Over priced cheap speakers and the owner is rude

I was told to come in at 4pm for my installation but when I get there. He tells me that he sent his workers home for the day & come back tomorrow. I couldnt come back the nexts day, I already had plans. He couldve just call me back & tell me, not to come. I wasted my time & gas to drive wayy out there....😥😥

I have recently visited Stereo Giant for a radio installation. I order all my parts through a third party vendor and Stereo Giant does my install. On my recent purchase, a radio for my girlfriends 2010 Toyota Corolla, my kit came with a wrong part. The owner was generous enough to provide me the same kit for the same price as my purchase. He also installed in my Dodge Grandcaravan a Pioneer double din, back up camera, 4 6x9s Polk audio speakers. His installations are done in a timely manner with good quality and a reasonable price. If you are ever unsatisfied, he tries to meet your needs as best as he can. A good place for all your installation needs

The owner of this store charge me 270 dls just to install a 80 dlrs radio without the harness! Don’t go to this store

Went to get my radio and amp installed and the installer mismatched all the Gm positive and negative Wires for speakers that connected to the amp causing reverse polarity and the radio also connected wrong always pops when you turn off and on and the speakers whine and destort a lot obsviously it’s not grounded correctly and there prices are pretty high for the type of work they do people go find a a better shop that has professional installers not just anyone of the streets

I brought my own system to get installed and they did a great job. Highly recommend these guys, ask for Ivan

Was unsatisfied with the work done Especially for the price and I tried to go back and get it fixed they were not wanting to they were practically saying there’s nothing that can be done nor could I get my money back .. I’m never going back nor will my friends and family! Worst experience ever.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Worker has a horrible attitude, not only discriminatory but also thief. This man refused to do his job properly after paying him because I took my two year old in the store with me, he charged $77 to connect a dvd player / stereo and only connects the stereo.... Dont go to this place!

Easy place to shop very knowledgeable staff and prices are reasonable just had an alarm installed and took about 2 hrs which aint that bad then I decided to install amp radio and sub to my vehicle which was another 2 hrs not bad and sounds good

Went here Friday had a Pioneer touch screen installed went back today had tint done....Did my business with ivan he knows everything you need to know about what you want or need done for you cars from stereos to tinting also told me a few things I didnt know about it....great guy to work with go in and ask for ivan when you go hes very nice and will give you his option and suggestions on everything you want or need....

Work on my car was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to others. I read other reviews and some customers are harsh, I think consumers don’t want to pay and blame the workers and shop instead.

Never go to stereo giant on federal niqqa installed a viper alarm on my charger burned downed the whole harness to computer and the owner told me pay me 100 bucks more to fix it he ran more cables and a.c. wouldnt work radio turned off no light would go on at night my head lights blew out also!

I recently got 4 speakers installed by them I had installed my stereo myself then when I came out the shop my radio turned off I looked at it and they connected the wires there way plus lost the cap for my door panel. All I can say is cheap so you get what you pay for

Got a tint job done a while back and it was a good experience... got the job done fairly quickly and I was in and out. Within a good price range, also got things installed in my car. Try this place out! Most people reviewing are here just to complain and the people who have a good experience usually dont review things

If I could give -5 stars I would. Dont waist your hard earned money with these thieves. We took a brand new amplifier to be installed where they installed it was a place that cut off the rca as soon as they put down the seat back over it. Which caused the rca to break off in the brand new amp. We took back today and they acted like it was not there fault and instead of fixing the problem they charged us again but this time they totally burned out the amp and didnt even tell us. My husband checked and noticed right away brought the situation to their attention and they gave no fks. So they burned out our brand new amp charged us for burning it out and could careless. They do not know how to run a business their attitude is always like your problem not ours. Instead of working to compromise on a solution they add fuel to the fire. Your better off going to the flea market and paying some 1 to do the work for half the price and better job then these ppl. Youve been warned!!!!

Not only did they crack my radio screen, they charged me $75 put me a clamp on my battery post and tighten down three screws. Never go to this place because the owner will get over on you...and never pay first.

This is the worse place ever to do business. They do not guarantee their work. Tint is bubbling and the owner act like he dont remember doing my tint being I came back a week later after the orginal install for him to fix the bubbles that had already accumulated. If you go to this dump to do business, get a warranty regardless of the service in writing. Do not let him give you that little piece of receipt paper stating only what youve paid. Dont call the police to get assistance without the proper document (written warranty) because thats just a waste of your time because they wont even go speak to the bullshit owner.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! I NEED NOT REPEAT THAT...Had an Clifford Alarm installed while I was at work and after my shift returned to my car. The first day all seemed to be okay. However the following morning the starter anti theft lock would not disengage or something? Had it towed to his store at my own expense and his guy could not get my car to turn over at all. Wasted both time and money using their services.Long story short we settled for a new alarm and I had it installed elsewhere by an trained/certified/authorized person who possess a MESA certification. Even the replacement product has its deficiencies i.e. the responder aux. remote will not charge.Thanks for nothing but trouble Stereo Giant!

Do not go to stereo giant them guys are unprofessional i went to get my car tinted and ghost lights installed when they were done i left without checking my windows or mirrors cause i was already rushing so i got home i checked them nd my driver mirror didnt work so i went the nxt day and i told them.. one of the workers had an attitude from the start and he tried telling me dat it didnt work wen i got there they gave me a hard time but ended up fixing it still but this place is not a good spot to go i do not recommend it at all

Terrible work, speaker installation is trash blew out my speaker in there parking lot before I can leave with volume low. I brought all my speakers and wire two 12 fosgate woofers with box and four 6x9 inf ref. With two fosgate amps. I was told $200 for installation and ended up spending $500 and my system kept given me problems took my car to a more proffesional place and they showed me what they done and it was terrible. I ended up paying $1100 to fix the damage theyve done. This place should be out of business!!!!!! Do not go there!!!

A friend of mine recommended this shop to me ...i had 2 kicker 15s and 4000watt amp installed the nite before i came online to do research on this shop..the reviews were horrible so i second guess coming here ...so i goggle other shops witch had great ratings but my gut kelp telling me to go to stereo giant...i have a 2013 range rover autobiography sport and they did a wonderful job...ABSOLUTELY great jobs...they dont do.sloppy work at all no wires shows no broking panals all professional...alot of people had alot of bad things to say about the owner....i met the man...i think personally hes just misunderstood ...hes just business...they guys in the shop are cool as fans...great team of installer...they took there time and pull up the skimatics of the wireing on my truck to make sure that there finding the rite wires...pure professionals...my system is better than i ever thought iam herd blocks away before i even get home...so with that said...when looking for installers go with your gutt feelings and not off anothers person bad experience...every experience is different indeed...id recommend stereo giant to any one who hands down...the installation fee was 200bucks no lies no games 10 20dolla bills thats it i was out the door in about 2hours..

Very bad service, Gaby the owner was rude on the phone. Due the bad installment my speakers and amps started smoking in my trunk. Refusal to reinstall and refund made this a bad experience.

Dont listen to the 5 stars they were conplete jerks to me and i was on a budget so i was discusing on deals for the best product i could afford and even when i asked about the rms on they tould me get out of here man you want this you want that go to freaking walmart and that was a simple question. The guy was a complete ass. Not sure about the rest of them but if the indian or something guy is there just walk out no respect.
