They really didnt have anything you wanted and the prices too high and out of 4or 5 workers only one nice one which was a guy. The ladies bad attitude there was no assurance as to if I found everything to be ok or nothing.

Great costume options.Had to get a last minute item,of course the line was very long,the staff had it under control keeping it moving.. 👍👍👍 KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great store, with lots of selections. Sometimes you can catch a deal on certain items. Big Candy selection and different colors of decorations and supplies.

The girls behind the counter are extremely helpful! DO NOT get regular balloons yall! Its a waste of money. They fall not even 24hrs after you get them filled. Now, the larger size balloons & the decorative ones on the wall lasted over a week!

The manager filled and tied my balloons. Two balloons flew away as soon as I walked out of the store because they werent tied tight. And I know the reason because I still had the string in my hand.

Went on Halloween and bought something for an addition to a costume, did not need it after all and I could only get store credit. Went today and got my money credit for stuff I did not need. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

When walked in and saw the line today(10/30), I was a little nervous. Those cashiers were on their game! I was out in no time. They happened to have some great costume options still left.

My day place a custom order online was sent to the Gulf gate location on my arrival waited in line was help by a cashier she was not able to find my order I had given her the name the order that it was place she send me to the Manager the manager said if you are not authorized you may not pick up the order advice her I was she didn’t not check the system just refused my order advice me to have my daughter canceled that order and re order with my name who does this terrible customer service will not come to this location again 😡

Great selection of costumes, and workers were really nice. I spent $80 on my costume, and the seams were already coming apart before I even put it on. After wearing it for an hour ( just sitting in the car) it was completely ripped. They have a no return policy for costumes, so I was out $80. I ended up just cutting it and doing my own sewing, so it wouldnt be too much of a waste.

The store was well organized and we were greeted upon entry. It was all decked out for Halloween and had a good variety of costumes.

They have everything you need to throw any type of party or event so its very convenient. The atmosphere is quiet and its easy to find what you need..Prices are kind of expensive on some items, but other than that its a good place to go if youre planning an event.

Too crazy for holidays, customer service is terrible. I called and asked if they had a certain product in stock, i called first because i didnt want to make that drive if they were out of it. The young lady said that they had it, but of course, once I got there, they couldnt find it, they didnt know who i spoke with on the phone, everyone had amnesia at the time! Wont be back to that location, everyone there is young minded and confused.

The cashiers there are rude and do not pay attention to specific directions a customer gives. I asked for a purple balloon (112) which was $1.99 and she charged me a $3.99. I specifically told her the number and she did not want to give me an exchange. Service is bad and always is a mess
