Hands down the worst auto parts place I’ve been. They advertise cars they don’t have on Facebook and tell you they are in stock but when you get there they tell you to just go walk the yard looking for the car. There is no organization and the employees don’t help at all. I walked the entire yard and the car advertised wasn’t there. If you’re looking for parts I suggest going somewhere that actually has them. This place is just a scrap yard that crushes cars to sell for metal.

Really bad customer service. To the person who answered the phone after I’ve called 5 times already: if you don’t like your job, go somewhere else, do something else but you don’t have to be rude with your customers. He was mean and did not help me at all.

Worst experience ever. Don’t do business with them. I called and drove 45 min because that guy name Omar said they had the part I was looking for. When I got their it was raining. The guy’s in the back ignored us, they didn’t want to help us instead told us that those parts were all the way in the back so we went to go look for it. Was really hard to find the car that I needed for the part, Under the rain. When finally found the car, IT WAS STACKED ON TOP OF TWO OTHER CAR’’S. How the hell are we suppose to get that part out of their. What really upset me that NO ONE could help us. If we drove all the way their because that part are not for sale at a auto zone ETC store. What a disappointment..

I have to say that this place is great. Ive been getting parts from Beto for 20+ years and he is great to deal with. The guys in the back are very helpful and if you dont mind getting a little dirt and grease on your shoes then you will be fine here.

Spent most of the day shopping Shepherd Dr. shopping for a transmission. Almost all the parts yards talked trash about the others parts dealers more than anything else. The prices at Ortiz were fair and could be negotiated a little. They had 3 transmissions and didnt try to blow smoke up my but about mileage or any other scam. I Picked my own trans and it shifts great! Couldnt be happier!

Ive came here for some time but Im sitting here waiting for my part and noticed 3 black people come in at different times and the guy at the front desk didnt want to help them and told them they didnt have whatever they were looking for without even looking! And one of then HAD THE SAME CAR AS I DO. And he has an attitude about it.

Worse customer service dont recomende this place to buy car parts, Beto has a rude manner to speak to customer his attitude makes customer not to come back, as business customer service and comunication with them should be one priority to keep business flow and customer to come back Again.
