I just had the worse experience EVER with Publix!! I got my sister’s baby shower cake from them and it was hard and dry!!! No one was able to eat it! So when I called to the bakery they let me know that THEY DO NOT BAKE CAKES IN THE STORE!!! Like what?? They are shipped to them frozen and all they do is put icing on them!!! Then they only want to give me half my money back when I let them know how disgusting it was!!! I will not be going back to Publix and I hate it because they were one of my favorite stores!!

Thank you Deli Department. Ben & Tracey were very helpful. Tracey is a very kind n hard working young lady. I believe in customer service, positivity, time, personality, and work ethics. These two people are exceptional. Cleanliness is ALWAYS a plus in my book! Those two along with a few others are always working with a sense of kindness.Thank you Publix for having workers who CARE!!!

The deli does not have much to choose from when it comes to ham and turkey and cheeses did not find what I was looking for, the employee there did not have the knowledge on what he had and he kept repeating himself to the customer. This store has a lack of stuff what I can find at another Publix you will not find at this deli. For now on I will be shopping at the trace crossing they have more of a variety and doesn’t keep the customer waiting for a long time. Other than that the store is nice but the deli needs to be worked on. I also, gotten too plates and besides the chicken the mash potatoes they are skimpy every time I go there and they want to charge you 7 dollars and skimpy on the sides and the Mac n cheese.

Always clean and well stocked. The bakery here always has a good selection of breads and rolls as well as a wide variety of desserts. Produce selection particularly has more organic options than many other stores. I have rarely have had to wait in checkout line for very long because they have always seemed ready to open new lanes when needed.

The other Publix I visit. Same. Its groceries. Its clean. Staff friendly. More convenient to me.

Another incident of poor customer treatment. Enough for me. I will take my fairly substantial bit of business elsewhere. Best regards

Its a publix grocery store. What else? It clean nice and the employees are friendly.

Store very clean most employees very good. Only issue was at deli, asked if they had anymore fried shrimp, answer was “when I get everything else done”. I was the only one at counter at 3:30. Didn’t mind check back in maybe 10 minutes but not if it’s a trouble to get done.

Ran inside for a few items on my way home....found everything on my list. LOVE 💘 THEIR BOGO SALES!!!

The grocery store was brightly lit, well stocked and the employees went out of their way to say hello and create a pleasant shopping experience.

So, Publixs tagline is Publix. Where shopping is a pleasure. Sounds super cheesy and over the top, right? Plus it has been much to my chagrin that Customer Service is all but dead unless you are dealing with luxury goods and a 5 star service establishment

This is probably my favorite Publix. I love the selection, especially the produce section. Customer service is always friendly, as well as the cashiers. Never have a problem here and theyve never been out of anything on my list plus its conveniently located - Hwy 150 to the left and 1-459 to the right. Definitely recommend this Publix.

I had a wonderful experience. The Isles were wide enough to accommodate the electric cart and the array of Continental foods was nice. I love the BOGO items!

I see far too many people in this location being allowed to not have a mask on while they shop. Why take the time to wipe down carts if no one is enforcing masks. I feel these companies need to be held accountable

Clean, I was a little turned around but thats because Im use to the publix in hueytown and its set up differently. But other than that the lines moved fast and the workers were nice.

All Publix Re great in my opinion. They are just a little too high for me to shop there regularly.

Great for lunch & groceries. Skip the bakery. My experience was less desirable & although the cake for my boss (that I ordered a day ahead) was delicious, my 4 year old grandson could have done a better job decorating it 🙄. I called to see if I could pick it up early & was told there were no decorators available & needed to wait until my pickup time this afternoon; which is completely understandable. Imagine my dismay when you see the picture that I waited for a decorator for. Should have looked before I left, I know,, but was in a big hurry by the time I got my hands on the cake. I called from the catering spot in the parking lot & was told I had to come in & pick up from the bakery. I went in to pick up from bakery & was told I had to pick up from catering. I went to catering & she couldnt find it & was going to check in the bakery before I stopped her... anyhoo, as far as problems go, its not earth shattering so we just had fun with it. 😏 🎂🥳

Management should reiterate to all employees, especially baggers, to be careful with items like eggs, bread, or tender meats my beef tenderloin. Those items should NOT be at bottom of basket with multiple items stacked on top of them.

July: Although I had a great meeting with the event planning to make my daughters 3rd birthday cake, the execution was not good. They remade the cake closer to the way I wanted it and it looked better. I think they may need a little more design skills, but this was the best tasting cookie cake Ive ever had. My daughter enjoyed it.August: I appreciate Katrina redoing my sons 1st birthday cake. It was beautiful once she redid it. Katrina was very helpful and considerate but Diane had a picture in her hand of what I wanted and was a little rude and Im honestly not sure what the first cake they made was but it wasnt what was on the picture I gave them.( Wrong colors, awful sloppy design, and Im sorry I didnt know the difference between chocolate butter cream and fudge). I spoke with 4 different people about my sons Miles Morales themed b-day party and wanted a simple chocolate(icing) smash cake with a white spider web and happy 1st bday in red letter. I got a tan cake with brown letter that you couldnt red and a web you couldnt see either. {Of course it taste wonderful}I love this store but will never order another specialty cake from them this location! They do not know how to design cakes and will not tell you that!!!!!!!!!!!!

They always have great produce, great meat, and great deals on a lot of their products. Everyone is super friendly and helpful also. The only thing that bothers me about this store is how pushy some of the baggers are to push your cart to your car. I don’t need any help and would rather them help someone who does need the help.

Im really bummed that I have to go back to my hometown where theres nothing but Kroger. I visited practically every Publix in this area and, without fail, everyone was always friendly and helpful vs. the defeated and salty Kroger associates Im used to. I dont wanna go back :(
