This store was amazing! A friend recommended them to me and Im so glad. Its awesome to support a small family run business and the customer service was amazing. They were very helpful while I was shopping, offered a discount when I purchased multiple pieces and delivered it to my home and brought it inside for me. I really couldnt ask for more. While shopping for dressers online, I came across a matching pair at The Underground Vault. I called the store the next day and they were very polite and helpful over the phone. When I arrived a couple days later to pick up the dressers, they gently loaded them into my car for me. I was also surprised to see the size of their showroom. If I had space in my car I probably would have brought more things home.

Found this hidden gem online and decided to stop in. I just bought a house and needed to furnish it. There selection in furniture was incredible. I am blown away by the ease of purchase and excellent customer service. My house is furnished almost entirely by them. They are honest and fair and I am one happy customer.

I bought two gorgeous night stands on FB marketplace, since I couldnt go into the store- They got back to me within minutes, and I was able to go and pick them up the next day- The level of service is stellar! I was even able to pay for them in advance, so it was easier to pick them up! I cannot recommend them enough, and will surely be back once we are able to go out, and find more pieces! I recently went to this fabulous furniture store for the first time. They have a great selection of new and previously loved furniture and I found a wonderful sofa for my family room. This place is truly a underground vault being that it is in the back of a building and you can’t see how enormous this place is. I think the name is absolutely fitting because in a vault you always find treasures. I will be back and I encourage you to take a look. The people they’re extremely friendly and helpful and the prices I feel to be very fair.

Incredible experience! If they have what you need or simply want, you will not find more attentive service. I recently had the need for a used recliner. I found exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price, and negotiated delivery at much less then others would have charged. Further, I was in a huge hurry to get the chair and they managed to deliver in 24 hours! And did so with a smile, even though, I know it took some real finagling to make it all happen. Very good prices on used furniture.

I have been wanting to visit this place for a few months now. We drove quite a long distance to do so yesterday. While the people were friendly, most of the items are definitely not of good quality and way overpriced. Most of the couches have stains, the book shelves have metal pieces where glass use to slide. We have done cleanouts in large estates and are well versed in quality furniture.

Very nice stuff and the staff is awesome. They went above and beyond by wrapping my recliner so it wouldnt get wet when I picked it up, also lent me a strap to use. Thanks again love the recliner.

What a great selection and reasonable prices for used furniture at the store. They have some really unique pieces of furniture in great condition at great prices. I bought six dining room chairs and I’m very satisfied with the way they worked with me on the price and they helped me get them to the car and a pack them up to go! I had my 10-year-old grandson Freddy with me and the gentleman at the store gave him the pic of the toys and he chose a set of used boxing gloves. We both came out very happy and I would suggest a visit the store soon.

As soon as we walked in I was taken back to see that there were no adults present, but two teenage girls asleep on a couch. They only excepted cash but could call someone up and do a payment over the phone!??Giving this place two stars because the teenage girl who helped us was friendly and the item we purchased was graciously priced.

A great little place! Somewhat harder to find because theyre in back of a plaza, but its off the main road which is really nice. They had some great products and the staff were super friendly. They have a couple of different sections to check out. They have a Facebook page if youre looking for something specific. Definitely going to check them out when looking for new stuff for the house.

I came to the Underground Vault via a Facebook add. I came in looking for a specific item which I messaged the owner about and was greeted by a smiling and friendly staff. They were not pushy salesman but friendly down to earth people that were willing to negotiate the pricing on some high end materials. I would definitely recommend and return to this store with a wide array of valuables and home goods to choose from.

I cant say enough good about this store. MARIA has fabulous product, her prices are reasonable, and she treats people fairly which is what its about in business. She gets an A+ in customer service! AND she knows her product! And I have to disagree with the review that said its not easy to find. Im horrible with directions and I found it easy enough. I love going to this store to look around and buy. This furniture isnt the cheap made stuff its the real strong stuff like what your grandmother had. Built to last. They always get different things in so the inventory is always changing. They are always so warm and kind when you are there. They make you feel like a part of thier family and like youve been friends forever. The prices are reasonable and they work with you all you have to do is talk to them. Best part is they also do layaway so the stuff you want isnt out of reach. Definately a must see.

Great customer service. I searched many new stores trying to find a king bed without drawers under it. They were all so cheaply made. I found a solid dark wood bed just like I wanted here. They dont make things like they used too.I also mentioned a coffee table with storage my son wanted. She searched and texted me a photo when she found it.

Never again. I purchased a French Provincial bedroom set (King sized) several years back. I believe she was early on in starting this business. The set was beautiful quality and very old but in great condition. It could have been cleaned up and used as is but I decided to refinish it anyway. I paid a fair, decent price for it. Now fast forward to 2019. There was a bedroom set posted (Full sized) on Facebook so I went in to take a look. Now mind you I have noticed over the last year EVERYTHING that is posted is listed as high end. Granted some items she gets may have been high end at one time, like my King set probably was 50 some odd years ago, but these items are used. Granted some may still be in excellent condition but they are used. So I went and looked at the Full bedroom set. This was not quality. Very cheaply made, broken in spots and definitely needed refinishing in order to be used. I went in with a number in mind, that number quickly went down when I saw the condition and quality. I still liked the look of the set and was willing to put in the elbow grease for my child. WELL I asked how much and I almost fell over when I was quoted WAY WAY WAY over what I paid for a delivered complete King set! The son, I believe, was the one I was talking to and he called Maria on the walkie talkie to tell her about my previous experience and she very quickly cut him off and in an appalling tone said that the set was HIGH END. That was it for me, you dont speak so nastily in front of customers. This set was not high end and not great quality. I will say it was worth about $300 and she was nowhere near that price. It drove home the point I had been feeling over the past year from seeing all her posts. She has got very greedy and believes her stuff is better than everyones elses and she deserves top dollar. She charges ridiculous prices for USED furniture and it keeps getting more expensive. And if you buck her on the price she becomes nasty. Your customers are what makes your business run! I will never go back. Ungrateful, undeserving and over-priced. Beware!!

So, I am glad to find a place to make a review! First of all, this shop is quite different as they list prices on their Facebook page. Many places dont list prices and then you play the awkward dance of asking. Secondly, the photos are clear and you can see exactly what you are getting. I purchased a piece of furniture that had accurate photo, price listrd, and brand information. Maria was easy to work with and made it a breeze. I have saved her Facebook page because I will be back again when I need something. PS- delivery fee is fair and reasonable.

Poorly managed, if owner is not on site son is left to watch the place. Many items are not marked and if you want to know a price he has to call his mom. He has NO information. If she isnt there when you want to make a purchase with a credit card he has to call her so you can read the cc number to her. I dont consider that to be secure.
