tag expired three months back and wont even send me a replacement till i get the actual plate. Anytime i try to contact a manager ( i live two hours away ) they never pick up, or always text me back saying theyre busy. They are very lazy in doing theyre job dont care about the customer. So as it sits, i have a brand new bike, but i cant ride it because expired tags. I would say, deal with them at your own risk. I recently talked to a man that baught from them who didnt get his plate for a whole year. Hoping this doeant happen to me too.

Guys were friendly and very helpful. Knew exactly what they were talking about and helped me every step of the way.

Just completed my break-in service on my 2020 Moto Guzzi V7 Racer that I recently purchased from Team X-TREME. Colleen in parts & service was great. Everything went smooth and I was on my way in an hour. Great folks to deal with!

This was the 1st time I have ever been to this shop, and these guys are great. I had a set of tires I needed changed out on my MT09 and they got it knocked out no problem in a couple of hours. When I got there I was greeted and doors were opened for me. They made sure I was taken care of every moment. They have a full service garage and a massive building full of tons of beautiful bikes. Cruisers, nakeds, litre bikes and 3 wheel stuff. I have found my new mechanic and my new shop for when I am ready to buy a new ride. Thanks Team X-treme Northside for an amazing motorcycle experience. I am a new long term customer. And my man Sal was as professional and also laid back as you can be. Perfect combination of cool. My first experience with TeamXtreme wasn’t all that great honestly speaking. My bike was in their shop for awhile just sitting there and I would get the same response of yeah we’re working on it gives us a little bit of time. Nothing got done until Colleen got into play. Her first words were I got you and I will be getting your bike up and running. Honestly speaking I didn’t believe it know I’ve been lied to for the past few months. Colleen put her hard hat on and got the job done. Colleen never gave up and would always say man I got you just give me a little more time. She would give me updates she even called me when my bike finally fired up. She gave me her word and she went by it. She’s an amazing person and I can definitely recommend her and her team. Thank you for everything.

Sold them a bike, they agreed to pay the remaining balance on the bike with a check directly to the bank the loan was through. 22 days later after many phone calls and numerous different payoff amounts I felt like I had to force them to write the check.Then I get a bill from HCTRA showing a picture of my license plate (registered to a bike that they don’t technically own and in my name) on a completely different bike, with someone else riding it. The date of this was 5 days before I finally got them to write the check to pay off the bike. Called up to the shop to discuss and was told I’d get a phone call from the main guy/girl in charge to discuss. Never happened. Texted and called the shop manager about it and never got a response back. Illegal and immoral business practices.

WATCH OUT FOLKS !!!! If only there was an option for ZERO stars. Bought a brand new bike in July, 2020. Still no tags and no title. I have since met others who say the same. Say good bye to your money.

After calling 10 other shops trying to get service performed to my bike, I would get the same answer. “We can’t right now.” Or “Leave it with us and we will get to it within the next couple of weeks.” Or “We have a 6 week backlog, check in with us later”. Not with Team Xtreme. I called and spoke with Colleen and she said “No problem, bring it in this Saturday and we will get you hooked up”. The whole experience was flat out awesome. Colleen totally effing rocked. She made the whole experience the most painless as possible. Thanks Colleen and Team Xtreme. Definitely my new favorite spot for service and future bike purchase place.

Came in to have some work done on my aprilia shiver. Most dealerships either havent heard of the bike, or wont touch it. Not only was the staff courteous and friendly, but they took care of a service that I didnt even know I needed! Colleen and her staff are absolutely awesome!!!

Very poor experience. First sales person Michael salsa promised helmets if we could seal the deal. Then they claimed to be out of helmets. I havent got my plate, called and was told they sent them UPS I asked for tracking number and turns out was older tracking number no longer valid. Still trying to get my plates.

Couldn’t go to the mechanic I normally use so I called the service dept. here at Team X-treme Colleen took care of me as far she was very cordial as well and the technician Israel went the extra mile for me too.

Bike is awesome, couldn’t be happier!However, the service was very poor at the beginning of my visit I drove in from Austin super excited and when I arrived nothing was ready for me. My salesman was at another location and would’ve been nice if he was here. Again, happy with the bike. I would say customer service could be better.

*BIG 0 STARS*This company does not care about your well-being. They DO NOT do the proper inspections/safety on their motorcycles. My brother could have lost his life due to their negligence. When confronted about the missing piece and one that was HAMMERED that didn’t belong, they didn’t care. No apology or anything. They are having a lawsuit against them due to negligence and not doing the proper inspections that’s required by the state. If you’re thinking about purchasing a motorcycle from here or for someone else DON’T. There’s plenty of other companies to buy from around Houston. On top of that their employees are extremely rude and unhelpful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This was my first time financing something and they refused to explain what any of the numbers meant, they ended up leasing me a bike, they kept my 1800 down payment and didnt put it towards my bike. Took them 7 months to get me my tags. Scammed me in general. Stay away like your life depends on it because it does, lied to me about a recall on the brake master cylinder failing was already done. I called suzuki themselves and they said it was never done. Their bikes will definitely get you killed

Bought a bike in February still no tags. Talked with the tag office. Haven’t even tried to file paperwork. Will be filling a civil suit. Tried on more time to speak to the owner or GM and explained he said I didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t care. Said due to Covid-19 the state was shut down and they couldn’t get them. State of Texas had a lot different story to say. Told me there should be no reason that they cannot get the tags. Now here we are in October and still no tags. The paperwork that was submitted was wrong and the state cant issue till they fix it and they wont fix it.

Some issues starting out trying to get my bike but Michael helped me out way more than need! Extremely professional salesman and is always looking to help in any way. Overall changed my aspect of the team here and there business! Will buy from them again in the future !

I just wanna say COLLEEN at team extreme North is awesome she got warranty stuff taking care of for my 2017 cbr1000rr in a Jiffy and the work was done in a timely manner. Im just really happy with the overall experience that I had at this dealership. I recommend this place if anyones looking for a motorcycle!! Or even warranty work!

Looking for a bike and gave this place a shot. I looked at metric cruisers and I can say all the bikes I looked at seemed questionable. Dents, dings, rust, questionable modifications. I would not buy anything from this place.

After driving to Texas from Washington DC I decided I wanted a motorcycle to take back with me. After speaking with Mike in sales he constantly pushed me to put 500 dollars towards the holding of the bike so no one would buy it before I got there. I didnt feel comfortable with how hard he pushed for this money so I talked him down to 200 after he reassured me it would be refunded if something didnt go according to plan. Unfortunately thats what happened, after telling him my situation he said my money would be refunded. A month later I still have not seen my money returned and when I called to ask him about it he swore he said there were no refunds. He directed me to there manager which still has not given me my money back. Im glad I only gave these people 200 dollars and not 500 because they are shady. I will never consider doing business with this place.
