IPSC needs to stop taking advantage of their guards. I worked for them for 7 years. I had to quit because they forced us to do so much extra work that has nothing to do with security. IPSC forces their guards to hand out Cokes and coffee, fill ice bins, change fountain drink dispensers, take out trash, clean casino and record numerical readings from video poker machines. The guards are basically there to be servants. They even made the guards walk the managers dog at one casino. The guards are paid $8 or $9 per hour and are forced to do all this extra work. If the guards refuse to do any of the extra work, they are removed from the job site. The way these poor guards are treated is unforgivable!
