Terrible business. Typical bait and switch shady business operator here. I called around yesterday to get quotes for the installation of a remote starter. At the start of the start of the conversation, I told him I drove a 2015 Honda Accord. Based on that and the model starter, I was given a quote for the remote starter and installation yesterday. I dropped off my car today--wasted money on an Uber to get to work. Two hours after having my car, I got a call telling me they needed to charge me more because the installation is more time consuming than originally believed. That can only mean two things: (i) they always planned to do that; or (ii) they arent as experienced as they say. Either way, I told them not to touch my car. I dont like dealing with businesses like that. Considering the situation and the service I have gotten so far, they likely would have done a terrible job and then when I took my car back to fix it they would make a million excuses.Stay away.

I have a 2018 Infiniti Q60 and I have had multiple installs on my vehicle. Everytime I go to Kings, I am treated as a friend! My last 3 vehicles I have had Kings install a new sub. This place does a you cant tell there was an install to my brand new car kind of job. I bought my 2017 wrx about 2 weeks ago and was worried they might mess something up while installing, however despite my worries, they did an absolutely wonderful job. Fernando installed my JLW6 10 with a 600/1 JL amp and made my car bang. Hes a great guy, and they did a fair price on the install. My car doesnt even look like anything was installed, and still looks brand new. So I have a great sounding system and the install was perfect. If you have a nice car and dont want anything messed up, come on over to Kings. You wont be disappointed.

Stay away from these guys. I found them via Google and purchased an alarm and stereo. I had to return repeatedly because of problems they created. They created problems that cost me about $500 to have repaired. They should have just told me they were not qualified to do the work and I would have gone elsewhere. I wound up having to go to another alarm installer that fixed all of my issues. Their opinion was that Kings Car Stereo & Alarms were severely under qualified at their profession. On one of my return trips to try and get Kings Car Stereo & Alarms to resolve problems they created, I learned from another customer that the installer had drilled a hole in their gas tank by accident. The customer was waiting for them to repair it, which involved having to drop out the tank and repair it. It always appeared the installer was under the gun trying to finish a job so he could get to the next one. I believe the poor guy is just overworked, anyone can make mistakes when they are in a hurry. I just wish I had learned about this prior to them working on my vehicle. Seriously folks, avoid this place!

Great environment, fast and easy service

I went to this shop to install a subwoofer and amp they get the signal for the rear speakers they didnt get the signal from the radio but instead from the rear speakers. Bad servide and they charge me $100 just for installation. And the worse is that you can hear the engine on the rear speakers sometimes.
