Before using Instant Imprints, I designed the logos of my accounting firm and had them print them by another provider, who did not care to provide feedback. When I used Instant Imprints South Houston, I benefited not only with the high quality and professional look of advertising materials, but also with the feedback and recommendations made by the owner and his team. My logo got a better look, and my business cards are amazing! Their customer service is outstanding, and I cannot be more satisfied with the end product and their service!

I had the last minute idea to get a single shirt printed (the last thing most companies would want to hear at Christmas time). The owner mentioned he was loaded up with orders, but he still took mine, and he even worked with my flight schedule to get the order to me quickly! Excellent service! I will recommend this business whenever I get the opportunity.

Spotted this place while driving by and stopped in to inquire about a custom t-shirt request. Kevin (the manager) was super nice and helpful despite my very small order of 8 shirts. He gave me a great quote on the price and the time needed to complete the order, which was spot on. Kevin was very quick to return emails, responded with creative help when asked, sent me proof images until he was assured I was happy, and kept me updated with the order status up to the minute I picked up the order! My family and I were beyond pleased with the results! Great customer service! I will definitely use them again for future printing needs.

I used this shop to order custom t-shirts for my sons basketball team. I was VERY pleased with my experience with this company. Great experience.I’m glad it shows up on google now.I had a ~30 shirt order with 3 different shirt textures, 2 of which where XL long, all with a print that was 7 colors.The final cost was less than half of the 2 other shirt company estimates.I decided to pay in full, in advance, for my own scheduling reasons, but we kept an open conversation while the shirts were being made (subtle design edits were needed) and costumer service felt like it was working 100% until the day we picked up our order.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went here to have a shirt done for my daughters one year birthday. Worst experience ever!!! It wasnt the color I wanted but I ended up leaving with it but that is not why I was so upset with this place. It was the lady who worked on my shirt, the owners sister. She has the worst attitude and not helpful at all to say the least. She doesnt know anything about customer service, clearly. I will never step foot in this place again. The man on the other hand was very nice and wasnt going to charge me since I was unhappy with my experience because of that lady..

I own a local food truck within the area having instant imprints make our graphics for the vehicle was definitely the right choice. Above and beyond performance from the staff. They dont Screen Print and send the work out to another shop. I heard kids in the background and they didnt understand English. I called to order shirts and they didnt know what Screen Printing was they only do Embroidery.

Called for a quote was told they would send me an email only email I received was a month later asking for a review.
