I am overwhelmed by the customer service and body work provided by Team Autoplex. My sunroof shattered and caused some additional damage to my car. Michael and his team worked diligently to make sure that the repairs were done to the highest standard. They had a lot of pushback from my insurance company, but they stayed on top of all the red tape to ensure that I would be safe in my car. The detailing made the car look as good as the day I bought it. The work was also done for an excellent price. In the current times of profits over people, I can honestly say that Team Autoplex doesn’t operate that way. I won’t use anyone else!

While hours are shorter than most other dealerships, the service you can get there is genuine and top-rate, and the vehicles are well maintained and polished. Team auto plex is a very unorganized business will never buy a vehicle from them. I flew down to Houston twice the owner didnt do a vehicle inspection on my vehicle that l was going to buy. Seven problems to the vehicle that was important tools. Owner said he would fix it and come back in two week. I came back in two week and the owner would not take my calls after i got there.

Team Autoplex, and Mitchell in particular, are aces. I have purchased six vehicles in my 40 years of life, for both my wife and myself (last two with Team Autoplex), and will frankly never go, or refer anyone, anywhere else again. If you are under the false impression that they are strictly a Ferrari or Lambo hunter I would encourage you to reconsider. While they do lean toward the higher end of the market, if you are a serious buyer, Mitchell can and will find whatever you want, cheaper than anywhere I’ve found. It has truly been an educational experience now that large dealerships are using the internet as clickbait for vehicles they don’t have or won’t sell to you at the advertised price. Bottom line is that most dealerships are generally limited in what they can sell you by brand, but also by their enormous real estate and SG&A cost burdens. There are certainly some honest dealership salespeople out there but in my experience, the proportion is decidedly lopsided in the other direction.Michael and Mitchell don’t suffer from these encumbrances and are free to serve their client’s actual interests. They are the Uber+Amazon of the car buying experience. Thoughtful, transparent, customized, and hyper efficient. Mitchell and his crew will tell you what you need to know, bring up the questions you don’t even know to ask, and anticipate what you are or should be really worried about before you make this large purchase. Don’t hesitate to try them out first. I will freely let Mitchell give my cell number out to actual prospects at his discretion in case anyone thinks this is a paid advertisement or troll. I have found Team Autoplex to be absolutely fantastic and cannot give anyone a higher recommendation.
