We had to have our hot water heater replaced that was still within the manufacture warranty. I spoke with Taylor over the phone and he was extremely helpful and super professional. We picked up the heater and again Taylor help us We had an outstanding experience and definitely recommend this business and this particular location. We’ll be purchasing our next hot water heater tank from here instead of from the big chain retailers.

My tankless water heater broke during the Feb freeze. The part I needed to fix it was literally out of stock everywhere I called in the U.S... I called this location and George was awesome. He went above and beyond and called out of state stores they work with on my behalf looking for the part. Within 10 mins, he called me back and said they are mailing him the part ASAP. I would give this place 10 stars if I could, they saved me from having to wait 2-3 months to get the part directly from the manufacturer (who was out of stock). And I highly recommend working with George - amazing work ethic and genuinely happy to see his customers happy.

Horrible customer service.... just called asking for some plumbing parts. They didnt even know this standard piping item. After telling me to hold on to ask around, they never came back to the phone. Im still on hold while writing this review... 20mins. Go elsewhere
