A tech accidentally switched my lights from auto to on. My battery ran down at home. I called them and they came to my home and jumped my car. Accidents happen and I appreciate Grease Monkey accepting responsibility and fixing the problem in a very timely manner. This is true professionalism.

This place was AMAZING! It was by far the best oil change experience Ive ever had. They had puzzles, putt putt and giant Connect 4 to keep my 3 year old occupied. They offered complimentary drinks, popcorn, cookies and candy. The staff was so polite and got me in and out before the estimated time. They were not pushy, and I felt so comfortable there. Ive been going for some time. Only once a minor issue they promptly fixed. Its not when thing go as they should that is impressive. It is how an issue is resolved. They have done a fantastic job. I have and will continue to bring my familys cars to them for state inspection and oil changes.

Visited yesterday. Staff is professional and friendly. I originally went in for an oil change but my car wouldn’t start. They quickly troubleshooted, noticed it was loose battery terminals, and took care of it free of charge.

One time I couldnt find a universal oil plug for my car. My car is lower to the ground so I needed one that wouldnt protrude over the oil pan of I scraped. I came here to see if they had one. I was in the middle of changing my own oil. I told them about it and how my last universal popped off. They ended up showing me a style I was looking for and then just have me that. No auto shop had one around me. That was about year ago.Since then my brother and I go there for routine maintenance and if we have other problems they either can fix it or know a good mechanic in the area that can help.I recommend this place all the time. Staff is very nice, break room is always well stocked, and fast service. Seriously, check them out.

Service person acknowledged me in a timely manner, took my “order” and then I left my car there. Got a call/text pretty quickly (45 mins) that oil change and inspection was done. I love that they vacuumed the interior of my car. Unfortunately I forgot to ask about having tires rotated, and they didn’t have the type of Freon I need. Overall I am pleased.

They pulled my vehicle into the bay and started working on it immediately. The waiting room was very accommodating. My vehicle was ready to go in about 15-20 minutes.
