This business is no longer at this location. I had a flat tire today and i google a tire shop. Google brought this business up as 3mins away from my location. I drove on my flat tire there only to find out they are no longer there but now a body shop. Google needs to give up to date info at all

Amazing! Brought my car in 2/27/19 (2003 Nissan Altima) I forgot his name but works the front desk I believe, he is the best, took time out of his day to educate me more about cars and mines. Very honest!! My car is better than it was when I first bought it. I’m a college student working part time and wouldn’t mind spending all my money here just because their honest and do a very good job. Will be back soon !

Brought my car in for an oil change and was beyond pleased with my experience. The two gentlemen at the front were more than helpful in fixing my car. The prices were surprisingly low as well. I walked into Mr. Tire & Auto Care on Friday Nov. 18, 2016 by chance. Im so glad that I did. Everyone there is so professional and kind. The customer service is impeccable!! I usually dont leave reviews, but in this case I have to. The staff really kills the stereotype of mechanics trying to get over on you. If you need mechanical work done, I recommend them. Im very pleased with the work they did on my Jeep Liberty. It feels like Im riding in a brand new car thanks to them. Oh and best of all, their prices are very reasonable.

I went this morning at 8am to do the inspection and there was a gentleman opening the shop when he asked if I need any help I told him that I need to get the inspection than he told me, come back in an hour and the inspection machine will be ready and that was all he said. So I did as he requested and bring the car one hour later. He, the same person did the inspection and like 15 minutes later, I was on the waiting room when he shows up and said, here is the inspection results and he asked me to pay $25.50 in cash, I said thank you Sr. But I don’t have any cash with me, I only have my debit card, and then he got mad on me just because I didn’t have any cash to pay the inspection, and then He told me that I only visit them when I need to do the inspection and not for labor and then he mentioned that the inspection they do is o only a service for the government and that I was supposed to pay in cash otherwise he is going to break the new rule taking payment for inspection with debit card or CC, instead of cash. I did asked another guest that was in the room if he knew or been heard anything about it and what he respond was, not all. By the way our truck is a 2016 Equinox and we bought it brand new the same year and until today we don’t have any issues that require any labor. He really makes me feel so bad and embarrassed me as well. I did asked a few people about it and no body knew anything about that rule he was saying. Please do your own judgement when trying to visit this place.

The most honest mechanics Ive ever dealt with.I thought I had multiple issues with my car due to my lack of knowledge but these guys very honestly and candidly pointed out that there were none saving me hundreds in repair costs.Any other mechanic wouldnt have been as honest or courteous.Definitely coming here for all my car needs.Thanks Mr Tire!!!

This place did a great tire alignment and oil change. The tire alignment fixed the problems I was having. It did take them 2 hours though because they only had one mechanic and they were busy on a Saturday. The guy in the front was very friendly and he even let my wife take a magazine she liked. I will go back.

These folks are nice. But just didnt do me right. I called to see if they had my tire and got price. I show up tell the guy hey i called about the tire size he said ok. I waited an entire hour for my turn for install and the guy says he dont have the tire. Then he says he has one thats newer and better 20 bucks more. Im thinking i went to the bank for the amount they told me for the tire they said they had.......i usually go get my tires off richmond but figured id try them bc i send ppl to them to get tires on Sunday when the tire shops are usually closed. Im extremely disappointed. Luckily i have a spare what if i had my car towed there and without a spare? Then id be stuck out. Probably wont be back here and will stop referring

Ive been here couple of times and had wonderful experiences each time. The staff is courteous and professional. The waiting room is really clean and a wifi/charging station so you can write reivew while you wait!The best part of their service is that they give you a full run through of what was done to your car. I havent had many good experiences with auto shops like Ive had here. I highly recommend this place. :)

These guys always take care of me. They have experienced mechanics that know their stuff. Quality work and always honest.

I too used to work here. Sometimes you will pay a few extra dollars ($5-$10) on extra fees like shop supplies and hazardous waste fees, but they will do the job right. And they will never charge you for something they did not do. Their prices are very fair compared to other shops around the area. In the entire time that I worked here, we never made repairs with used parts...unless the client requested so. Only top of the line quality parts with manufacturers warranty.

Mr. Tire and Auto Care provides excellent auto services, equipped with talented mechanics and nice people, their facility is very neat and clean, they are very detailed and they do through inspections and provide honest advice. My experience with this company was very professional. Arron quoted me a deal for an alignment that was fair and affordable. I definitely would recommend this company. Clean with refreshments at your disposal.

Update: I recently installed two tires on my car. I noticed uneven edge wear on my right front following the alignment. Turns out, my tie rod was frozen and it needed to be replaced by another company. This facility probably attempted to adjust it but gave up after realizing it wouldnt budge. I paid for a shoddy alignment and my tires wore unevenly because they wouldnt admit my tie rod needed to be replaced

I will never go back to this place.I went for vehical inspection. they charged inspection fee, on the top of that been told tht your car cannot pass inspection if you dont change your wiper blades so he installed blades for $14 something each then on the top of that he charged me $3 environmental fee and for used wiper blade tresh. he charged me $2.55. I told him I hve never paid such kind of fees and that wiper blades trash.Anyway I wasnt happy with that and will never go back again.I would not recommond anyone to go to that place.They should mention all this before taking any car in their shop.

I wotked there. The owner is very misleading towards the customers. Uses cheap parts and used parts. Marks up all his parts double. Always charging extra fees. He did not pay me for my last few days. The reason he cant keep employees is because he is very cheap, and treats them like slaves. One of the worst shops I ever work at. Notice all his reviews are from Pakistani people. His friends and family.

Car was running fine before the oil change.The car started shaking the same night. Took the car back and was charged $150 to fix.Would not recommend
