Awesome place. People were very attentive and courteous. Customer service was great. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to purchase quality at a great price. The staff is great. Buying experience wasn’t bad, the sales lady was very nice and helpful. The bad experience was after the Purchase. The delivery guy came hours late which wasn’t horrible but then he asked me to help him carry it in. I wasn’t really prepared to help unload a truck with delivery. That still wasn’t the worst part; the couches were complete junk. I called multiple times asking for someone to call me about a warranty and I never got a call back. In less than a year the couches are Completely broken. The frame literally bent and you can’t even open the footrest, every single one is bent. For the amount I spent I expected a couch set to last more than a month. I will never purchase from them again solely based on the low quality products they carry in the store.

Friendly service from Jackie on Saturday. Be aware of their financing... it would cost us about double if we paid month to month as outlined in the contract. Thats ther interest rate without using our credit score so Id expect higher interest but not 102% annual interest. However, were aware so well pay it off within the first 100 days to avoid that high interest rate. We ordered it on Saturday and was delivered promptly and professionally on Monday. They also pt together the furniture. Good selection. Friendly service. Great delivery service. Just be aware of the financing.

HORRIBLE!!!!! They said a bedroom set was $1699 I added ONE extra nightstand and it was to $2800 what on earth. Disgusting especially being a repeat customer!! Then I call to speak to a manager a girl name Jackie I know not the manager said it was a mistake in pricing. I ask the sales rep to 3x to break now the whole set. I have text messages. 3 separate time she gave me a price. The attitude of this “Manager“ was very unprofessional.

Walk in the store and rite away they attended me walk around store found a living room set I did my application and between 5/8 min I was approved. I really recommend y’all checking this furniture place out.

I purchased a bed with storage drawers back in March. Since Day 1 the bed was never supported underneath and the assembly was trash. It was damaged in the process of dropping it off. They forgot the night stand. They forgot the knobs on the drawers, the headboard drawers would not open and almost every screw was stripped. Theyve come out twice to fix it and to no avail. The last time they came out was a few days before the shutdown. The guy was new and he was shocked of how horrible the assembly was. He didnt do anything but in try and add more screws that he got from me. He left saying thats the best he could do. It was two days later and the same thing. Im the only one that can get on the bed and I can only sleep at the feet. I didnt call right away due to the pandemic however I did email a couple of weeks ago. They said in order to come out they would charge me a fee because I broke the bed from too much weight. They told the finance company I broke the bed from jumping on the bed. I sleep on the bed alone and I weigh 150 but I noticed it was very wobbly from the start. My son gets on the bed who weighs 125 and the head part of the bed caves in. Ive tried to return it,t it, and nothing! This place is trash and a rip-off. The customer service is horrible. When something goes wrong and you know that youve done wrong, you dont lie. You fix it.

Please BEWARE! I bought a sectional from here and they delivered it 4 days later. Once I got it I tried to make it fit with my current decor but it just didn’t. The time frame for exchange is 7 days from purchase date not delivery, which is a mess in itself!( Late deliveries and several delays). Store manager was willing to allow me to exchange the sectional but I was 2 days past the 7 day window. Now I’m stuck with a piece of furniture I don’t love! Also very unprofessional management as she initially granted me the exchange, which by the way was also past the 7 day timeframe, but spelled my name wrong and was referring to the wrong customer! Never buying here again and will tell all my friends not to either. Some have made purchases in the past and had issues!

Beautiful furniture but priced kind of high

I made a purchase this summer and a few days after my purchase i called because the headboard constantly moved just from simply turning in the bed. I made a phone call and was told to try to put something to fill in any space behind the bed. I tried it it solved the headboard issue but brought more sounds when turning it cause the frame to make sounds when turning or getting in the bed. When i called with less than 7 days i should have been immediately offered a technician to come out ofcourse i was not. Ive spent quit a bit on my bedroom set and am very unhappy that i trusted the word of the company to be guaranteed funiture that would last and support my family. I work too hard to have my money throwed in the drain like this.

My merchandise is cracked upon delivery, delivery ppl were in different address 4 times and now I need to pay $49.99 for someone to come look at my table and tell me they can’t fix it.What can the technician do, unless they can restore wood.Seriously they couldn’t even get the address right !!!!!!!!Never coming back!!!!

Due to my personal experience I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was so glad I was able to terminate all transactions with them and return all items. If you do end up here speak with Jackie she seems very helpful & truly genuine. Please be aware of Michelle if you deal with her because any mistakes/errors done by her she will NOT acknowledg them and will lie on the customer. I say this because of my own personal experience with her at this place. Also be aware the delivery guys dont even bother calling you to give you a heads up that they are on the way. Make sure u are home otherwise they just leave your stuff with whoever is at your house, in my situation my contractor. who was the one there and who ended up notifying me that I had furniture delivered.

Bought a brand new table for $600 from them. It started bubbling two months in and had never even been wet. No one had ever sat on that side of the table. I called them and they said that 60 days was too many for a warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sale terrible products that they cant stand behind. Poor products.....poor service. STAY AWAY

I found them looking on facebook marketplace and decided to go check them out. This place was an hour away from me and I called before I went over there, I wanted to pay a couch cash but I couldn’t see how it looked like because they didn’t have it there they only had it in the box. When they showed me how it would look like one lady showed me a different fabric then I asked another person how the fabric looked like and he showed me a completely different fabric. Waste of gas and time do not recommend one of the employees was nice but other than that do not i repeat do not recommend this place.

My husband just spoke with Frankie and is upset that the new furniture that was delivered less than 12 hours ago, is damaged and not able to be exchange same day or even within 2 -3 days. We were given an unresolute time frame, with no gaurantees of when it can be returned. First we were told that the owners birthday is today so she cant take a call, now we are told that she will never be available. We also spoke with mrs.Ortega at the manufactuer crownmark, ourselves, and they let us know of the policy as well as the policy in regards to them and your company, that it is possible to pick up the item, bring it to us, then return the damged product, so that we are not inconvenienced. we will be making sure that this goes viral, i will make sure that everyone is aware of the bad customer service. We will be contacting the better business bureau, as well as the finance company and showing them the photos, the contact, the proof of phone calls, and the call recordings. There was an alternative to attempting to place blame on the customer who just spent $4,000 in your store, versus the attitude and constant blame as if we delivered our selves damaged furniture. You are only concerned with your convenience factor versus the better interest of your customer. Horrible, what we have had to deal with this morning. My fiance, children, and I visited the store this morning to check out a sofa we found on fb marketplace. While my fiance and daughter sat in the truck (my boys and I were in the store), he was charged at, yelled at, and threatened by an angry man stating to be the owner to move our truck out of “his parking lot”. This was RIGHT in front of the business. Mind you, this is in a very shady location and the guy is very lucky my fiancé didn’t react angrily bc our children were there. He alerted me to the situation and we left in a hurry. I have absolutely no idea why anyone would treat customers this way. We will never return and will make sure everyone knows what this “business” is about. We’re still completely at a loss as to why that happened!
