Fair warning to anyone who has a business and is trying to get anything professionally done, JUST DO IT YOURSELF IS WHAT THIS STORE SHOULD BE CALLED I PUT IN A ORDER FOR 1 t-shirt and 2 straps literally very small order just to test the store and customer service out before putting in a big order well that was the smartest decision I could have ever made was sample them. First off the order was not done at the time I was promised I was never sent any proofs to say they can proceed I had to pay a extra fee of 50 dollars for logo on my shirt that they used the wrong color on which makes my shirt logo barely noticeable and as far as my straps the had my logo upside down talk about trash customer service and ownership 👎🏾 DONT GO HERE 🤷🏽‍♀️

Theres a relationship between art and life and I Love Love Love Monas ❤! They helped me bring my t-shirt brand to life. The moment I picked up this tie dye t-shirt I ordered from Monas it instantly became my daughters favorite shirt. We went to downtown Houston and passed up some street art that she mimicked. It was truly a special moment for us. Thank you for providing excellent quality shirts and print services.

I apologize about the time I am responding. I put 3 stars because I brought in two brand new aprons for you to embroider. The 1st time I brought them in and you returned them 2.5 weeks later, you misspelled the name of my business (you left something out). When I got it back four days later and got ready to put it on and a button is missing. The apron were brand new and they were fine when I brought them to you. I didnt come back because I didnt even feel like arguing with you and you more than likely would not have taken responsibility for it.Had everything gone smoothly the 1st time I would have given you the complete 5 Star review. The sticking color is wonderful and so is the print but twice I had major issues with you all. Just disappointed.

Only giving them 2 stars because one lady at least try to help. The cashier with a hickey on his neck didn’t even bother to check if they had additional shirts in a different size. He kept telling the lady not to go look in Spanish like I didn’t know what he was saying!

There was a miscommunication. I needed 2 embroidered shirts and they made me DTG for $67. When advised that the shirts were wrong. I was quoted a price of 160 some odd dollars to remake the 2 shirts originally needed by June 11th 2021. Not pleased with the service at all.

They were very nice very helpful. Shot out to Sabrina shes very awesome shes really patient and will make sure you get your design the way you want it the best way she possibly can.

The best thing about Mona T-Shirt is if they dont have it in stock, they can order it for you, and have it in less then 2 days.

Wrong review. The people at this store give you certain information over the phone and when you get to the store it was totally different.

I came with a friend who uses this place for church Tee Shirts and we bought dress shirt s for our Pastor one of the shirts were stained and we were not notified before we pick them up.

Have been getting TShirt’s from them for my business for over 5 years. Good on time service and quality

I put my order in for 100 buttons on 1/22 the day I said I needed them done when placing my order in the store I was text the day of and asked “when did I need them” I was given two times for pick up and because my mother funeral is tomorrow I had no time to get the 30 buttons that they messed up fixed. I text whoever I was talking to the day of and after left no response. poor work they rushed my buttons and didn’t respond when I told them.

Very poor communication and timeline. Delayed work and yet very unapologetic about it. There would be better places in Houston to get this kind of work done. Attitude is everything. I will be back with more review if I see the quality of work.

I been using Mona Tshirts for years and this is the only company I use. This company always have my orders ready on time even if it is a last minute order. Shirts always come out great.

Our CEO has been friends with the founder for many years. Their family is great to work with and they are very patient. We will always do business with them for our custom clothing. If you havent done business with them you need to.

First and for most the first set of shirts were messed up, the lettering was cut off and just wrong. The shirts were sent back to be fixed, and not all the shirts were done.They wanted to charge for the messed up shirts. The company was given more than enough time to get these shirts right and the couldn’t do their job. They were expensive and messed up. Honestly look in to other places because this one is not it. They don’t even deserve a star.

Got some shirts for our business. Print came off 1 wash later. Brought it back and they apologized and remade them for us. Next batch lasted 3 washes. Didnt feel like going back so just gave up. Nice staff but crappy product.

Very rude the woman glued to the wall. The winged lady sent me to her because she had a person and when she attended to me very rude and arrogant and did not have quality of service. Besides, he was on his cell phone and he didnt pay attention to me.
