Really nice store. All the departments I went by were picked up and relatively orderly. Didnt find what I was looking for but still dont mind coming here to just look at stuff I dont need. Definately not theJC Pennys from back in the day.

Visited the optical department. Second time they had remade my prescription glasses. Still not right but optician helped me choose a different frame. Will give them one more try before asking for a refund. I also purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses and they are perfect. Additionally, we purchased two pair of glasses for my husband and they were great!

I need school uniforms for my son who is 13 but he is large for his age we went to jc pennys and atfirst we couldnt find shorts to fit him and we were about to leave the store and he saw the big and tall area for mens and we went over there and found shorts to fit him .we were able to use the mystery coupon and that made it even better at the check out. I will allways go to JCPenneys for his clothes he is 50 in the waist and they fit perfectly I bought about 7 pairs.the location was wallisville rd in Houston TX. Thank you JCPENNEYS for super amazing and quality clothing for my needs.

The store looked good, customer service was nice like really shocked the level of assistance I received. But their selection is very lacking.

It is a very clean store. Well stocked everybody I met there was friendly. They are sensitive to their handicap customers and that means a lot to me, as I was walking in the store I needneeded to take a seat so I set down at a display table or bench or something. I probly spent a total of 10 minutes setting. Store employees walked past me and didnt even give me a mean look for setting on the display. I was approached by the nice lady who ran that department and asked if I needed help and we struck up a small conversation, I told her about my leg situation she told me to Keep sitting if I needed to for as long as I needed. I definitely give give this store 5 stars. Even though I was pretty sure there was a death star in the parking lot trying to take me out lol

No sale person were around to answer questions or assist with my shopping needs. Once I got to the register with $600 plus purchase the checker was not that pleasant and I was trying to save alllllll the Money I could.

Alright, I understand you may be hurting from 2020, but we the consumers are too.This place charging retail for Arizona jeans. I get them for work because they are around $20 and they usually have my size. Not today. The shelves were 80% empty and they were charging $42.50 on what they got. Website shows otherwise. Levis had a sale on buy one, get one at 50%, but jeans are $62.50. Im not spending that much for work jeans.

I went today to get my hubby some ni clothes for church Easter Sunday and I went in to Sephora to get something and they helped me find what I needed. And I tried it as soon as I got home . its a green tiger cream that blends right in and it looks like I spent an hour on my makeup. Took about 2 minutes to apply to my face

The selection of products here are amazing, theres really something for everyone. My problem is with customer service. They rush through the process sometimes and make simple mistakes that make the situation harder on them and the customer. I spent way too much time here today and it could have been avoided if the cashier had properly asked how my grand-aunt would be paying. They also dont always thoroughly check for the security tags and Ive had to come back a few times to get them taken off.

Do not Do not get jewelry from here. Last year was horrible between finding my ring and calling and asking where it was which got me hung up on and left on hold for a long time. Yesterday I went in to have a lost diamond and the band resealed in colored and the heavy set lady could not find my account for my lifetime protection. I came home called Asurion and they found it without any problems. For the cost of my ring I should have gotten better service and after a year they should know what they are doing. Find your jewelry else where

Nice clean shopping experience.

Went to return. Had receipt and everything. Was told Im missing a singular tag so I couldnt return a $270 I had bought quickly for an interview. Please learn to have a bit of a fair rule whenever it comes to tags, because it doesnt seem like a popular idea for something to be returned to be unacceptable when it is missing a singular tag.

Each visit at this particular location has created a new vision for me regarding shopping at JCPenney. I consistently get professionalism regarding every area of shopping. The displaying of merchandise is excellent in my opinion. Floor staff, checkout staff and management has opened my eyes. Expectancy of excellent service and quality of merchandise is wonderful!Thank you JCPenney!

Everyone here were extremely kind and displayed amazing customer service. I didn’t plan on doing much shopping so I didn’t grab a basket, but One of the employees (Brenda)saw me struggling to carry my items and offered to help me carry everything to the register and also brought me a basket. Brenda was amazing and I appreciate her for going out of her way to assist me.

No real problems. I ordered something online for first time and one clerk was nice to point out where to go. I wasnt all that thrilled with the clerk who checked me out. No more so than she was to get my order and check me out, but it didnt ruin my day or anything.

Gougers on JCPENNYS cc. We went to location and paid off the outstanding balance. A few weeks later we get a bill for $2.00 and change. We closed the account and told the lady to close the account. Well that well...not.

They were nice as I was going inside. I was greeted and there were smiles! Line for pickup was a long wait but they were quick once the other worer came back.

Najeny was the cashier. She readily ensured I got the most for my money by allowing me multiple transactions. This allowed me to take advantage of spend $25.00 get $10.00 off. She did it all with a big smile and great customer skills. I was able to take advantage of all savings. I usually shop up to three times monthly in this location.

Chose my fiance wedding band and got his ring size. Latricia was very helpful & patience with my fiance about the rings and how it should fit. I now just need to make a decision on which band to get him.

He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, we were cracking jokes the entire time so it felt authentic and not scripted whatsoever. Employees are nice enough, the store is always clean when I come here, and they never hassle me with returns, so its safe to say its a great store.In regards to the other reviews: They do two transactions per coupon so that people do not take advantage of the system and hold up their lines. They do not print it on the coupon itself because it should be common sense not to abuse each usage.

Clean, well organized, up to date quality brand fashions for all. Quiet, peaceful ambiance and super friendly, helpful associates, and always great sales with online coupons and savings in the app.

Looks nice but always has the same clothes. Literally every season JCP has the same clothes but with different color or change style a little bit. Only good thing is that theres almost always a good deal or coupon going around.

Sales personnel were not interested in helping but the store was very clean and visually appealing!

If you guys can PLEASE have someone who talks in a more calm manner as your recorded automated voice when we the customers call the store - that would be lovely! Also add an option to be directed to an associate and/or lost and found.
