My windshield was supposed to get replaced Saturday.. Stayed without a windshield until Monday. My EZ Tag sticker was ruined during the process. They also ended up scratching my interior and didn’t place the tops of the windshield wipers back.

Probably wont be stepping back in here after yesterday experience (plus prior experiences as well). Came in to get drivers side tint fixed. the part that got me was when they want to pulled me to the side and told me that their warranty doesnt cover the damaged tint? Meaning I had to physically do something to my tint, which I didnt, (keep in mind I have a challenger so the window goes up and down quite frequently when I step out and I like to have the windows down almost all the time) so we kept going in circles and circles. toward the end, they decided they would replace it this time. However, their warranty expired for that one window. So if the window start peeling again, which to say the least it might! because of the poor quality of tint. Ill have to pay $45.00 to get it fixed (Keep in mind, I wouldnt be calling it poor if it didnt peel off in less than a year of me having it.) that said, definitely dont recommend this place. The only reason I came here to begin with, is because of my grandparents highly recommending it. Aside from that, I appreciate them making an exception for me which is nice of them. However, I dont like the going back and fourth, If we can come to a solution great! If not, Ill take my business elsewhere. Plus I know places that arent charging $250!!!! for a WHOLE CAR with only 2 YEARS OF WARRANTY and for me to already come in to get it fixed and it not even being a whole year of me having the tint is astonishing.

This place is AWESOME. I have a 2010 Ford F-150 Crewcab. My rear passenger window was busted over night and of course items stolen, common living in the city (no my stuff wasnt left out in plain sight ;) ) Had to get a replacement, took it here to Low Cost Auto Glass the next morning. They were super fast, very friendly and just like their name it was LOW COST !! I shopped around and they were beating out most if not all. They even vacuumed my entire back floor boards, even the side that wasnt broken into. Replaced the window fast, Tinted the window, and I was out the door in less than 30 min. The waiting room has a nice big screen tv and several VERY COMFORTABLE recliners you could easily take long naps on if there was a wait. Shout out to the front door lady, she was very nice and professional. Look no further, this place is the best.

Terrible experience. Needed a simple chip repair but front desk lady give me some run around with a bad attitude. Basically it was Not worth their time. Wood not recommend. Go to the lady off of 45. She was way more professional

This is how a business should be run, these guys are top notch!I found them on google and read some of the reviews so I called. The woman who took my call really was impressive.... clear, knowledgeable, professional, fast, and knew more about my windshield (site unseen) than I knew standing next to it.The price was also the best, which really surprised me, as I had 4 quotes already from $300 to $340 and they came in at $275. When I arrived as scheduled, they got my car in, as scheduled, and got it done ahead of schedule.The guys in the back really knew what they were doing and brought me back there before they started, to go over a small problem (my car is old so they said there might be some unavoidable damage to a part that covered the base of the windshield). They showed it to me and it was clear the rubber there was in bad shape so what they said made perfect sense. In the end the cleaned it up for free, which was a very nice touch!Just a note, the actual building is not much to look at.... a little old and run down, so I can see why they can keep there prices low as their overhead must be minimal, however, it was a comfortable air conditioned wait with everything youd expect to find (TV, Drink Machine etc.).It was just a smooth experience and a great value all around. I wish all businesses were so well run, my life would be a whole lot easier :)Thanks Low Cost Auto Glass! You guys rock!

Shattered windshield..I was in at 2pm. Out by 245.185$ total. They are so polite and informative.

Replaced a broken into window at an affordable price! They were quick and efficient. The lady that answers the phone is amazing- she let me know exactly what to expect and a timeframe. She called me back to let me know that they had my glass in stock and would work me in whenever I got there. Less than an hour later, my window is as good as new!

About a month ago, my back passenger window got shattered from the yard guys cutting grass and throwing a rock up at it. I called around for weeks trying to find the best place with a lower price as I’m a college student. I ended up calling the dealership and they recommended Low Cost. I called on like a Tuesday and they ordered the glass and had it there and fixed by Saturday. It took them about an hour. Lowest price i had heard of. Fast forward to Monday of this week, i called about a windshield, still lowest price that I’ve seen and they ordered it and fixed it today in under an hour. Never going anywhere else for my glass needs! So nice and proficient. Definitely recommend.

I had the windshield on my work van replaced. The lady behind the counter (who by-the-way was super friendly) got my info and told me It would be 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to complete. I sat in the waiting area and in less than an hour she said I was ready to go. I will definitely use this business again, great customer service and high quality work. They installed on my car used glass, that didnt have rubber mouldings, that had some marks on the surface. If you a man or especially a woman and dont know a lot about how a good glass should look, dont go there, as you will be fooled. I wish I checked the glass before they installed it, as if I saw that nightmare I would never let them put it. In a year that glass was just broken in 100 pieces because I closed my drivers door. I went to other place and instead of 325$ that I paid to previous, this guys did a great job for 200$ with a right glass and they showed me how it really should look.

Honest, fair, more than fair actually, and the work completed surpassed my expectations!But moreover the owners demeanor and understanding of how a person feels when their car window(s) have been smashed or broken into. Youre upset, and u have absolutely no idea how much this mandatory and timely repair is going to cost. As for me, It was forecasted to be in the twenties and raining the following day after my car window and three other car windows were smashed smashed-in in a gym parking lot.That evening I looked online & found low cost Auto on Galveston 3. Got there first thing in the morning where the owner said it would take a couple hours to order the glass. He called me back in just over 2 and the whole job was completed in less than an hour and a half.Yes it was very timely but beyond that, it was like they detailed it is well. Totally removing (literally) all the distress and anxiety Id felt the night and earlier morning. Incredibly, it was almost as if nothing had happened... the whole window smashing never occurred and I was on my way😅As far as the professionality of the whole crew there, all the glass was removed including all the shattered broken glass in the lodged in the door, the front and back seats...everywhere! The replacement glass& tint was factory quality. And the price, my gosh the price I have to say was about 1/3 of what I had been dreading tho have to come up with😰😰😰!!!Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you Nina/Hodge.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If youre ever in a position like this go see these guys they are great!

Got there at 11 with a broken windshield left at 11:30 with a brand new one installed for a very low cost price. Great professional costumer service and very fast wonderful place. If my windshield ever breaks again (I hope it doesnt) I wont think twice about going here!

Went there to get my windshield molding installed, which I purchased from Honda Clear Lake.It took only 10 minutes and the technician did a wonderful job. I think I am going to come back for a tint job for my Forester. You guys deserve to get 5 our of 5 stars.

They replaced my windshield and it was cheaper than going to safelite, or some other places that I had gotten quotes from. I went around 4:30pm and there was nobody else in the waiting room so I was immediately attended to. It was pretty fast and easy, I recommend them.

I had my rear window replaced, they left glass all over my seats and never vacuumed the broken glass. When I called to let them know, they came across very defensive and told me that they do not detail cars. She was very defensive. Sloppy work.

Called to get an estimate for window repair and the amount of time needed to replace the broken glass. They quoted me a price over the phone and an amount of time to replace. They hit the nail on the head for both. I was out in the amount of time specified and the amount I paid was exactly what I was quoted. They are awesome. They also cleaned the glue off my door from the duct tape I used to cover the hole with me asking. I would recommend them to anyone.

I got into an accident where my drivers mirror unit was broken, so I had to get the whole thing replaced. I was able to quickly get in touch with their receptionist and work out a plan to have it fixed. They were able to order a mirror from the dealer of my car and quickly got it shipped to their location (by the next day!). Then they informed me I could come in at any time after the mirror arrived and have it fixed without setting up an appointment. I went in early and expected it to be a while, about an hour and a half. To my surprise, they were able to work on my car first and the whole thing took about 10 minutes, 15 tops!The only downside was I had to pay for everything (mirror, labor and the rest) up front before they could order my mirror, but since it the whole thing was done very smoothly and quickly, I cant help but give them a five star rating. If you have any mirror problems, GO TO THIS PLACE! Ill be sure to give them my business if anything else comes up!

Went there for a chipped windshield repaired. Whenever they tried to repair my windshield. They ended up making it worse. Now I have a crack going across my windshield. That I will prolly just have to end up replacing.

I called 6 windshield replacement places and these Gus we the cheapest. Only took a little over an hour. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone who needed windshield work.
