I worked With Greg on the decals for my Jeep Gladiator. He not only took the time to listen to what I wanted but within 20 minutes he sent an email to show the rendered graphic of it on my vehicle. Unfortunately going with a small business was not my husbands best decision. We waited a while for the product to be shipped and although we were told it was delivered we never received it. We requested a refund and I was told no. I couldnt be refunded and my order could not be cancelled. I called USPS and no one could help. We emailed Underground and was told they were not giving us back our money. It wasnt a lot of money to some but for us it is. I give them one star because before I ordered the product I was given timely information about it. Sadly though I was charged for a product that was never received. I will not support this company ever again and cannot recommend them. I absolutely regret it.

Underground Graphics prepped the graphics from rough art and placed the decals perfectly on our patrol car. They worked fast and turned the car around quickly. I am quite particular with how I want things done. Honestly, my friends in service based roles, like Service Writers, General Contractors, Auto Body, dont want me as a customer because they know I expect perfection. So, when I make a recommendation, people that are familiar with me generally listen. They know if a place can satisfy me, they should.be well satisfied too.I didnt know of anyone that would do quality automotive vinyl work, but reached out to Greg at Underground Graphics, at the recommendation of other car club members, and found Greg to be very accommodating.The work he did for me looks good, and his prices are very fair. Is experience and expertise allow him to set reasonable expectations for the customer. So, theres no surprise how things will look, or cost. I had a breif chance to see him work using design tools, its mesmerizing, and clearly evident he is a master.He seems to genuinely enjoy his work, and cars. Its fun to interact with him and feel his enthusiasm as he helps you understand what options are available. That said, theyre not limited to just cars, or just vinyl. So, if you need something done that Underground Graphics offers I recommend giving them a chance to impress you.

I only spoke to them on the phone, but they were extremely pleasant and informative. Their level of confidence while discussing processes and products was enough to convince me they are the right ones for the job when I am ready.

Amazing work! I had to have a front bumper and splitter replaced on my car at another shop, with that came matching the stripes that were already on the car. Flat black with carbon fiber pinstripes. Greg was super helpful, they were able to get my stripes back on and wrap two splitter rods with red. We asked on Thursday if while the car was there on Friday having the stripes fixed about possibly wrapping the rods. I figured I would need to make a separate appointment and bring it back to them, since originally only the stripes were being done, but Greg got it in and they were able to do the stripes & rods at the same time! It looks even better than I expected. Everyone has been so polite and helpful, I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thank you all so much!

I had these guys duplicate and install the factory graphics on my Abarth about a year ago, they did an excellent job, the process was how it should be- good quality (no air bubbles or dirt under the vinyl), as scheduled and a fair price. Even better is that i have had no reason to go back there since the install which is how it should be.

They have worked with me for over 4 years and always deliver with outstanding results will defenetly recomend to anyone!
