Had my front bumper worked on after someone swiped it. Small damage and I wasn’t expecting to pay a lot. I received a quote from them after they inspected for damages and was told there were some rock chips that they would need to work on to prevent paint from being warped; they included that in the quote. After I dropped my car off, a couple days later I was notified that they found addition rock chips and increased the price by $150. It was sketchy because I find it hard to believe you can find additional rock chips out of nowhere. I was in vacation so I couldn’t really say no and be without a car when I get back… Work looked okay and time will tell if the paint holds up over time.

This shop does amazing work, my car looks wonderful after they were done with it. I had previously been taken to this garage by a previous accident and I loved the work so much I had to come back. Very communicative, punctual, professional. I will be coming back.

I’ve been needing to write this review for a while. They were absolutely amazing. I had my A/C break as soon as the summer started, so in Houston that is a big problem. Finding a trustworthy car maintenance group that wouldn’t overcharge is so hard, but I got really lucky in finding J&J. I highly recommend them in not only their trustworthiness, but their general car repair and maintenance.

The folks were straightforward and friendly to work with, met my timing requirements and came in right on their estimate - which was the lowest I’d received. Kept me up to date as they worked on the car and the work all looks great. Hard to gush about a body shop as nobody ever wants to need one but I’d absolutely use them again if I had a need.

JJ and his team of workers are very professional and friendly. I took my 370z Nismo in for some body work and painting and I must say that my car looks great. I will continue to do business with them and have recommended this company to quite a few of my friends and family. My A/C condenser needed to be replaced and I also needed new brakes and rotors and oil change. They were able to diagnose and fix all of these problems in four hours. They charged me a lot less than two other shops I tried and did it much faster than expected. I have had the car for over a month since then and no complications so far. I’d easily choose them again!

Came last week with a large scratch on my car and the team were so kind to help me clean up the surface letter if the scratch as well as answer other car questions that I had. Enjoyed our conversation as well in the office. Would recommend them to anyone looking for servicing in their car!

They took care of a minor issue quickly and easily. This issue was brought about by me going to a body shop affiliated with my insurance. They did not do the job properly which is why I still had issues. I also think the job would have been done correctly if I had used J & J the first place. I brought in my old beat up 2003 Honda Accord with the idea that I wanted to restore the car and show it respect rather than buy a new car. I didnt render their service, I came in for an estimate because I wanted to sell my car but first fix it up. They gave me the best advice, told me to focus on mechanical first. They talked me through some steps, they took the time to help me even though I didnt paint my car. Awesome service, great team here!!

I am torn between this shop and another one to take my vehicle to after being in a wreck and they both seem to to be great places that does great work and was kind of leaning more on this shop but my only thing is after reading the reviews on here no one from the shop reached out or responded to any of the reviews. Why?

My front bumper, driver fender, and drivers door were smashed up really bad. Jimmy fixed it quickly and it looks brand new. My 2016 Mazda 3 was cleaned and looked like a different (much nicer) vehicle when I picked it up. Jimmys brother (I think?) also advised me on an oil leak issue from a previous poor repair that a different mechanic did and his advise was instrumental in me getting the other mechanic to fix the issue free of charge. Both guys stayed after business hours on Easter Friday to go over everything with me. Truly amazing. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Thanks!

Jimmy was amazing. He ensured my Lexus RCF was repaired back to OEM spec. He even went up to bat for me when the opposing insurance company did not want to pay for additional damage found. I trust him more than I would any dealership.

These 5 star reviews are here for a reason. I bought a 20 year old Tacoma that after a few months started showing its age very quickly. Shopped around and was promised a like new paint job for a couple grand. Shopped around a little more and found out if youre going to paint the vehicle right, that is bring it back to its showroom finish, it would cost around 4k! Then I stopped by The JJ Auto Body establishment. The Boss took the time to personally inspect my truck and gave me several options. This was over 3 months ago and everytime now I wash the truck I am so pleased with the results! This real, person to person customer relationship is what makes this place a diamond and saved me thousands. The entire staff is gracious and knowledgeable. Thank you JJ Auto Body!

Quick reasonable quote for my bumper.

I had to get some rear windshield molding replaced for my car. I brought it to JJ at the recommendation of a friend. Jimmy at JJ kept me informed and fixed some rust that was found behind the glass as my car is older and the molding was dried out and pulled up. The price to fix the rust and do the work was reasonable and I got my car back in a good amount of time

Great place to get your repairs done. Jimmy was so helpful throughout the whole process, he kept me updated with pictures and messages. And the repairs were done within the estimated time he gave me. I have nothing but great things to say about JJ Auto Body. My shiny new car took a beating in the midst of the shelter in place orders, so the challenge of taking care of this while adjusting to the many changes brought on by this pandemic was extra stressful. Fortunately I have good insurance and they covered all the repairs, but that didnt make it any less inconvenient to deal with.When I searched for local body shops, JJ Auto body came up as one of the first results. I saw plenty of positive reviews and pics, and was pleasantly surprised to find the free online estimate function on their website. I was able to submit some pictures and my info, and then got their quote via email. The numbers were reasonable so I went ahead and brought it in. Jimmy was excellent, he was very personable, genuine, and professional, was really great with communication throughout the whole process. I felt confident that he and his guys would do an awesome job, and they definitely did!!! I feel compelled to write about my recent experience at JJ Auto body. I am currently in the process of getting a new car. Unfortunately, I was involved in a minor fender bender recently. After checking out several body shops, I decided to have my car repaired at JJ Auto body. I liked the vibe i got when I came in the front door. It is a family run business. Also, My neighbor had been involved in a minor car accident approx a year ago and had his car repaired there. I remembered how nice of a job they had done on his car. So after careful consideration, I decided to have my car fixed at JJ Auto body also. I am extremely happy with the results so much that I decided to keep my car longer now. The service, along with the excellent job they did, lets me know I made the right decision.

I was a bit skeptical at first. I’m so glad I listened to the Holy Spirit 😁. They took good care of me and Grace. He even fought for me when the insurance was trying to get over on me. I would recommend anyone dont second guess this is the place for your repairs. Good job team!

Fair prices and quick service.

Every bit of the interaction and customer service was outstanding. When dropping off the car we did a thorough examination of my car (Subaru Ascent with major scratches), the quote was built, and we talked through some of the timing and logistics for the repairs. I was updated with progress on the car and letting me know if any dates had changed. When I picked up my car we did another thorough examination and you would have thought my car just came off the dealership lot it was so perfect. Great customer service, timely communication, and a job well done. Definitely recommend this company if you need body work done!

Excellent service! Plus, the owner, Jimmy, is knowledgeable and knows his craft. When we brought our car here for an estimate, and he saw that we were using a towel to help with the rain because our door wouldnt close right, he took the time to adjust the door so it would completely close. He did this even though we hadnt committed to bringing it back to his shop for the job. We thought this was pretty cool especially since the first place that wed gone to that day didnt make any such effort. They just quoted us a price that was almost double for that matter! As another courtesy, Jimmy touched up a small paint chip that he saw when we were picking the car up. This is a great family run business that I was glad to have found. I would definitely bring my car here again, although, I hope that I dont have to because car bangs up are pretty stressful.

Great repair shop, I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Houston area. They worked well with my insurance company (State Farm). My Truck was stolen after the hurricane and found badly damaged. (not enough for insurance to total it) The interior was stolen (seats, sound system, etc) along with other damage.My truck was repaired with all factory Ford parts. The repair work/paint was impeccable. It was a relatively complex repair and took longer than anticipated but this was due to differing external factors. The staff was friendly and attentive. Jimmy (the owner) is hands on with customers and does a great job communicating progress/issues. It’s just an honest body shop that’s committed to quality work. Mistakes/delays will always happen in this line of business but I can promise you it’s not going to be malicious from JJ Auto Body. They’re going to fix your vehicle to the best of their ability.Thank again Jimmy, keep up the good work.

Customer service is very good, the secretaries are very nice and attentive, but the job the body shop does is only so-so. There was an imperfection on the pain job they did on my car and the alignment they performed actually made the alignment worse... I couldve taken the car back and Im sure they wouldve fixed the problem eventually, but they just take such a long time to work on your car that its just not worth the extra headache, I rather live with the imperfection and pay the dealer to fix my alignment.

Sadly, Ive had to deal with many shops. The only great experience Ive had has been with JJ Auto Body. While having had my car damaged on over 3 occasions recently, I never had an issue taking it over to JJ Auto Body.Great service, quality work, and great place, they really make sure that your car is properly taken care of and also are very reasonable with their pricing. Everything went much better than I thought every single time and I definitely recommend this shop.

I dont even know where to begin. JJ Auto Body is phenomenal! I had a very long review and realized I needed to trim it down. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience with the insurance and rental car company and was very frustrated. Jimmy and Isabella were beyond helpful and took care of everything! They definitely took away the stress. I had been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and hadnt seen good old fashioned service like that since...I dont even remember. The work they performed was excellent and their customer service was beyond exceptional. This review doesnt even do them justice. I will definitely utilize them for any work that I may need done in the future.

This body is phenomenal-listen to my experience: I needed a new door and the estimate for my car was approximately $1,150. Jimmy, the manager, called me a few days before I was to bring my car in for repair and asked I come in and look at the door shipped to them for my car. It was the same color as my car. Once I approved the door, Jimmy deducted approximately $350 in painting labor and supplies from my estimate, leaving me with a total cost just under $800. The integrity here is awesome! Jimmy easily could have left things alone and pocketed the difference, as I would never have known the door came in the same color as my car. However, this is not the way these folks do business. Isabella runs the office and she is so friendly and so helpful and very knowledgeable. Both of these people are outstanding human being’s and run a wonderful business. Thank you Jimmy and Isabella!

I came in expecting to pay for some scratch work done on my front end. He took care of it in 10 minutes and didn’t charge me. He was honest, sincere, and welcoming. Without a doubt, I know I’ll be there again and recommend anyone to go here!

Quick service and very affordable pricing. I was hit by a girl that had no insurance and was in college and she wanted to pay for it(which is a blessing) but couldnt afford $3000-4000. They were about a third of the price and they picked up my vehicle, which was about 45-1hr away. I would highly recommend them.
