I came into this establishment to drop off a FedEx package for a title company. They did not put the label inside a plastic sleeve. All they did was scotch tape the paper to the outside. Should it rain or should the label rip, these documents would not make it to the title company. On top of that, they wanted to charge $.50 for a receipt. I’m not accustomed to running in with quarters.

Terrible customer service! Avoid at all costs! Went Saturday, Feb. 1st to get a Samsung S8 plus screen repaired charged me $175 and less than a week later Thursday, Feb 6th, I heard a crack. I didn’t drop it, nor was it caused by anything I did as misuse. Called immediately and told me to bring by the next day, which I did. They accused me of dropping the phone and saying that I caused it! All of which is untrue! There are no other breaks or cracks other than one hairline crack cause by them not properly installing the screen! They deserve zero stars!

I went to Postal Plus to get the screen replaced on my iPad Air. They were more expensive than other shops, but close to my gym and the owner claimed that they had the best quality, and it was worth it. I paid $120 for the screen replacement, which took a couple of days. After I picked it up and took it home, the unit kept shutting off if moved. I called them and they said to bring it in for repairs. I had surgery the following day, so had to wait 10 days to return it. They said that was fine. I brought it in, and received a call a couple of days later that the part they installed was defective, but they would not cover the whole replacement cost, and I needed to pay and additional $25. I was not happy, but relented so that I could get my unit back. It was supposed to be ready the following day, so I went to go pick it up, only to find that it was still not repaired, and they needed to keep it another couple of days. I went in 3 days later, and was inspecting the unit, only to find that the glass they replaced was loose and rattled. They finally replaced it, after charging me additional money for what they agreed was their responsibility, did a horrible job on the repair even then, and took way longer than they told me. This repair cost me much more time than I had planned, and was just a headache. Do not go here for any electronic needs!

I love visiting that place. Whenever I enter, I feel like family. My daughter had to take her passport picture on Saturday. We had a reservation but showed up late. Everything was prepared. He handled us well, and got us out of there in no time.

BEWARE THIEVES AND LIARS....Today 1/23/2017 I dropped off a package that already had a pre-paid shipping label. The package was already boxed up and ready to ship and all they needed to do was print me a receipt for my drop off. As one person was scanning in my package another individual speaking in another language speaks to the person assisting me. Then the person assisting me states he needs to charge me .50 cents for the receipt. THEY CHARGED ME MONEY TO PRINT A RECEIPT. Its not a lot of money and by no means will I miss it but seriously. Charge someone money to print them a receipt. They stated that they charge because Fed-Ex charges them. I called Fed-Ex to see if this was true so I could decided IF I would ever do business with them again. According to Fed-Ex they do not charge third party shippers any money to print receipts for customers. These guys are scammers and if they are willing to scam over something so small they will screw you over something big. Do not ship, drop off or get any of your devices fixed by these guys.

I have taken my boys iphones here several times for broken screens and home buttons,even battery replacements. they are very reasonable and phones always work like new again. Highly recommend!!

One dollar per page to send a fax--and they charge for the use of the cover page. I *had* to send 3 faxes that day--the smallest was 11 pages.... This is regardless that it was being sent to a local Houston number. A few days later, I tried to drop an RTM to UPS package--most places would just take it--and the man wanted $1.50. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

I dropped off my galaxy s7 Monday to get my screen repair and pick it up Tuesday. Screen wasnt place on the phone right and he told to put a rubber band to hold the screen down because it had fresh glue. I woke up on Wednesday and the LCD screen had a pink line going up and a black line going across. Went back to find out they couldnt help me or refund my money back. Bunch of thieves, Liars and punks. They aint even worth it. Family? Yeah right, they should be in jail for taking peoples money

Went here today to have my iPhone repaired. My phone is not working anymore after picking it up. I cannot believe this, and now they are closed and will not return until Monday ! Do not go here for phone repair!
