Only truck here to unload 2 hours in and still here, why don’t they just let the drivers unload themselves, I can guarantee you I’ll be out of here in less that 20 mins. Bad service

Over the counter service is always quick, but like any other distributor; the forklift drivers take as much time as they can to come out from the back of the warehouse and tend to move slowly.Expect to be here roughly 30 minutes just to get your materials. More if it’s a larger order.

Great customer service

I called prior to going in. The employee was friendly and confirmed they had what I was looking for. I arrived and was promptly greeted and was informed he was there to help or answer any questions. I always appreciate acknowledging me, a customer, when I walk in. Unfortunately, the wrong type of material was what was in stock, though the employees made suggestions on how to make it work. I wasn’t comfortable for the application though I appreciated the suggestion and demonstrated a willingness to solve the problem. All in all, good visit though I have to deduct a star as the product I’m looking for should be in stock, not the outdated type.

I would highly recommend them . Just off of customer service I’ll give them five stars . Jose at the front desk is extremely helpful, professional, and courteous .

The lady at the front desk completely ignored me as I stood there patiently needing to speak to someone. Her name said Mayra. Literally was standing in front of her as she kept typing on computer for almost 3 minutes straight. There were 2 other men in office busy discussing something amongst each other, also saw me standing there. Only reason for 2 stars is the kind older lady who came from the back and immediately came up to me. Think her name is Bea. Very professional and sweet. The rest of front desk help in office is rude, unprofessional and not in a hurry to help it seems.

The guy with the forklift is racist**(he wears glasses with magnification and he has a beard)**he does not like to give good service to those who were not born here, however the people in the office were friendly
