My work uses this company for vehicle maintenance. I took my car in here a few days ago to get it checked out since my engine sounded like a non-stop water filter when I sped up. I also had problems with the brakes. The manager is very professional and car-savvy; she told me that my brake calipers were completely destroyed and were cracking, as shown in the photo below. They had everything fixed by the end of the day and I’m satisfied with no more issues! I will be visiting them again the next time I have an issue.

Was impressed at the speed of the reply to my initial question then to the website loaded with info where we can make appointments, estimated prices and length of time needed etc. So modern. Karolena was so nice when I came in, very efficient and knowledgeable in the work shes doing. I was in and out before I knew it. She also made recommendations about my tires and stressed how important it is that they get replaced ASAP for my safety. Took her advice and got new tires right after leaving the shop. I appreciate that she was thorough and mentioned a couple of things instead of just doing the inspection then sending me on my way.

I had a fantastic experience bringing my wifes car into get serviced. Like most people, car troubles stress me out because I dont understand the problems. We had a few issues and they not only took the time to show me the problems personally and help me understand them, but made a plan to save me money on needed repairs compared to repairs that could wait. I felt like they had my best interest at heart for what I needed. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They earned a customer for life with me.

When a relatively new right-front strut broke at the mounting last Saturday, I was pessimistic that it could be fixed in a short time.I happened to catch Karolena at the shop just past noon time, and she was able to set up an appointment for first thing on Monday morning.Two unexpected surprises resulted from her efforts:1. She was able to arrange delivery of the replacement parts on the same day.2. Because the strut was installed at Professional Auto Care, it was covered under their extended Service Smart warranty. Not only was the part covered, but also the labor to repair the break and the required realignment of the front end.When I picked up the vehicle on Monday afternoon, I was thrilled to see an invoice for zero dollars. I truly enjoyed the service here. I am a hard to please person but given how thorough and transparent the manager was with me about my vehicle, I felt very satisfied with the service. I didnt worry about shady maintenance or white lies about my car, and that says a lot in my opinion. This is the only shop I will ever go to in Houston. When I first got my last car I took it in to have it looked at because I was worried about it being a salvaged vehicle and I know nothing about cars. Karolena actually got in the car and drove it around with me to make sure it ran okay. My newest vehicle actually turned out to have a lot of problems and when I came in I actually had to have it towed in off the freeway. I was so afraid and stressed out when I arrived but everyone I came into contact with were so nice. Someone actually gave me a hug. I bought a service smart check and the report was so thorough I actually have no anxiety that there are any hidden problems that I am not aware of. They took the time to explain everything to me and show me where on my car the problems were located. Even though they delivered bad news about my car, I have zero qualms about the shop at all. I dont have to worry about being ripped off here. I feel safe when I walk in the door and, again, knowing nothing about cars, thats an incredibly unique experience for me. I have been a satisfied PAC customer for more than 15 years. They are always willing to work with my schedule, are friendly, honest, and always willing to explain the work they do. Professional Auto Care is the best!!I was having issues with my 2008 Silverado after towing my travel trailer. The truck would not start after towing. This went on for a couple of years. At the beginning PAC walked me over the phone through some troubleshooting steps to get the truck started, and it worked! When I first took the truck to get it checked out, nothing could be found that was causing the problem. Over time, the problem became more frequent. When PAC contacted Chevrolet about the problem it turned out that it is common and the entire fuel assembly had to be replaced. After PAC replaced the fuel assembly the problem has been solved!! Now my truck and towing go very well together. No more issues after towing!! Thank you PAC!! You guys are the best!!

They talk the talk when explaining what they think is happening which makes you feel good about their service, but the end result if you know anything about cars is not good. Took my car there, one thing was fixed but another issue started happening. They quoted my dad for a diagnostics over the phone and told him that it would be included in the total of recommended repairs were done there, but they are liars they still charged him for diagnostics even though he did what they recommended with them.

Great company. Very professional and respectful. They were very diligent in getting our vehicle fixed. I like how they even took the time to do a full inspection of the vehicle to let us know additional repairs that were needed and the priority of each repair. This was all documented in a nice presentation and sent to us and also included pictures and descriptions of all findings. First repair shop I know that does this. Definitely would recommend them to other customers and trust me, Im picky when it comes to mechanics.

Great experience. They renewed my state inspection in no time! They even made sure that my sticker was perfectly square on the windshield. Its nice to see that people care about the little things. I came to this same location last year to get my inspection done and the young lady (Karolena Serratos) advised me that my tint on the back window were to dark. I took initiative to get the windows corrected and came back to allow them to complete the inspection this year. After telling me my front window were fine previously, Now the % on those are incorrect. Its unprofessional and is costing me more money when Im not being advised correctly the first time. I cant stop anyone from coming here, but I will state make sure there is clarity about your vehicle because you could possibly be informed something wrong about your vehicle! They will no longer get mine nor my familys business that Ive referred to them in the past.. Then she had the nerve to get Sassy. Took my 2011 Camaro for alignment. They not only exceeded my expectations on the alignment, but also diagnosed AND informed me about the cause in the under carriage that had been missed by my dealership for the past year and a half, which had been causing the car to pull slightly to one side. My car needed 100k maintenance and other services. I went to the car dealer and was quoted a huge sum, over 3k. Contacted Professional Auto Care and they quoted me less than half the original quote. Little did I know that not only would I get the service done for half the cost, but their customer service would be out of this world. Went there for my AC problem. I told them that even though it shows that there is aome freon, the AC will not blow cold air once I drive for sometime. They diagnosed the AC and they said they didnt find any problem and charged me for AC test(which was expensive). I took it later for another non-certified mechanic who fixed the problem easily and didnt charge much!

I signed up for the Service Smart program and took in my car to get it checked out. Karolena did an amazing job at showing me in great detail exactly what was wrong with my car, what needed to be addressed as soon as possible, what could wait but should keep an eye on and many other things. She also quoted me a good price on all the services, and put no pressure on me to do them, just advised I should in order to keep the car running smooth. We even tried to change out my suspension, but due to some part ordering problems, we were not able to put the ideal struts in the vehicle. Instead of going to a cheaper set of struts, Karolena recommended that I do some searching into the struts that fit my car properly and until then we should hold off so I can be truly happy with the ride quality. No charge or anything after all the labor, so they really do want what is best for the client.

This is a rare place, where problems are explained clearly and a written estimate is emailed. I cannot say enough positive things about the work and Miss Ella and Karolena. Every time we’ve needed a repair or just maintenance, Professional Auto Care was ready and willing to aid us in whatever issues we had. Whether, we had an unfortunate accident, or just needed our oil changed and our tires checked. They always gave us the best prices for parts and service and our expectations were met and exceeded.

Before going to them, my car was pulling to the right hardcore. I tore up one side of my tires by constantly having to pull to the left. I would let go of my wheel to exit the freeway. Brought it to them and no more than 20 minutes later I was driving off with a car I didnt even need to steer to keep going staight. Straight as the crow flies. Would take my car back again for any future issue. 10/10 Very friendly, considerate, and affordable service.

Service was very professional and most importantly trust worthy. Part needed changing and they could have changed it for me and bill me, but instead they told me the item was a recall and provided me with all the information to take the vehicle to the dealership. Saved about $500.00 due to them being honest.

Been going here for a few years. Never had to go back after they fixed something. Great family. They love what they do.

Just relocated here to Houston and thus starts the process of finding the essentials... a good barber, church, pub and mechanic. I was pleased to discover there appears to be no shortage of good pubs to chose from (I seem to always be able to find those first). My first attempt in finding a mechanic here didnt work out and after some research I landed on these guys and decided to start off with their Service Smart service so I can get the complete picture of the health of my vehicle (Toyota 4Runner, over 340k mi). I have never seen such a detailed and thorough inspection done and was encouraged to watch the process and was given a personal rundown afterwards showing me everything. This is the first mechanic shop Ive found that I completely trust. Also I do believe this is the first mechanic shop where I actually enjoy the customer service interaction. Glad I happened to “stumble” on Professional Auto, and Im quite certain you will too.

I highly recommend Professional Auto Care for their honesty, customer service, and their expertise. For me, they are the best auto repair shop in Houston! I have taken my vehicles there for several years now and I am completely satisfied with the service I have received.

Today a friend called for some auto advice and asked for suggested reputable mechanics. I suggested PAC without hesitation. I was looking up the number to give him and realized I really should leave a review for the amazing job/service over the years. I went about a year back to pick up my truck, my brother drove me in his truck making some belt noises. The mechanic heard the noise, came over and even offered us free advice on the best way to test for and fix a bad pulley. Honesty and integrity is hard to find in the automotive field, but you can find both here. I drive past multiple mechanic shops I can walk to, across town, to drop my vehicles off here for a reason.

They dont deserve these high ratings!They are overcharging for poor quality of service. If you are willing to pay more just becuse they made think they are doing a good work, then you can use them but if you are looking for an auto mechanic shop where your needs are being served, stay away from this place.

Frankly I didnt expect too much because of my bad experience with other shops in the past. I chose this shop based on Google reviews and Im glad I did it.The service was perfect. Karolena was very helpful and friendly. They educate the customer by providing an easy-to-understand report with pictures of the parts in your car. I would definitely recommend PCA to my family and friends.

So I first came here because of the stellar reviews but quickly became disenchanted.The first time they fixed my car they did a great job, very polite but the cost was pretty high. I guessed it must have been difficult to fix.The second time I came because I had an accident and the insurance was going to pay. Believing that professional Auto Care was going to work with me because not only did they seem polite but also helpful. I was seriously mistaken. Waiting for the insurance to pay Professional Auto Care, I was notified that I was being charged a storage fee to which they called policy 20$ a day.Being a college student 20$ a day becomes close to impossible to pay off, which hurts even more when the car is needed for work. They knew this but refused to work with me, even after being told that the insurance company was sending them the check.After this a couple of days later my fender fell off as I was driving down the highway. I went back and asked for them to just put it back on. To which they said they repair it as a courtesy and would have to charge me to put it back on. Why fix something only to have it break from being done incorrectly?I went to my dealer to have the repair done only to be told that the amount of money I paid the for the first repair was basically me being taken advantage of. The actual repair cost only 1/3th the price Professional Auto Care charged me. 275$ at my dealer compared to the 800$+ charged by professional Auto Care.All in all dont believe the polite facade, they are not there to help you, but there to make money. Double check with a second source to ensure you dont get ripped off. And if they do any courtesy repairs, expect to return a second time.

Ive been a PAC customer for at least 5 years. I found them searching via AAA certified garages close to me. I get great customer service from all of their staff and the Serratos family. Karolena and Mr. Everardo take the time to explain any issues or future problems I may have in the next few months via their SMART service program. Unfortunately for them Im a stickler about my car as I believe car maintenance is a priority to ensure my familys safety. Theyve always done their best to accommodate my schedule so I can pick up my kids in the afternoon. Thanks PAC!

Karolena and Professional Auto Care is hands down the BEST auto service I have ever gotten. I am new to Houston, and often as a young woman I am wary of mechanics trying to take advantage of me. Professional Auto Care really worked hard for me. I had a complicated issue that included dealing with a warranty on parts from another mechanic, and Karolena took the extra time to do the research and make sure that I got the absolute best deal possible. Not only that, but she took the time to walk me through the mechanical issue and let me see and touch the problem with the car, and explore all my options. She genuinely cared about finding the best solution tailored to my needs. I cannot express how thankful I am for the amazing service I got at Professional Auto Care! As long as I live in Houston Im taking my care anywhere else!

They serviced my BMW M3 to spec, if not better than the dealer. All parts were OEM BMW, the oil was recommended by the manufacturer, and was done in a timely manner. With all this to consider, it was still the cheapest I have ever paid while keeping quality work. Everyone is very nice and keeps you in the loop. I dont take my M3 just anywhere, but will definitely be returning for my future maintenance and problems. A++
