Stopped by today, it has been a while especially since moving across town and with covid. I was happy to still see Gary and the shop still there! Went in to look around for legacy parts because they are still in demand, as well as new tech! Even chimed in on some, barber shop type conversation it was awesome, I keep coming back for products and the experience!

This place is the best PC repair or build place I have ever been to. Gary the owner is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to find out what you need and to make sure that he is not charging you for something you do not need. You will not have to keep taking you PC back over and over like you would if you had taken you PC to Best Buy or Office Depot.Gary actually corrects the issues. This place is a jewel and I am sad that I am moving and will once again need to find a person I can trust to help me with my PC issues if they should happen because I know that I cannot trust Best Buy or Office Depot. Those places take your money and keep you coming back to pay more.Love you Gary your a great guy and awesome businessman.

Gary and his team are great to do business with! These guys really know their stuff when it comes to high-end computers. They do not build cheap machines so if youre looking for a cheap computer this is not the place. Maybe the other people who reviewed TFW Computers should realize this is not a big Corporation and they have been in business for 35 years so they must be doing something right. I highly recommend TFW if youre in the market and want to buy a computer that will last you 10 years and over

The service and people are great. Tim is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explains things so that someone who hasnt been inside of a computer can understand. The owner is knowledgeable and welcoming as well.

I had a computer built there a couple of months ago, instead of building it myself, specifically because they pre-determine what will work well together, allow for some customization and emphasize that they will provide good customer service is things go bad. I havent had any problems yet, but I have asked a couple of questions and they actively engaged with me.Yes, it costs more than building your own, because they need to eat, too. You can always buy a preconfigured PC from a big box or have complete freedom by building your own, but I like having this option in the middle.

I went in there because I needed two things:1. To access files on my crashed computer and move them to an external drive.2. To wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows with software I already had.Gary charged me $65 for 2 minutes of work on the first issue [basically he inserted a bootable Windows disc and rebooted, allowing me access to the files]. And then before I could finish my work on the second issue, he got enraged and kicked me out. Making the bootable windows installer on a USB flash drive takes time and a working computer, and the first attempt failed. But the store was empty and there were still available computers, if anyone needed them. Even if that computer was the only one available, my program could have run in the background. It would have taken a LOT less time if he had simply let me borrow a Windows disc; Id have still used my own key code, costing him nothing. His reaction was of pure greed [He wasnt making much money from me if I was doing the work. Hed rather take an arm and a leg.] and horrendous customer service. I will not return. Even if I did not have a spare computer on which to work now, there would be no reason for me to go there, because with all their experience formatting hard drives and installing Windows, I still had to teach them a couple of things about it.
