Absolutely the best euro automotive shop Ive found in Houston. Marlon and his techs are thorough and professional. When making diagnosis on your car, he emails photos and explains his findings in detail. Even down to his invoices are itemized and with any recommendations. I could not imagine trusting my cars to anyone else specially at his rates.

This is the most honest place I’ve taking my BMW.Marlon is very honest as he tells you exactly your car needs. As an engineer I appreciated how he send the inspection reports with photos of what the car needs attention. My BMW is 10yrs old and I was about to get rid of it because all the money I was putting into it to fix it. I decided to keep the car and run until to 200k miles after I took it to Orion.

Update: after having the exact same code pop up on my vehicle 2 months after it had been returned to me Marlon told me it was an overheating issue. When a capable mechanic got my vehicle they replaced the fuel pump one time and my car is running like it is brand new.Unlike Marlon I will refrain from using personal attacks as he did and limit my complaints to the actual work and poor work that I received from him. Starting with the first Volvo of mine that we brought to him. Diagnosed as a coil issue, the vehicle was returned to us 4 different times without being properly fixed. Leaving my wife and baby stranded at one point. While working on the engine they broke the Volvo plaque on the engine and failed to ever mention it to us. Since they were recommended by someone I trust thoroughly I decided that when I had issues with a second vehicle, also a Volvo that I would give them a second chance mostly based on proximity to the point in which my car had broken down. Due to a timing belt issue the insurance company and Marlon both agreed that it was normal wear and tear and would not be covered by an insurance claim. After another shop offered me a better deal and a better option for fixing the car Marlon emailed me and stated that he could only assume I was upset with him agreeing with the insurance and that if i had taken care of my car better i wouldnt find myself in the situation that i was in. Completely rude and unprofessional behavior. And this was as I stated after we had already spent upwards of 1500 dollars with them on issues that they were unwilling to take care of in a timely fashion having to return the car to them with the same issue on more than one occasion. I was surprised to have this experience based on their previous reviews and the recommendation that I had gotten. My take away is that even to spend a little extra at a dealership or specialty shop related to your vehicle, the extra money is well worth avoiding having to deal with an unprofessional and unsatisfying experience.

My 2011 BMW 328i Convertible was leak coolant. Mr. Marlon and his team at Orion quickly identified and fixed the issue. They also found that my cars battery is about to die and recommended a replacement. The work is done on-time and quality is great. Mr. Marlon also followed up with me a few days later to ensure the all work done are working as expected. I recommend this shop to people with European cars.

When we moved to Houston 3 years ago they provided us good service for our Mercedes c280 transfer case .But I took the same car there for engine issue but this time time they gave me very expensive estimate so I had to take my car back but he didnt charge me for estimate.

The team here is very knowledgeable and capable. We have had Mercedes and Land Rover serviced and repaired with great results. Theyre also experts in all German brands (BMW, Audi, Porsche, VW, etc.). They also have offered great advice on going with new versus rebuilt parts (CV axles for us) and worked with us on a water damage issue which saved us quite a bit of money.

Good place to go if you have an out of warranty BMW and live near town. Mine was all but undrivable and they were able to diagnose the belt/pulley issues quickly and replace the needed parts in a reasonably about of time. At what I though was a fair price.Just an update, had a hitch put on an X5 and they were also able to diagnose and fix a long time issue with the hatch not always opening. Excellent job done. This place has taken all the worry out of having an out of warranty vehicle.

Id been looking for a good, local auto repair shop to service my jaguar when I came across Orion. They were able to diagnose my car the very next day and had it repaired two days later. I found Orion while searching for a place near my office that could potentially fix a problem with my Volvo. As a marketing professional, I read reviews regularly and see many that are fake. But, when I read Orions reviews I thought People are being too specific for these to be fake. (and there are a lot of recent reviews). Once I met the owner and realized that many people had mentioned him (but misspelled his name) I realized they were real reviews.In I went. I pulled in and it was BUSY! But, someone took notice and helped me navigate in and the owner came right out. He listened to the car for 1 second and said its the pump in the crankcase. (That is my interpretation)He gave me a hugely reasonable quote for the work and arranged for me to bring it in on Monday at 0800. He told me it would be ready before 1800 that evening. As they got into it they found a second faulty part and let me know how much that would cost. After they got it back together he said they did not have to change the part after all and said he would send it back! He could have charged me an additional $300!!! Instead it cost exactly what he had estimated. And, they had it back to me at 1700 so I could drive it home!The employees I have met or spoken with there are all friendly and punctual at meeting their commitments. I Give them 10 stars on a 5 star scale.Dont be nervous when you see all the cars there for repair, they can get you in and will honor their agreements. I cant imagine there is a better place in Houston for auto repair.

Orion Auto Services is the BEST!!! We took our 2006 Passat to be checked as the check engine light would flicker on and off and it turned out to be the fuel pump. Our daughter was graduating that Saturday and we took the car in on Thursday anticipating it would not be ready for her graduation day later that week but Marlon made it happen...he fixed the car right away and our daughter had her car as our graduation present on her graduating day!!! We are VERY pleased with their excellent work and outstanding customer service!!!

I have a 2006 LR3 that I have been bringing to Orion for years and they keep it in new condition. Always friendly and fast. The quality is top in its class. Everything from oil changes, brakes, to more all types of leaks. Great honest shop that stands behind its work! My VW developed an oil leak 3 months after Orion did some work on it. I brought it in not thinking it was related to prior work, and Marlon said they would take care of it under warranty. He could have told me it was totally unrelated, but instead, he was honest about it. They will get my future business for sure!

I have a 2005 Volvo S40T5 and a 2011 BMW E90 M3, have been coming to Orion for service for at least 5 years now, and have always been very happy with the quality and punctuality of their service.Orion is a shop that will share their knowledge and experience to help you make the best cost/trade-off decision for your vehicle, which may include recommending NOT to do work in order to save you $$$!My first experience with Orion was after I had taken my Volvo to a dealer inspection which found the cam shaft seals to be leaking and in need of replacement. I brought the car to Orion for a second opinion and they agreed their was a small leak but recommended that it did not need to be replaced in the near term. Maybe 4 years later while they had the car for some routine maintenance they identified that the leak had grown worse and we replaced the seals at that time. Essentially they saved me 4 years in the time value of money on the repair.This shop treats you like their next door neighbor vs others who treat you more like a potential revenue stream.
