Ordered shirts beginning of December w/ a due date of 12/31. As of today I’ve never received my shirts, messages when he actually responds are a mixture of lies and deception. At this point he’s gone radio silent and I’ve missed several deadlines. Completely unreliable supplier.

**** edited to add that since the previous review, i have worked with my friend Randy one time early this year. the remarks about radio silence, missing deadlines, all echo my experience this year. Since he left his warehouse close to me, the quality of the personal experience, and the comraderie of working together all but dissappeared. I gave my friend a long rope of patience, renewed effort on my part to overcommunicate, and to finally got the order finished well after the event for post sale distribution. Wasnt sure if the service suffered due to the pandemic, and not being able to afford help, or if he was overwhelmed, or if someone in his family was ill, so, i sincerely gave him a pass on missing the deadline. I have since turned my business elsewhere until I know that he is truly back on his feet. I wish all the best in recovering from this patch of bad luck. *******I have worked with Randy over at DonkeyPaw for just over 5 years on varying projects. He and his team have provided our official BUSHFEST HTX t-shirts for the past 3 years and I couldnt be more satisfied and impressed with how easy it is to work with him on choosing the right shirt, the right price for my budget and the right amount of time to get the shirts ready for the festival. This time around, I think I gave him just under a week to pull together fronts and backs for 2 different shirt types, a multitude of sizes and amounts and I had the merch ready to sell and premiere online with time to spare. I appreciate the helpful eye, the attention to detail and Randys expertise in art placement, ink selection as well as taking the time to go over pricing until we could fit it in my budget.A true Houston institution, those who know, go to DONKEYPAW.

Really wish I can leave 0 stars!!!I’ve never written a bad review in my entire life but I am forced to do so in this case considering the severity of how horrible this company does business. I reached out to Randy (I’m assuming is the owner) telling him what I needed. He informed me that they’ll be able to achieve what I’m looking for and to send a email in order to receive an invoice immediately. 5 days went by and there was no response. Eventually, I texted and called he kept saying that they’ll be emailing me soon. A week had passed and I still have yet to receive an email from him which forced to drive there. Once I arrived no one opened the door and then after staying in the parking lot for an extended period of time someone by the name the Cate came out apologizing for Randy’s horrible communication. She took my bags telling me that they’ll be done by the day I need them and I should receive an email that day. Still, I never received an email. Considering that they should still be ready in time I didn’t press it. Then eventually, the day before I need the bags I emailed them asking if my bags will be ready in time. They literally sent a email back THE DAY BEFORE MY EVENT telling me they wouldn’t be done in time so I’ll need to come pick them up! Very unprofessional, literally the worst company I ever dealt with in my entire life!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! You will have to hunt them down just to be told they can’t do what you need. I’m almost sure the “good” comments on here are completely fake!Save your time & energy.

Awesome bunch of guys. I got shirts done and Randy was awesome! Also, looking at getting an online store website made for my shirts. Their websites they have done are beyond impressive. These guys know what they are doing for sure.

We have had a great experience working with Randy at Donkey Paw. Even during a pandemic, he has been completely on top of things. He has been very responsive, very helpful, and the quality is always perfect. We are happy to continue working with him.

They promise to complete an order but never come through. I called and emailed them for weeks and was told that my t shirt order would be ready in a week, but of course, it never was. Customers shouldn’t have to beg for services to be completed. I will take my dollar else where. If you want to beg and please for work to be completed, choose this company. If not, go somewhere else.

I LOVE THESE GUYS! Ive been a customer for almost two years now and I cant say enough about them and their customer service, especially the owner. If youre looking for small, at home vibes, this is your shop. They really make sure their products are quality, and theyll sit down with you and make sure youre happy with everything. I havent found another shop in town that will do that. Most print shops in town are very busy, and so are they, but theyll take the time to talk to you for as long as you need and answer any questions. If you need artwork done also, their graphics are very eye catching and professional. 5 stars from me, theyre great!

DIY TIL WE DIE. This print shop is killer! Honestly i didnt realize that they were kids i knew from the punk scene until i went to go pick up the shirts we got! They turned out super amazing, and just overall look great! They were quick with their work too! Best guys in Houston, and honestly the surrounding area of Texas and beyond. I went though almost 23 shops before i settled with these guys, and since shipping our shirts out to fans to, California to Florida, And even Italy. The shirts fit great and everyone seamed to love them! Will be doing more business with them soon!

THE BEST! work with us remotely from Illinois. ALWAYS hits the deadline even when we dont give them a lot of time. All the printing is quality as well as the stuff the print on. We get all of our stuff from them not just ts. if the work and prices were not enough they have great customer service as well i look forward to my chats with Randell and his creative ways of looking at things and advice on what is popular with band merch.

Extremely pleased. I had a rush job that they were able to knock out the day of, delivered into my hands that night. Shirts looked fantastic, will use again.

Would give 0 if I could! Horrible customer service. Stopped by to get some work done and had a lot of designs to order. Randy said he would get back with me in 1-2 days. Waited a week and sent him an email. He responded that it was taking longer than expected to put the quote together, but he would definitely get back with me in a couple days. 2 months later and 5 emails and not 1 response from him! Definitely would not recommend this company at all.

I work with them from out of state making merchandise for my company. Never miss a deadline, always beautiful screening and the customer service is too notch. I get multiple different items from them from tshirts, stickers and even beer koozies. Will never take my printing to anyone but these guys.

This business looks great and acts great. But I was flaked on after I left work early, drove 1.5 hrs in friday traffic to meet with the owner for a scheduled meeting. I had also sent a 2 page email highlighting what I wanted done with my logo, shirt styles and colors I liked..all before our scheduled meeting. I basically spoon fed my order, was willing to pay for design services, do multiple run orders...but he was a no show. When his staff called him on the phone he said he didnt recall the order/ conversation and mentioned he had to leave, and asked me to email him what I wanted. I politely said that i was willing to work with him after he take the time to review my initial email. I never heard from him. They must be super busy! I get that...but I detest being disregarded and im mad at myself for cutting my pay by leaving work early because i thought this place was cool...oh and ofcourse there was the part about having to endure Friday traffic from Willowbrook to Downtown!
