After my parents were involved in a hit and run accident, where their scooter and scooter lift was damaged beyond repair, the professionals at Tripple M took excellent care of us. The Al100 lift was on stock and they were able to order the scooter with no trouble. The variety of scooters and chairs on the floor was impressive and their service was outstanding! I would definitely suggest using Tripple M for your needs. You will not be disappointed. I plan to continue to use them if I need such service in the future.

We bought a scooter & a chair for my brother who suffered a stroke in 2017. We was so frustrated with the traditional chair. My brother is very happy with the freedome he can enjoy now. Ray is very kind and knowledgeable!!!

Tom with TripleM is truly a fantastic person. My sister is completely non-ambulatory, requiring the use of her power chair for everything. I am her nearest relative and live 500 miles away. I called Tom on Wednesday, explained the situation, and he came to pick it up right away. The next day, which was Thanksgiving, he delivered the chair back to her. I tried to pay him a nice bonus, but he wouldn’t accept it. What a great example of commitment to service of others in need. Thank you Tom!

Took my father to Triple M just to see what a mobility chair might be able to offer. We had a great experience. Ray spend a large amount of time with us. He answered all our questions, demonstrated numerous aspects of the chairs we were interested in, and even showed us how to fold or disassemble the different chairs. I can’t believe I called Triple M mobility that I had found off of Google about my power chair not working and they fixed it over the phone with me!!!I’ve recently finished chemotherapy and 35 rounds of radiation to my neck for cancer. (The bills are piling up) The man that answered the phone did not know this. I told him my problem over the phone and he repaired my chair within just a few minutes and got it working again. It had not worked for the last three weeks. Thank you so much Tripple M Mobility for helping me get my chair repaired without even having to leave the house or loaded up in the back of the truck!!! I was needing a transport wheelchair that was reasonably priced and lightweight enough for me to lift in and out of the trunk. I found this place on Craigslist. The wheelchair photo and description was accurate. He adjusted the foot pedal height before I left, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Rey took excellent care of me! One of my brakes on my manual wheelchair broke and he scheduled me the same day. He saw me right at 6 (as they were closing) and worked on my chair until 7:20 at night. He understood the importance of having 2 working breaks in order to transfer to the toilet, go to work, and get in the bed, independently. I highly recommend Triple M Mobility!

If you are or have a friend or relative who is disabled and in need of a power wheelchair or scooter or you need yours repaired these are the people you need to contact. My wife is disabled and her power wheelchair was in need of repair, in other words it wouldnt work at all. I was given the runaround by another company for 2 1/2 weeks who were only concerned about their profit and were requiring payment in advance for parts and service. I made one call to Ray at Triple M and within one day her power wheelchair was repaired and the cost was less than 25% of what the other company was charging not to mention that the other companys diagnosis was not even targeting the actual problem.If you are ever in need of these kind of services Triple M Mobility are the people to call.Thank you so much for your help gentlemen and may God bless you!

I called Ray the owner re replacing a castor tire on my Jazzy Pride Select. He was very gracious and arranged for Joe the technician to meet me on Saturday morning to replace the tire and adjust the seat at a reasonable price. Joe let me see all the scooters and chairs for sale. I cant recommend this company any higher!!!

I was referred to Rey and Triple M by my previous wheelchair tech. I was so worried that I would be stuck without my chair and maybe even forced into buying a new one to get mobility back quickly. But between Rey and Tom, they had me in, diagnosed the problem, repaired my chair, plus I was able to buy two new batteries, a new charger and two new drive wheel tires, and then was out of the shop the same day!!! Over in Humble on vacation from Scotland to visit my Son and his family and had a problem with my mobility scooter recharging, called into Triple M. And could not have been treated more courteous by the young gentleman l think his name was Thomas, after spending about 45 mins to find the fault he informed me it was only a fault with the small indicated that lets you know how much charge you have left in your battery’s. and charge me 30$. He could have charge me any amount and I would not have questioned it, as anyone who needs their scooter to get about on will know how precious they are to the individual using them, just to say a very big thank you to Triple M, for their honesty and genuine concern.👍👍👍👍

I called Triple M to find out if they had a wheelchair, that I am at about the point of needing. I spoke with Rey, who listened patiently while I explained my situation regarding my trouble with walking. He advised me that, in my case, rather than getting a wheelchair, I should get a transport chair. He explained to me the difference between the two, and answered all my questions. I really appreciate his help!

I must take my hat off to this first class operation. My brother needed a medical scooter and I contacted Ray at triple M and He had me bring in the scooter I had purchased for my brother. I had mentioned that my brother is a US Vet and suffering from cancer and these guys really took care of me and had his new scooter functioning and in use within 1 day. My wife and l really want to tell the world what a great job Tripple M Mobility has done on our repair to the wifes powerchair.Some how the joystick controls went out on the PerMobil powerchair belonging to my girl Michelle. Michelle, like any quadriplegic is very dependent on her chair to get around and do everything. We had to get repairs done, and as quickly as possible.I found Tripple M Mobility on Google, and they had really great reviews. I gave them a call and Ray was the man l spoke with.Ray was very professional, and l found that everything he told me was reasonable, so the wife and l agreed to have them come out to evaluate the problem with Michelles chair. Ray was actually able to have two of his chair technicians come out on the very same day for a diagnostic exam on the chair. The technicians were very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable.Unfortunately the techs did not have good news. The chairs joystick and circuit board were toast.To make a long story a little shorter, Ray called me the following day with an estimate. He explained that the parts needed must be ordered from the original manufacturer and the repair would commence immediately as soon as parts arrived. My girl and l gave Ray the authorisation needed, and the chair was repaired in a reasonable timely manner.The chair works as good as new, and looked brand new, because they went the extra mile to do the repairs and a thorough cleaning as well at no additional charge.We are V E R Y satisfied with the tremendous quality and professional service provided by Tripple M Mobility. Extremely customer oriented, knowledgeable and fair!My 85 year old mothers super-bowl, that day she lives for each year, is the international quilt show and her scooter stopped working the day before the show. We went to Dealer X, and they gladly would sell us a battery, but wouldnt even look at the scooter because we didnt buy the scooter from them. Our dealer, is now out of business, so we called around and Tripple M Mobility told us to bring the scooter to them. They helped unload the scooter and quickly determined the scooter switch had been moved to neutral and needed to be reset with the power off and then turn back on. It worked! They refused to charge us or even to accept a tip! My mother is wheeling around the quilt show today with a big smile on her face thanks to Tripple Ms willingness to help!
