Highly recommend!!! The passenger door on my new Tahoe got a pretty hefty ding today when high winds forced the drivers door of an adjacent vehicle open and into mine. If I could recommend one place for the rest of my life it would be Dents R Us, 100%.I sent pictures of my dent on Sunday to the number provided and I got a response within minutes. Les was so accommodating since that instance. We met at his shop, because I was from San Antonio just visiting the area.The appointment was set for 5:20 on Monday, the very next day, and he was extremely punctual; the first thing I noticed was his honesty. The first thing Les said was that he could not fix it because it was in a complicated place and area but he could try, and if I was not satisfied I would not pay for the service. I agreed to the terms because i figured it couldn’t get worse that how it was. He went in and started fixing a different dent from a different side of the car I hadn’t seen and just like magic it was gone within seconds. He then proceeded to fix the area I came in for and in an hour or two after watching him work and talking with him, it was basically perfect. It’s now as good as it’s gonna get without having to change the whole part completely but it looks 99% fixed :) I am so beyond happy to find a place that will work with you and be honest and punctual all at the same time. let this guy fix you up. Great service and punctual.A branch fell on the rear fender of the 911 and it looked like the fender needed to be replaced. The track car had a bend in the door that would normally would have been taken to a body shop for expensive repair.As you can see by the before and after pics, Les performed a little Santeria on the cars and they look factory fresh.

I was told by at least three paint less dent repair guys that the type of damage that my car had was not fixable...I finally reached out to Les, he was quick to respond, he showed up early and once he saw the dents in person, he even said it would be a challenge but that he will do his best .... It came out PERFECT! I am Really Impressed! I can say without a doubt Les is magic.

This was by far the smoothest transaction I could’ve asked for. Driving a new vehicle but being blinded by a horrible door ding is hard enough, finding a reliable professional to restore the area to like-new is even harder. I’ve had bad experiences with other companies on prior vehicles, so I expected the outcome to be mediocre. I saw the Dents-R-Us van driving, called the number, asked for a quote and was given a rough estimate but the driver was adamant about wanted to physically see the damage to provide an accurate cost. The driver asked where the safest location to stop would be for me, met me there, gave me an excellent quote that I immediately agreed to. He walked the truck and found two other dings and provided a package cost that I couldn’t pass on. I had a lunch meeting down the road, so the driver followed me there and performed the work during my meeting. I tried to show my employees where the dent used to be, but couldn’t find it. None of the three! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was looking for a reasonable price dent repair to fix a dent in my Lexus. I called several other places and the prices were extremely high, and some even wanted to take the car to their shop, take it apart and even said they were going to have to paint it. So I was skeptical about choosing Dents R Us because he was so reasonably priced. Needless to say he meet all of my expectations and more, very professional and friendly, and knowledgeable of his job. You can’t even tell where the dent was, and to make it even better I left my debit card in his machine and he called to tell me the next day and even drive an hour away to bring it back to me. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again

Had a brand new Honda CRV that likely got bumped into by a kids bicycle handle which caused a dent and indented line along the backside of the trunk lid near my license plate. The ding was near the edge of the panel so it would be very difficult to reach. He was able to get the indented line pushed out and and made the dent almost unnoticeable. He even went above and beyond to use polishing compound, sealant, wax to make it look nicer since the dent would be impossible to be completely removed via PDR for anyone because it was near the edge. He was friendly, professional, punctual and very honest about what he could do up front. He repaired the issue beyond what was expected, and it looks new again. Price was extremely reasonable, and he ended up taking less than what was originally quoted. Im completely satisfied and thankful.

Always a great experience! I must have bad luck but this is the 10th fix in numerous cars in the last several years.I cannot truly express how invisible your dent will become. Bimmers, a Tundra, a 4Runner and a Cayman S that was nearly impossible because it has a solid steel plate in the fender flare. They freaking fixed it. He was upset that he could still see imperfection but seriously, it was PERFECT and invisible in my opinion.Call them if you have a dent.

Cliff notes: Les is the man! Great price, great job and went above beyondSo yesterday I was supposed to have someone else come to fix the dents but he no showed without even a call. I decided last night to look for someone else that had a five star rating and more than a handful of reviews. I found Dents R Us with five stars and over 350 reviews. Honestly I was a bit suspicious on how they could only had two reviews that weren’t fives. I figured I would send them pictures and get an estimate and go from there. Les contacted me right away with an estimate $100 last then the previous two estimates I received. We arranged to have him come the next day after his first morning appointment. I asked him to send me a text when he was on his way and when he was here which he did. When I went outside after he texted me he was looking at the driver side door and quarter panel. He asked me if I knew about these dents. They were super small and very hard to see. So I thought to myself here we go, the old lowball ball estimate then rake me over the coals to remove these dents I hadn’t seen. I asked them what it would cost to have those removed as well and he said he would do it for the same cost as we agreed to for the three dents on the passenger side. Another thing I liked about him is he set realistic expectations. One of the dents, He told me he might not be able to get it out just by looking at the pictures I sent him. He wasn’t able to get it out but it does look better. I’m not one to typically write reviews and I am very Hard to please but I was so impressed by his work I just had to give one

My wife visited 4 body shops with estimates ranging from replacing the whole door to changing the skin. In some cases highly interested in if she was using insurance vs own her own.She was highly impressed with simplicity of texting the picture and getting an estimate. The feeling of getting an estimate solely on the damage and not on who was paying or who she was.When she reached out, the response was quick. She was told the repair would be 85% to 90% better, with a savings over $1000 compared to the body shop options.Lets just say we cant see any damage. Out of respect, we will just refer to our magician as service man instead of using his name. The service man was timely, professional and friendly. I was a little skeptical at first with all positive reviews. But the first word that comes to mind is WOW!!!A little earlier in the week we got a parking lot ding. It drove me crazy the new car I got for my wife not even two weeks old. I took a day to price shop out PDR repair and to hopefully get an appointment scheduled in. The first shop I visited didn’t impress me; then I found and called “Dents R US” They answered the phone right away, I sent them a couple of PICs of the dent. He sent me a back a quote and had a technician at my door within an hour. Oh did I mention it’s a mobile service; “Bonus”!!! Lenny came out to my home, assessed the damage explained the process and answered my questions. I gave him the green light and he went right to work. Lenny took his time massaging the dent out and took great care of our car. The end result, the dent is gone, it was exceptional work at a great price that didnt break the budget. I will keep their number for the future. Even better when my friends or family have this need I can’t wait to say, “I got a guy”.

I always look at reviews before buying something or going somewhere and when I saw over 350 reviews ALL 5 STARS....Ill admit I was skeptical.I reached out to Lesmy on a Saturday afternoon and I honestly didnt expect an answer until Monday. Instead, I got a text back just 2 minutes later. We scheduled for Sunday morning and I was already impressed with how quickly I had received an estimate and appointment.Sunday morning came along and Lesmy arrived (on time, of course) and he stated that this would be a huge challenge but he would try his best. He said the repair would take about 2 hours and after just 45 minutes an act of magic must have happened because I couldnt tell where the dent had gone. He said he was halfway done and continued working. After an hour and a half I confirmed we must have hired a magician. Dent is gone and we couldnt be more pleased with their work. I originally dealt with them by text back in Dec. I received a quick reply and fair quote based on the pictures I send of the damage. At the time I wasn’t ready to have the work done, so I put their information aside to contact later. As based on the quote, I put them at the top of my list of repair shops. Unfortunately later when I was ready, the pandemic hit, and is still ongoing. Recently having a few other businesses do work on my vehicle or at my home I figured I’d call and inquire about having everything done. Upon calling I got Les, and he quickly found the old text and said it would be the same quote. Great, I had no problems with that as the price was fair. So I asked “how work was with the pandemic”. Les said, “no different than normal. We’ve been working just as much”. I believe he misunderstood my question, so I clarified. “I mean what are you doing while working during the pandemic at my home”. His quick reply was “we won’t be close to you, you won’t be close to us”. To which I replied, “thank you” and hung up. Every other company I’ve done business with during this pandemic has went out of their way to protect themselves and my family. My local Toyota dealership wore mask working on my vehicle, in addition to the normal plastic/paper they put down to protect surfaces from stains or scruffs. My property maintenance wore mask while they worked in or around my home. It’s important to me that a business take safety measures to protect my family while having them at my home, even if only in my garage working during this pandemic. The price might be fare, but my family’s safety is more important than saving a few dollars. As for the work I can’t comment, I do find it questionable that they only have five star reviews though. As even the best companies have unresolved complaints from customers. To me though, the professionalism during this unfortunate time is lacking and completely irresponsible.

I was impressed to no end of the quality of work. I swear one dent I thought would require a body shop for painting and it looks brand new in about 1 hour and difficult places he got out 5 dents. I have to say his professional was 5 stars and would recommend with zero reservations. Getting dents out is not for a national brand with employees cycling through, this is craft and requires skill and an eye for detail.

Fantastic job. Very skilled. I had a dent that three other people said couldn’t be fixed with paintless dent repair. The dent included a crease on structure/design lines of the car. He managed it without a single crack in the paint and it’s 98% perfect. Much better outcome and cheaper than a body shop. He knows what he’s doing and takes the time to do it right.
