One of the worst call centers that you can deal with, no one wanna help, keep forwarding you to each others, if you ordered a part they will ask who you spoke to and forward you to him and you will be forever onhold, can’t feel that a professional wqy to deal with peopleHope Google have ZERO STAR on the reviews

Man I wish I knew about this place two years ago. Anyway this is my spot. Went to the Ford dealership for a nut. They gave me the wrong part #. Russell & Smith found the correct part and that was a wrap. That part was for a 2004 mustang. How awesome is that. You need a part especially for a Ford. Russell & Smith Ford parts is the place.

They had the part i needed, however be careful about the pricing, I was quoted 26.13 for my part. The parts guys wanted to charge me 35.50 when I confronted him about the price he change it quickly.

OMG, I really expected to leave our appreciation for all to see on the Monday that we visited this parts seller. Well, be informed today, Carlos here aided our need until we had the proper part after wed tried 10 or more other stores. If you want a fair price and the Ford parts it takes to fix your problem, my husband and I suggests strongly that you call Russell and Smith Ford Parts.

My experience at Russell & Smith was excellent. They were very responsive to my calls and answered all my questions. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I went to pick up my car and unfortunately missed the 6pm cut off. Joe happened to be leaving and asked if I needed help. He stayed after hours when he didn’t need to and helped me finalize everything. He went above and beyond when he didn’t need to and made the entire experience quick and painless. Thanks for all your help!

WARNING! DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE. The price in their store is twice as much as compared to their price online. I called them to ask why and I was told that its a different department even if its the same store. Which doesnt make sense. They also dont warranty the part and no refund for electrical parts.

Im sure they are going to sweep this under the rug as me being a disgruntled employee but I quit for these same unsecured reasons. Although I was in parts & collision these are some of the minute things that made me feel my job was not secure as well as feelings of being expendable. I hope the gm calls me for a face to face sit down to figure out something better.

I was sold 2 parts and only one was right. With the serial number given. Ill go back and get the right part. I have had very good luck with guys at the counter. What happened to this place it used to get 4 and 5 stars from everyone and now it doesnt. We own 39 ford trucks so we deal with the mistakes its bound to happen with that many trucks.

Worst sales man at the fords parts department. The clerk is rude in the phone and in person. He forgets he works for you the consumer. Extremely rude and talks back and is not very knowledgeable he didnt know how many quarts of coolant an f150 takes. He gave me a low price on the phone and in person he gave me a higher price. His name is Rogelio Granda. Way to treat a customer that spends $125 at your location.

Took my car in for them to look at my AC after I got it checked by Firestone and was told it was likely a electrical issue with the sensors. the service tech contacted me to let me know that that wasnt the case and it was some tubes needed to be replace. I told them to go ahead with the repair that was close to $800.00 then two days later I get a call back from a different technician saying they replaced the tubes and it still was not working and they found that the Evap sensor was not working (what I initially told them) and wants to charge me $500.00 more. This place is scamming customers out of their money and does not care.

My insurance listed this as one of several places they work with to get repair to my truck.At first I dealt with a man named Daniel, impressionable, he made me feel comfortable with their ability to take care of my truck I (which had less than 13,000 miles on it).I picked it up a couple days later than estimated at closing time. No biggie about the couple days.Upon driving home I noticed play in the steering wheel, which wasnt there before.I called the next morning and told Daniel of the issue. His first response, was it was a pre existing condition. Remember, less than 13,000 miles 2500 High Country Silverado Diesel. The only work I had done to its was front and rear steel bumpers and oil changes.There was no, hey let me check with the mechanic that worked on it and ill get back to you. It was just the immediate response over the phone of, pre existing conditionsFrom then, I asked to speak with the manager Kevin.I then dealt with the Manager Kevin, was more helpful but still was disappointed with the service.Mainly because he calls me on a Friday and says my vehicle was ready for pickup. We had the hurricane Harvey about to hit and I was unable to pick up the vehicle because of Hurricane preparations.I show up the following Wednesday and Im informed my vehicle was not ready. I ask for Kevin, he is at lunch, I ask to reach him on his cell and was denied. More time and resources spent on this situation. They did give me a ride home from the facility. But still half a day wasted.I get the call the following day that my truck was finished. Apparently, my vehicle was next in line for an alignment and was not yet ready as I was informed. So, Kevin explained to me that they took my truck off to put another car on and that the storm apparently damaged the alignment machine and basically instantiated it was my fault for not picking up the truck Friday because he wouldve left it on the rack and got it finished. My argument, you said it was ready and it was not ready. Im there practically a week later and my truck still is not ready.We disagreed about this for a few minutes and I left, no compensation, not even a few free truck washes.I hope there are better collision repair services out there because they just made me feel they wanted the insurance check with no concern to me the client.

I usually shop at Helfman Ford for my parts but when I have to go to Russell and Smith due to availability every time I get a quote from Helfman its always different from Russell and Smith and Russell and Smith is always higher and they always give me hell about the difference...
