Bob is, was, and will be the best salesperson in the industry I’ve dealt with. Anyone that needs a true professional this is your man! Oak creek makes a great product, however without Bob’s guidance throughout the process and general product knowledge I would have never known. Palm Harbor is wonderful as well, but as far as Oak Creek, and as far as I’m concerned he is a true pro in every sense of the word. I will be a palm harbor customer because they are a great product for a great price, it’s just that Bob did a great job. Period. I’m simply going with Palm Harbor because of their luxurious homes with full residential feel for a much better price.

Customer service is awesome til you sign. Sold us a defective home. Have had four major electrical issues(cable box, TV, multiple outlets burned) and Ive only had the home for a year and a half. At one point home was deemed not livable by fire chief. Looking for other victims of oak creek homes to start a lawsuit.

Then, you don’t hear from them again. DO NOT trust them when they say they will take care of Permits all they do is pocket that money! So glad others are finally speaking out about this and are investigating it, Or planning lawsuits. They cannot continue to scam innocent people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Management either doesn’t care or they are part of the whole scheme. It will all come to light soon.

We were referred to this company by Terrenos Houston. And we referred friends to them and they screwed both of us over. our friend was in the trailer home without light and water for 3 months which they got paid for to take care of putting the services in the trailer home. The trailer house that they sold us has been in the property since May and the salesman Erick kept asking for money and money and we kept giving him money to do the permits for the light in the water today is September and we are still not able to move into the house we have been calling him multiple times and we have no reply from him now he tells us that he cannot get the permits because he’s not the owner but he sure did take the money and didn’t even offer to give us the money so we can take care of the permits. We do not recommend this company. Run away as far as possible from them they just want to scam you and take your money and then don’t answer your phone calls. Maybe with this review the manager will take care of our case !

I bought an Oak Creek Home over 22 years ago. The home holds up great in hurricanes. The flooring integrity is what I have had the biggest problem with. Particle board deteriorates after so long due to humid climate.

My Spouse and I went to Oak Creek Homes to gather research on Modular Homes and Manufacture homes.Bob was extremely knowledgeable on their homes for sale. He sat down and showed us the process to purchase and the differences of the two.Ask to speak to Bob when you get there.

Purchased a 2006 used(new?) double wide in 2013. What i didnt know the mobile home frame underneath was damage. Oak creek wouldnt fix anything i have to get Texas Manufactured Housing Division. Thats how i got Oak creek to force to repair my damage house frame. I recommended to call the house division if any of you has a un repair problem that oak creek unwilling to do. you dont have to pay anything. Also my roof came damage i had tons of leaks that the insurance took care of that but it was always a struggle to get anything fix. Bad Company dont sign that 8% interest rate. They dont repair until threaten with legal action.

I really appreciate Joshua Ainsworth because he is really a people friendly person. I would recommend him as a salesperson. The experience was overwhelming for me as a first time buyer or attempting to buy but he reassured me he would do all he could to help with the process. Really unprofessional they delivered my house and within a week or two the foundation collapsed not to mention the inside it’s a mess nobody has shown interest in helping solve this problem they promise one thing and deliver another.. save your time and head ache.. and they don’t take reviews so everything you see on they’re fb page is good news or nothing at all..

I buy my home here on 2016 they where good selling and the 1st yrs, they fix some details. NOW I have 1yr Fighting with them cause they are not coming to my house fixing the details, Now I dont like the Service now I feel like a little ball going to the insurance then with them now Im so tired with them. I dont know what to do with them I really need help.

I called and set an appointment with Bob, on the phone he was very knowledgeable and friendly. When my wife and I came in to the office they offered us a beverage and we began our meeting. Bob answered all of our questions about moduler and manufacturered home, their differences and what our options were. He showed us a couple of homes so we could get an idea of what we where looking for and he even stayed a little late after they closed showing us around. It was not pleasant experience the home I bought 2020 model in 2020 has alot of issues that yet over a year and have not been fixed still waiting water leaking inside on the back door among many other issues..do not recommend oak creek..

I explained to Josh that I was in the infancy stage of looking for a manufactured home since I did not have land to put it on with no real prospects in sight and that I was a good 3 - 5 years away from buying. Even when I asked a couple of tough questions that he could not answer, he did not try to skirt around them and offered to get the answer if I needed it.Enough about Josh. A few things about your business model:The fact that you offer to be the all in guys for a home buyer is awesome. You can help the customer find the foundation guy, the septic guy, wade through the municipality permits, get the porch built, etc is a great value. I will be moving 180 miles from where I live today and knowing that you all can connect me to locals to do the work in the area is a great comfort.I have done an extensive amount of research of manufactured homes and you all are the only company that is willing to post your pricing on the website, which saves me a great deal of time.Your story board about the Rockport homes is not only telling about the quality of your product; but, also tells a story about the relationship you have with your customers after they buy.For comparison, I went to another home builder after I left Josh and when they found out that there would not be a sale in the near future, they handed me a key and let me fend for myself. I could spend some more time slamming their product; but, I will stick to their poor customer service.

Like others have stated I gave Oak creek homes the opportunity to make our first buying experience a positive one but unfortunately its been an ongoing nightmare that were STILL dealing with to this day. They promised us so many things that they have not done and now Im about to be homeless because they have not done what they promised and no where near in the timeline they advised. The homes of their competitors are not on the same level as far as the quality of the Oak Creek homes and Oak Creek has the best salesman!

I had to rewrite my post due to the circumstances I was left in partially in fault of this company. They left me high and dry when they knew up front what I was facing. They left me homeless and scrambling for a rental when I am disabled and trying to care for an elderly mom and teen girl. Atrocious! I would NOT recommend them. Do your research!!! This is crucial to the process and budget for extras cuz they happen!

The product is good but don’t buy from this company if you expect any warranty service. Repeated calls and emails are ignored. I’ve been trying to get an issue remedied for over three months. This company does not live up to their warranty. Not acceptable.

I was being helped by Nile. Who is believe is the manger. I called day after day trying to get answer on my trade-in, he blew me off day after day. When he finally answered my call he said your denied and hung up. Clayton homes or Pearl home is really close, so i suggest you go there first. They have way better customer service than Oak creek homes.!

They have poor communication skills towards customers, they couldnt seem to figure out how to get our refundable $500 deposit that we had to give for them to run our application (which they couldnt communicate with us on that.). They took a whole month and then tried to give us the run around about how we are going to get our money back. Very poor customer service. The manager tried to give us an attitude because of their screw up. He was so keen on taking our money, but couldnt figure out how to get our money back.

We were so excited to be 1st time owners. We gave Oak creek homes the opportunity to make this dream come true. The sales person did helped us and guide us so we could get approve with no problem. But are main concern was how long was the process after the mobile home was move to the community cause are lease was going to finalize in the next month and half. The answer that the sales person gave us was in one to two weeks we should have everything ready and by the end of the month yall should be moving. We closed the sale on 03/23/19 and guess what we still not leaving in our home. We are vey,very frustrated and disappointing with this company. Two weeks ago they finally were able to get all the city permits which we were happy cause thats what we where waiting for so the contractors could start working on plumbing and electricity. May 2 the plumbing whats supposed to stop by and do all the connections, May 16 the electrician was going to install the meter and finish all the work that needs to be done, and guess what they still havent work on nothing. Our lease ended so now we are paying $50 a day plus we have to pay for the mobile home mortgage that we are not even leaving in. If we new from the beginning that all this was going to happen we wouldnt never done this sale.
