I went this Saturday 9/4 to purchase a new mattress. I was planning on paying cash up front so I had a budget that I really wanted to stick to. I was greeted at the door by Boban. Shopping and spending money are not fun to me, but he made the entire experience a GREAT one. What stood out about him was that he really listened to my needs and did his best to help me stick to my budget rather than just trying to make a sale. I mentioned that I was willing to look into financing and possibly spend a little more than I planned. I was approved but even then I wanted to stay within a certain price range. Like any great salesman, he made suggestions and explained to me that a higher end model bed frame than I had picked would be more beneficial in the long run. He accomplished this without ever making me feel pressured. When we ran the numbers and realized that we just couldn’t make it work he didn’t try to convince me to spend more, instead he congratulated me on my purchase and assured me that I was still getting a great product. I could tell he was genuinely happy for me :) I am now the owner of a beautiful king sized beauty rest plush mattress with an adjustable bed frame and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Boban! Now that you’ve made me realize how important it is to have a good mattress, I will be back in 3 months to purchase the same bed in a twin size for my daughter!

I haven’t been to a big box mattress store in years due to my last experience. I have to say this was a great experience - I was in and out in about 30 minutes, 2 mattresses under $1100 with next day delivery and 10 year warranty.

When I entered the store, Mr Zivovic immediately came forward to greet me with a smile and a question asking how he could help me. He proceeded to show me several beds explaining the unique characteristics of each one and how it compared to previous ones I’d been shown. He also provided specifics on the Labor Day discounts and explained how certain features of each bed could be switched to suit my specific needs! Invaluable. Through the tour of all beds, Mr Zivovic ensured I had a complete understanding of the benefits of each one. When I told him of my decision, he applied the discount and offered me two options concerning how I’d pay for the bed. Then he obtained approval for the financing and followed through with drawing up the contract. At no time did I feel pressured to make a quick decision on anything. He was very polite, displayed considerable patience and great professionalism in helping me to be completely informed before I selected my bed! I had the best experience EVER Tuesday September 29th, 2020 at the Hwy 6 and 529 location. I purchased online a mattress and adjustable frame 3 months in advance for an upcoming surgery on November 3rd. The delivery date was rescheduled 3 times. I was in a panic because I am now 30 days away from surgery and still don’t have my bed! Since It is an online order the only way of communication is via email so I called the store and spoke to the manager Chris. I explained my situation and he assured me he could help. I immediately went to the store and upon arrival, he gave me his undivided attention, listened to all of my concerns and helped me select a mattress that was in stock and could be delivered by the weekend! He even had my online order canceled/ refunded to me! Just like that, I got everything I needed and it will be delivered in a matter of days! Its nice to know STELLAR customer service still exists.I can’t thank him enough for taking such good care of me!

Worst customer service trevor told us he has mattress in stock and can be deliver asap and week later still no mattress cant keep up with schedule delivery date waited all day for delivery no phone call nothing called the store waited 30 minutes just to talk to trevor I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole buying experience, All trevor wants is ro upsell me everything I am going to cancel my order and take my business somewhere else stay away from this place

Chris was great. His knowledge of the product he is selling coupled with the lengths he went to to make sure our needs were met within our budget was exceptional. He followed up with calls after the delivery and made sure everything was good with our order. Mattress Firm has a great employee that they should take care of as good as he takes care of their customers.

The delivery guys (all 10 of them on at least 5 Different delivery attempts were the ONLY helpful and informative mattress firm reps I dealt with. The salesman, Thomas Hurst, is the worst salesman and did not listen to my king bed issues of a high 4 poster bed. At the end of my experience I was left with a mattress set that was 42” high, floor to top of mattress. A mattress firm store manager did NOT deem that unsafe and said it was not “unacceptable”. From the day of purchase to the day of a 5th delivery of either mattress or adjustable bed or 9” foundations or low profile Foundations it took two months, more than 25 phone calls and 5-6 visits to the store and it still has YET to be resolved. Hopefully my last phone call today with another store manager, It will be resolved in a few more days. I wish I had gone to Texas mattress makers INSTEAD of mattress firm. There is absolutely NO WAY you can find a district manager, no matter who or how often you call for That information. The LEAST transparent company I have EVER dealt with. BUYER BEWARE!!! Or at least AVOID THOMAS HURST.

Great customer service by Trevor Brown and his delivery team. I would highly recommend working with him if yoyr in need of a new matress. We got the adjustable base and Serta. We sleep like were in a hotel every night.

Chris did an awesome job of “beducating” me! He thoroughly explained everything and answered ALL of my 49 questions (if not more). I didn’t feel pressured and I left with excitement knowing I made the best choice for my family and I. I can not wait until my mattresses arrive!! All of this and I didn’t even mention the great deal I got (Wink!)

These guys are great. They really helped us figure out the mattress that works best for us rather than us just blindly laying on a bunch of mattresses not really understanding the differences between them. I never thought Id be interested in an adjustable base but it really made all the difference in the world when trying out each mattress. We cant wait for our new mattress and adjustable base to arrive.

Very rude salesman who was on the phone and never said one word to us while we looked at everything there! Not one time did he say Ill be right with you . Never even looked our way. I was there with my 76 yr old mother and 12 yr old grandson. Lost the in person business we would have given him cause we might go to a different mattress firm but dang sure wont be that one!!!
