I cant say enough good things about this shop. I arrived, and was immediately greeted by staff. He told me my wait would be around 2hrs. I needed my active grill shutter repaired on my Nissan Altima. When I got there, my check engine light was on. They fixed my problem in less then 2hrs. I even asked for an alignment . They did my alignment. Test drove my car and sent me on my way. My check engine light was off when I left, I was able to get my inspection and Im a happy camper. I normally go to Christian brothers automotive. They are extremely over priced. This is my new shop. Although its far from my house, I will definitely make the drive. Customer service was stellar. A few days later they called to check on me and to see how they did. I was blown away by this. First time customer, brought in my C class over for an alignment about 2 weeks ago. Everyone was great however once completed, I noticed my steering wheel was not aligned properly. The car would drive straight but the wheel was pointing left so I called again and was told to bring it by the next day. Went back and waited some time before my car was looked at and low and behold the steering wheel was still not centered. At this point I’d like to note everyone was friendly except for one guy (don’t know his name) who was pretty rude and overall seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I figured third time is the charm and told them my wheel still isn’t centered and I got the dirtiest look from him, I was like wow ok but I’m not leaving until it’s taken care of. I ended up waiting 2 hours there before he came back and basically told me the wheel is straight and that I’m “not looking at it right”. I was pretty tired and just left and although my steering wheel was still not completely centered, I decided it was “good enough” and that I didn’t want to come back as I felt so unwelcome by this gentleman. I also want to point out he nearly curbed another customer’s wheels while pulling it into the shop. Wasn’t even going to post this review but I was on a long drive today and my “almost centered” steering wheel reminded me of this experience. Safe to say I’m not going back.

Where to start... these guys are simply amazing. From their friendliness and legit interest in my vehicle, to their hospitality letting me check out their personal vehicles and more... this was easily a 10/10 experience! Easy to schedule service. Had tires rotated,brake pads installed and wheel alignment. They had my truck ready in a couple of hours. Fast service and fair prices.

This place does a great job and honors their warranty. Got an alignment 10 months ago with their 1 year warranty. Went back today to get it checked again and everything was fine. A very slight misalignment on the rear wheels but they corrected that in no time. A recommend these guys 100%.

Went today to get an oil change. I was bit late for my appointment and the reception guy was completely nice and very courteous. I got recommended by my car place to come here for an oil change and what use to be an over 2 hour for an oil change at my car place these gentleman had done in less than 30min. My car broke down on a Sunday. Monday morning I was able to speak with Keith he was empathetic to my situation and helped me out. He was able to get my car up and running less than an hour. Gerard is always making sure things are working good with my vehicle. Definitely highly recommended!!

Good Alignment and Better Rates than others around me

The guy that works there with the glasses is rude and unprofessional! Was told over the phone to just come in to get my alignment rechecked that they just did 2 weeks ago. I showed up and they said they couldn’t help me without an appointment even though I drove from league city because I was told to come on in. Then they Changed my scheduled time without letting me know. So when I showed up at the time I was scheduled they said I was late they moved my appointment up by 15 mins and now they can’t help me for 4 more hours. Another trip from league city wasted! Can I just get my money back so I can go somewhere that with give me a good alignment or can they actually take care of it. We won’t know because every time I go for some reason they can’t see me!!!!

First lets say when I made an appointment I was quoted a different price then when I made it to my appointment. After that I ended up paying the correct price. I gotta brake job and a wheel alignment and lets just say my car havent been right ever since. My car never was squeaking and now its squeaking very loud brought it back to the shop 3-4 times and still never was fix. My wheel alignment is not straight and ever since I brought my car here I dont feel safe driving my car. I spend over $300 for terrible mechanic work and its a shame that I just got to the point of bringing my car back and forth to them and nothing was getting fix. Lost out on more then $300 that I didnt have to waste. Its alot of young men that still need training . This shop showed alot of flaws and I would never recommend anyone here. They honestly do not care.

Too bad theres no option for zero stars. Showed up even before my appt time which was 7:30 in the morning to make sure I wasnt holding anybody up and nobody around to open. 11 minutes past my appt time and nothing. Not to mention nobody ever answers when you call. Taking my business elsewhere.

I came here with an alignment issue that Ive had even after I took it to a company twice and different locations. They aligned my vehicle and stated that my vehicle was aligned but would still have a pull due to him noticing a slight wear on one side and a building bubble on the tread itself. Sure enough, I had it replaced and my alignment problems went away. The other place was saying that my suspension needed to be replaced in order to get it right. This place was honest with me and to the point. I will be coming back here in the future.

I came in with good memories and Im here very disappointed. My appointment was at 11 and they have 2 ramps for alignment and one was empty so I thought great in and out but that wasnt the case another person of African American background came and they put her car ahead of mine. Im guessing is this a race thing (Im Hispanic) so you know my brain is just going off thinking. And also forgot to mention I got here somewhat early 10:45 am very very disappointed. I dont belive ill be coming back anymore. So I will be changing my 5 stars to 1

Super happy with my brake fix! I was VERY worried about the repair and what possibly good be wrong. The tech who worked on my car, (Larry is the name on my sheet - this could be wrong), was very honest with me. I didnt feel pressure to get part fixed that didnt 100% need it. In the end, I got it fixed, but it was nice having someone explain everything to me and why it cost what it would and why it would need to be repaired.

I brought my car in for a grinding noise in the front end. They fixed it that day. It was done right the first time. I highly recommend this place. Outstanding customer service !!!

Came here with my 08 Pontiac g8 gt and they really took care of me came in for alignment and was told inner tie rod was shot so I decided to replace both fronts did a great job on it they actually fixed what the problem was and not like other places where they tell you one thing so yo can just spend money .. everyone in there was good at what they do im definetly coming back to this place for future work thanks guys keep up the hard work

Gerard and his team are simply awesome. I went in for an alignment on my Nissan Juke. Despite the not so good state of my rods, they were able to fix and align. And I love the fact that they take you into the shop and physically show you other stuff that they recommend needs attention. I live in Stafford city but I dont mind the drive all the way there cos I know the service and price (best) is worth the drive. And oh, did I mention the awesomely clean environment with smiles on the staff faces all the time?

I would totally recommend Gulf Coast Alignments for any of your cars problems. I took my Jeep in for the ABS light and also something I was hearing in my back break. Turns out it was a sensor and somehow I got a coat hanger wrapped around my rotor and tire. I ended up paying less than my deductible was. Completely honest guys! I did not have a appointment but the still fixed my window. I was a walk in. Now as a walk in just remember that you have to be fit in if you dont have an appointment so be patient with them, they are kind and will up date you as soon as they can.
