Out of my 27 years living in Houston, Paragon Auto has exceeded my expectations as a body shop. They were very straight forward, did not beat around the bush, and presented options for me for fixing my car when I brought it is. What was suppose to be a simple estimate, ended up being them earning my trust and having my business. They worked with the insurance company and fixed every detail. Marwan (owner) and Sergio (manager) kept me informed throughout the process and updated me when there were delays in parts. 10/10 would recommend to my network.

But after getting my car back for the third time and my problem not being fixed, I will not be going back to this place for any kind of repairs. I paid almost two thousands in repairs for it not to be done right the first time. The owner was also rude when i had asked him for a status on my vehicle. Never again.

Very seldomly do I see places with a solid 5 stars, theres no catch here. This is easily one of the best body shops Ive ever been to. While its no glamorous location, the work seriously speaks for itself. My mom got rear ended in her 2015 Porsche Cayenne S, and they were able to match the metallic black and clear coat to make it look OEM.. and thats coming from some very picky customers. I was referred to legendary collision to repair the front bumper damage on my Lexus RC. I gotta say I am pleased and impressed with their services & professionalism, especially the owner (Marwan). Took a 2017 Volvo XC60 to get some repair work done after a collision. Marwan was excellent to deal with. They provided an accurate time estimate and there was no issues with the insurance company. I am pleased with Marwan’s service from the quote to delivery. He did a fantastic job for removing dents and painting on the car doors and trunk. Even he charges are reasonable for the service which he provides. Almost 30 to 40% less than the other service providers. I have nothing to complain other than appreciating all the good work he did.

For the first time in my life I had to deal with the stress of being in a significant wreck. What made this even more difficult for me was that I had only had the car for a few months and was very attached to it. So. I bought a lip used from another 86 member and it needed to be repainted. My waifu took it upon herself to get it painted for me for Valentines Day. After getting the lip painted I went to test Fit it on my car and I noticed that the lip was completely off compared to the bumper itself and I brought it back to Marwan at Legendary Auto Collision where the lip was first painted, when I got there we basically agreed to just paint my bumper because it had been previously repainted. I bought the car new and had never got the bumper replaced or repainted and turns out, it was and the only place that it was most likely repainted. Anyways. I ended up riding my car bumper less for about a week (didnt mind cause I liked the bumper-less look) and when time came. Me and Marwan put my lip on and the bumper on my car. I wanted to wait till the car is washed so therefore the car would look 100 times better with a freshly painted bumper and lip. I am truly pleased with the work and amount of effort marwan does for his customers. The level of work that him and his employees do is top notch and there isnt another place Ill go to, get body work done or painted. +1 for a happy customer and always a returning customer!

To be honest, it looked a bit better than before I got into one. You can tell that Marwans team is proficient at what they do. Every part fit together like it was a brand new car, paint matched the rest of the car and blended correctly, and the clear coat was correct considering that Subarus OEM clear coat is unique. I couldnt have been happier with Legendarys work. The time the repairs took was a little bit longer than expected, but understandable due to the severity of the damages. The shop can also get a little crowded, so I would call ahead to let then know you are coming.Right now, Legendary is my go to repair shop.
