Excellent experience. My work team was in Houston for a conference and we were in a rush to find a particular item. City Office Supply had the item that I couldnt find at most places (and the only places that did have it charge WAY more). The friendly team went out of their way to help fill my order in a rush, and even stayed late at the office so that I could pick it up later that same day. A month later, I am reminded how wonderful their customer service is, because I lost my receipt, and the same team was happy to help send me a copy. Cant say enough good things about them! Highly recommend. I wish I was local and work with them more often!

Responsive, competitive and responsible!We are a library furniture company based in NY that does work all over the country. We use local installers to deliver and assemble our furniture, and we found City Office Supply through Google. They quickly became our go-to installer in the Houston area.Mike is always quick to provide a quote and is very responsive through the entire process. The install team is able to problem-solve in the field and if for some reason a return trip is needed, they do so promptly and at a reasonable cost.Because we work with our customers remotely, it is important for our installers to present themselves as efficient professionals, and City Office Supply does not disappoint! They do a fantastic job and we would recommend them for any of your furniture and installation needs.

We went into this store with high hopes, the stock in the store looks like it has not been updated since about maybe 1980. Poor selection not worth the drive from across town.
