Terrible service. The self service printing station shut down on me multiple times and they wanted to charge me $2.50 for the full service checkout for 4 pieces of printed paper. They didn’t even attempt to waive the fee and this was the manager Rico. They purposely didn’t tend to my problem. Every employee was rude.

They wanted to charge me several dollars to make a black and white copy because I had cash only. Apparently my money wasnt good enough.

The only reason that I go to this Office Depot is because its near me. I really hate this Store but I needed Ink for my Printer. I had just one item and I waited in line for 40 minutes to pay for it. There were 4 to 5 Employees just standing around talking to each other and standing by the door looking outside. The Lady working at the Printing area was the only working. This particular Day she was so busy printing paperwork for a Harris County Sheriff so it took awhile. When I finally got to her to pay for my Ink, I informed her that was going to report them to Corporate. I was not the only one complaining. Its ridiculous to have People that are suppose to be working not doing their JOBS.😡😡😡

Arlene checking out front desk is very friendly and helpful. I came by to print with Aida and she was sooooo helpful and knowledgeable. I can tell she is a sweet person who likes her Job!!! I loved my experience, thank you.

This store is typically incredibly slow in printing and I have a little understanding because I used to work in printing. But Ive been standing in the print line for almost 20 minutes while there are 4 workers back there. I need 1 sheet of paper. Bad management.

Do not bother going to the store. Apparently according to the clerk they don’t order their supplies they just receive them. So you don’t know when they will be stocked with ink or not. I can promise you this was my last visit to not only the store but this chain.

Pulled up to the store and the parking lot was desolate. Couldn’t even tell that it was open. Walk in to go purchase a desk and was told I could not purchase a desk without having a mask on. Guess I’m taking my business to Conns who are not mask Nazis.

I walked in the store and found a pen on the floor so I picked it up like any good customer would and this crazy lady started growling at me and also almost hit my foot while she threw a stapler at me. I nearly lost my foot while performing an act of kindness. 😿

From the moment I came in Arlene and Ryan were so kind and helpful. Manners and kindness go a really long way. They were polite, friendly and attentive. Happy Holidays to you and yours! Will be back! 5 stars all the way!

I bought a printer ink at and from Office Depot and it didnt work. I came to return it and they did not help me, the Manager attended me and did not even see the receipt, he said that by policy they do not accept these returns, but their product does not work, they sell useless recycled ink, it is a fraud, it is a theft, ink is a very expensive product!

I went to buy a webcam that show in stock on line, at the store I found the security box for the device. When at check out I was told the items was not instock and I was not offered to check for similar items or even offered to check at another location.

I read a lot of bad comments about this Office Depot but I decided to give it a try I had about 50 pages to be faxed and copies too and they did it within 10 minutes not bad for me and the cashier was very nice and polite I guess it just depends at what time of day you go

I placed an online order shortly after midnight, and I received a text and email the following morning around 10 am saying it was ready for pick up. I went in around 3 pm in the afternoon to pick it up, but despite the text and email, my order was nowhere to be found, and after 10 minutes of waiting, I was told theyre out of stock. There were plenty of orders very similar to mine waiting to be picked up (a set of storage bins), but I wasnt given an answer when I asked if somebody had taken mine by mistake. They also didnt offer to have it shipped to me from another in-stock store or anything convenient for me; I was only offered a refund and to try again. No thanks.

Today I walked into this store. Walked up to a person setting a endcap and asked for a stock check on a laptop. He said he would check, after a few minutes I walked to CPD. The LOD was busy with a call on his cell phone and wouldnt answer the associate I had spoke with. Eventually the associate explained they had lost a desk yesterday and the LOD was busy.

Awesome, quick, friendly experience. I had an exchange. The cashier let me leave my return at the register while I got the correct item and the check out was super easy. Highly recommend this location.

The customer service at this location is absolutely helpful!!! Their example of great customer service should be followed by the on on the East Freeway off Freeport.

This was quite possibly the oddest Office Depot Ive ever been to. The building is in bad shape, it looks like a warehouse inside, its not organized well, and the employees dont keep it very tidy. On the bright side, it is a very large Office Depot.

. I received the worst service I have ever received out of any establishment in Texas at that location. My husband is a famous tattoo artist covered from head to toe in tattoos and I feel like he was immediately profiled. I have never been in a store where I had store attendants follow us around like this my entire life its embarrassing and yall should be embarrassed to have employees like that. Staples here I come!

Horrible print center. Incompetent people.I ordered same day business cards at 9am and I show up at 7pm to pick them... nothing was even done.I was charged and the service was paid for to have them done today. All they had to say was that they didnt know why the order even came through.So far Ive spent 15 mins to get a refund...just absolutely incompetent and irresponsible staff here.I dont recommend this location for any reason.

Horrible service.... it was 3 minutes before closing time. An African American shut the doors on my face and said we are closed. I was just going to buy ink for my printer. It was not going to take me more than 5 minutes for my purchase. He could have let me in. I told him it was going to be quick and that it wasnt 9pm yet and he said whatever you want to buy, come get it tomorrow. Dont spend your money here go to Walmart instead.

If you need print services, dont be in a rush cuz youll wait in line for 20 min for services because theyre so slow. Oh yea and their print machine broke so you wait in line wasting time only to find out. Worst place ever.

I wish i was able to give 1 star. I placed online printing order and went there after 2 days but my 2 orders were missing and 1 book was printed twice. I had to wait for 15mins for someone to attend me. Store Manager is useless person and he doesnt care of anything. Dont place any orders. I guess they will go bankrupt very soon.

This Office Depot has better prices than the one near the Gulfgate centerI always find Multimedia/Tech/electronics items with great pricesI keep buying lots of USB drives from these store

Came here to buy supplies for my students. I asked an employee (Alaina) if I was able to buy more than 6 items and still get the discount since I’m a teacher. She said she’ll go up front and ask the manager, but she did not do this until she finished stocking some items. I told her where I’d be waiting. I waited for almost 10 minutes and no one ever came. I proceeded to the register and Alaina looked at me and quickly looked away.Thankfully Antwoinett (another employee) assisted me at the register. As I was walking out, I politely asked Alaina, “Did you forget about me?”. Her response was,”Oh, sorry, but didn’t Antwoinett take care of you?”I will not be returning to this store.

Been in here 5 times as it’s closest to the office. I have never not had to wait. There is ALWAYS a ridiculously long wait.

Ive been here a couple times bc its close to home and has easy parking. I call it ghetto depot. Last time there were pot roaches all over the parking lot next to my car. This time I called, priced a service and then they refused to do it when I arrived. Also did not mention on the phone there was a wait. Its always overprcied. They want over 6$ for a binder that should be 2$. I priced 15$ for supplies then bought them at walmart for 4$. I keep trying it bc its so close, but every time I leave Im disgruntled, frustrated, and just plain angry. And then I have to go to walmart to get what I went to ghetto depot for. I dont know why i keep wasting my time.

Horrible service, Manager is useless, they need to do a review to all the employees. Sad to all other Office Depots that have great employees who actually care about their customers.

They never have enough assistance at the Copy Center. The cashier just across will not busy but doesn’t bother to step in to help even though the line is long. The manager sees it as well and doesn’t bother to call others to help or step in her. So if you come here expect to wait!

Everyone was helpful. And thats always a PLUS for me.

I went to buy some ink for my printer and when I got in line to pay for it, there was nobody there. Every employee was working in the section where they make copies and the man didnt even acknowledge me until he saw more people getting in line. Finally about 20 minutes later a lady came to check us out. They are either understaffed or care more about making copies.
