There is no other place to take your phone to in Houston all other shops either charge too much for the same quality part if not better that Tony will install for you. Talk about speedy !!!! Was able to wait and catch half an episode on Netflix on the tv in store but the repair was done before I could get into the show that’s how quick it was. Additionally Tony has a 1 year warranty on the repair so you’ve got confidence in the craftsmanship of the work ! Don’t think twice !

I brought my phone here because its literally a few blocks from my place, so thought it was very convenient. What a mistake. He said itd cost $250 to fix due to LCD screen or whatever. I felt like that was ridiculous, but it was an emergency so I said okay. (See attached screen shot of my payment to him, since he denies servicing me. Call & ask for him by name & see who is lying).He fixed all of the cracks, except for a bright pixel that now appears above the front facing camera after he switched screens. I wouldve been indifferent about that but now, tho, I cant make outgoing calls, receive texts, use mobile data, nor Bluetooth unless connected to Wifi. He told me he could keep it a few more days to fix the motherboard issues but I was uneasy leaving my phone that many days with him.I took it to the carrier, then tried everything I saw in YouTube videos to fix it, but to no avail. I even brought it somewhere with 4.8 star reviews to see if they can correct this, but they informed me I needed the antenna from the original screen and it would only take 15 mins to swap out. Unfortunately by the time I had gone back this shop to see if he still had my cracked glass, he had discarded it. So it makes my phone worthless without wifi. Last, a good friend of mine tried to repair it, he used to be a phone tech in his home country, however, when he opened it up he found that the SIM card slot had been swapped out with one of a different model, that was part of the reason it wouldnt read my SIM. I dont know if that was intentional to bilk me for more money (per other 1-star reviews) or because he broke something accidently while repairing it & placed it there thinking it would fix it.I feel cheated that he still charged me full price but failed to fix the phone 100% & actually made my problem worse because he may not of had experience servicing this type of device before or worse. A good customer-driven business would have only charged me for the part and maybe a fraction of the labor, esp if something that wasnt an easy fix & now results in me getting a new phone. He did offer to buy my broken phone for parts but I decided to keep it so I could use as a backup device since it works normal on Wifi.

I dropped my Google 4a 5G and the screen cracked badly. I called cellphone repair guyz on fountain view in Houston on a monday afternoon asking if they would be able to get my screen replaced the same day. They had excellent customer service and were able to get my phone up and running again with a brand new, perfectly installed screen within30 mins. The crooked owner, and his negligent sister not only lied about fixing my friends phone on time but they purposely destroyed it. We initially went to have the cracked screen replaced, and they did way more than that after the owner and his sister tried to haggle us for more money than what was initially agreed upon. We went to another Repair store and they informed us that several things in the phone were altered that had nothing to do with replacing the screen. Avoid this fraudulent place at all cost!

Not only did they mess up the phone, but they also lied about the pricing. They quote one price over the phone, say a different price once you get there, and attempt to haggle for more once it comes time to pay. Between the phone that is now in worse condition than it was before, and the shady and unprofessional business practices I would not recommend the place. AVOID AT ALL COST

Update: My screen and camera are both great!!The price was great. I had called about 8-10 other cell phone repair places and this was the absolute best price. Canali and his staff did a great job repairing my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 screen.My camera lens is blurry and he told me to bring the phone back and he would clean the glue off the lens under the new screen. Hopefully, this process will not take another 3 hours. Other than that the phone looks new!

They have done 7 screens for me over the past few years. Every phone works exactly as it did before and there is no sacrifice in quality in screen resolution. They are very efficient with time and don’t cut corners, this is the only plant apart from Apple that I trust with my phone.

In February I purchased a Groupon to have my phone repaired at this place. I went in for the repair and the guy in the store talked me into paying $15 more because he needed to fix something additional on my phone and next time I needed repair he would throw in a discount. This was never indicated on Groupon, I think this is something he did to get more money. Not even a week later my entire phone fell apart and I had undergone surgery. After I got back to where I could function normally COVID hit. I called and asked if I could have my phone looked at and was told they were not open for business at the time but follow up later. I called again and they had began seeing customers and I went in and explained what happened. I was brushed off and told it couldn’t be fixed and there was no warranty. I then took the phone to another shop and was told the reason my phone kept falling apart was because the screws were not put back in when the phone was repaired. I then had to purchase a new phone because the entire phone would just split in half. The store did a piss poor job fixing the phone. DO NOT purchase a Groupon for this place or have them fix your phone. They are full of it.

These guys are thieves. I dropped some phones off to her jail broken so I can use any provider. The owner said he was going to call me when they found out how much it was going to cost. I never received a call and I had no idea how much it was going to be. They proceeded to do “repairs.” I went back to the store and the owner said they sent the phones to their warehouse. Owner said he was going to call me back after the phones were back at the store. Never got a call back. I showed up 3 weeks after dropping off the phones. They gave me three phones that weren’t the ones I dropped off. Not even the same phone providers that the phones had. I asked for my phones and the owner had no idea where the phones were. He also stated that my phones were taken apart and that there could have been a mixed up. He stated again he was going to call me back once he found them. I never got a call. I called back a week later, 5 weeks later since phone were dropped off. Owner stated that there was a break in in the store and that my phones were stolen, yet I never got a call when phones were at the store. Now I am out of luck and they won’t answer my calls anymore. Essentially they stole three phones and I can’t really do much now. Stay away from this place.

Very satisfied with the service and customer service. The location is very convenient. On one occasion I dropped off my phone and popped over next door and got my nails done while I waited, another time I popped into the Fish Market next door and ate. Both times the repair cost less and took less time than I was told. I was pleasantly surprised. This is my go to for quick, easy, precise phone repair.

I gave a second star because they are cheaper than anyone else. However, after getting the screen replaced, the back of the phone wasnt properly glued back on. We took the phone back and they did another shoddy job and after a few weeks its coming off again. Add to that we are now having battery issues, which we did not have before taking the phone to them...and I am not happy. Also, they dont keep to their store hours. They open whenever they feel like it and they have no problem closing early. So will i ever take my phone back? No. Never. Ill pay a little more if I have to and get it done by someone who will do a better job.

Needed a charging port and most places I called told me to leave the phone over night, this place did it in about fifteen minutes.

I took a S7 edge for REPAIR front glass and back glass paid for it upfront came back the next day. The top of the glass was was not even on the phone a good gap for anything to fall in and ruin the phone Tony or the other guy there didnt even want to turn on the phone to make sure everything was working.. Go Home and charge it they said I stepped out the store within 2 minutes I find that my digitizer isnt working I take in back in and they start coming up with excuses.. oh its the frame oh its a bad battery but no where in that time did they say will make it work since I paid already and its still not working.. they said give us more money to make it work... I took it to a different repair shop and basically told me cell phone repair guys stole your money for a trash job...YES THOSE ARE ACTUAL PHOTOS

I brought it back to them, I was told that they would send the faulty replacement back to the company and call me in a week. Its been 11 days, I couldnt get anyone on the phone so I drove over here. The rude man behind the counter, whose name I am unsure of, did not care at all. He gave me back a broken phone. The man who fixed the phone wont answer his phone and so I am out $146 for a broken phone, still.The customer service is terrible, the level of professionalism is nonexistent, and there are many other places to take a phone to, to get it fixed.Youve been warned - stay away from this place!!Also, while I was here, I heard the guy tell a customer that he could not pay with a card unless he wanted to pay the fee that the card charges the business ($3).
