The technician arrived to my home at the scheduled time. He provided identification, wore a mask and shoe covers. They are definitely COVID ready. The parts needed for my repair was ordered immediately. The technician provided me with an estimated deliver date for the parts. He also contacted his office and they provided me with a follow up appointment to complete the repairs. My computer was repaired on 09/10/2021 and it’s running like new.

IDeal IT Trends was my second choice after I took my Toshiba Satellite laptop to another repair shop who said they could not repair it. But iDeal said the trick was finding the part, but they were confident they could do it. They ended up ordering the part from Canada, and were able to fix my laptop so it runs like new! The best part was the daily calls to update me on the status of the part order and the repair. Outstanding! Have you ever been without your computer for 2 months? OMG!!! This is what happen to me. I took a laptop to them that was dying of old age (9 years old) because I wanted to put its 450 GB of files onto a brand new computer. So they transferred the files as they worked around problems of the glitchy laptop. But then, my NEW computer fried the motherboard and certain other parts because of a dead CPU (not the memory transfer).After they talked with me about what I wanted to do and they figured out what broke, they were able to contact the manufacturer to send it back for repairs (it was still under warranty). After getting the new computer back, the memory transfer had to be done again because the manufacturer had done a factory reset. iDeal IT Trends didnt charge me extra for that or all the extra work of contacting the manufacturer! Finally, I got them to add another 500 GB SSD to the new PC.I havent had any problems or missing/corrupted files! Im happy that I used iDeal IT Trends services!

My Granddaughter computer for school was not working. It was making a loud noise. I call this company, I explain what was going on I was asked if i wanted to bring it in or if I wanted someone to come out. I wanted someone to come out. They came out it was the harddrive so they took the computer they replaced the harddrive and loaded it back up. it was ready the in 2 days. I am going working from home right now. My computer was very slow and it kept locking up not to mention I dropped is and broke my LCD screen> I was using an external monitor. I called Ideal IT Trends to see if they can fix my monitor. Well make a long story short my monitor was fixed and the tech made a few suggestions upgraded to a solid state drive and clean off a few useless programs and files. My computer is running like new not slow or lagging at all. I am very pleased with everything. I would recommend Ideal IT trends to anyone with a computer issues.

My laptop screen was not working so I was able to find iDeal IT Trends and my screen was replaced in the same day for a good price. It still works great and i did not have to buy a new laptop.

My old desk top computer was hit by a virus - the kind that sends out emails to all your contacts and tries to get their credit card info. Nothing I did could block the hacker. Fortunately I was able to contact Brandon. First he cleaned up the old computer, then he helped me buy a new computer and transferred the documents and other info I needed from the old one to the new one. He also helped me set up a new, clean email address and made sure it was working, not just on my desktop but also on my IPhone and IPad. I’m not computer savvy, but Brandon was very patient with me and made sure not only that all my devices were fixed but also that I could use them. He did a great job, and I’d recommend him to anyone with computer problems.

When I called I talk to an agent, she asked me many question to make sure she had the correct issue. I dropped it off, I was surprised it looked like a Doctors office (lol) but I was called by 5:00 pm. I was shocked, they offered to drop it off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYI dropped off my laptop at the beginning of March for a screen repair I read the reviews online and the company seem legit and the reviews were good I was skeptical about coming here but I didn’t really trust any IT company I always thought they give you computer more issues and charge but no this company full fledge robbed me I paid them to fix abroken laptop screen and was suppose to pick up by the end of the week first issue the screen didn’t come in time ok it should be here the following week next issue they receive the screen and it’s defective they don’t know what happened but the whole laptop shut off won’t come back on I’m upset they offer to replace it with a brand new one but I have to pay them for that computer the price it was going to cost me to repair my old one I say ok a week and half goes by nobody calls or anything so I call for a update on what’s going on is the new computer here yep but nobody bothered to call me to let me know it arrived so I go and pay them for this “supposedly brand new computer” that comes with a 30 day warranty but as soon as I get home open it up and cant get passed the setup bc half the keys don’t work but it supposed to be touch screen also but can’t get that to work either so I call them back and return the computer and I’m clearly upset cause now I feel played but they offer to get in touch with HP to return it to their distributor who they can’t reach bc by now the pandemic has everyone on lock down so a couple days later he calls and the he I’m referring to is Brandon but he says they spoke with their insurance company and their agent should be reaching out by the end of the week to file a claim to get me a check for a new computer or a new computer itself and they would also refund my money that I paid them for my trouble well into next week no call from the agent or him I call I say hey I was just calling to see what’s going on I never heard back from anyone oh they denied the claim my computer is to old it’s depreciated the value the insurance company wants to pay is offensive he says but they are going to keep doing what they can to get me a new computer so today he calls says hey your replacement is here for you to pick up let me know when you are free to come get it so just give me a call to schedule a pick up so how bout I call him back straight to voicemail mail twice and mind you he has taken to txting me rather than to talk to me now so i txt him he busy he w a customer right now oh and today is not a good day how bout tomorrow from the hours he has chosen by then I have let this guy have it bc it’s been almost a month since I dropped off my computer for a simple screen repair I paid and was not refunded any of my money and yet do I have my laptop or money and the new excuse is everything is just on hold bc of this pandemic but I had to remind him during this pandemic I have broken a phone and received the replacement within two days so I can’t understand how it’s going into over a month and I didn’t receive any of the services I paid so I’m taking legal action for my money and so call depreciated laptop I am too upset after dealing with this company and the way they do business the services I received I would’ve never thought and especially after reading all the good reviews they have

Great service, Very professional and kept me inform through out the whole process. I had a laptop issue system was not coming on. I took it to other places could not be fixed. I call Ideal IT Trends place talk to one of there techs was told appt only due to COVID-19. I hesitated to make the appt. thinking a waste of my time. Well I made the appt anyway. I brought in my computer he did a free diagnostic. It was fixable. I left it there 2 days later I was called to pick up. I was shocked it was fixed and the value was great. The tech suggested a Solid state hard drive, he showed me the difference with 2 computers he had there. I decided to upgrade he suggested that I take the computer because shipping right now is running slow with his vendor.( due to covid-19) When the drive came in we made appt. he transferred my data at a reasonable price and my computer is faster than when I first purchased it.
