I love this store Im there at least twice a week the only problem us the people who shops for others are like robots running around without a red or green light and sometimes the store us out of a item because the shoppers are everywhere I think they should have special schedule so everyday shoppers can get around without dodging the workers and maybe have luck getting the item before someone reaches over their head to grab the item really its expensive enough and have to dodge the [BULLET] u get my drift

I will not bad mouth the store / company I will just explain my experience I was looking for a handheld steamer I called the store down in Manchester they said that they had one we traveled all the way down there approximately a half hour travel to find out they dont carry that product in the store is custom order only that we asked for that particular order or item when we were on the phone you tell me how you would rate the store

Unlike most staff at Walmart locations, some of these folks are super helpful. I have asked an associate here about a specific product I was looking for and he wouldnt rest until I found what I needed.The four stars are due to a few things..The grocery selection lacks quality food and its often more expensive than the typical grocery store. I would love for this location to be a one-stop-shop but the shopping selection is very limited.Additionally, I often finding myself needing niche items and while they have the brand items, they often dont have the more exclusive brand items. While this might be a corporate experience due to the interest of driving lower prices, I would love to see more exclusive items.

Waited for about 20min. to finally be told they couldnt help me with my return because I had started the process on line. I think return labels should come with the item. I dont have a printer! I sent my email to a neighbor to printout for me. The man on the phone from Walmart was who told me to return it to any Walmart store.

They were out of rectangular clothes baskets that you carry on your hip

Never enough registers open even when there are 30 customers at closing they only have 1 or two registers open... and with that said they never considered the social distancing when it came to standing in line and still dont accommodate it. Where masks people, and please dont stand so close to me that your stepping on my heels. Thank you kindly

As usual long lines, self checkouts dont always take cash.Not all due to wal-mart errors I scheduling.Places are finding it hard to find help.

I do like this Wal-Mart(Manchester) compared to the Concord one. Stocked much better and not messy shelves. Fresh food/produce seem fresh😊. I did look for a simple game of checkers. Asked a very nice young man who looked it up and took me to where it would be, but there were none on the shelf😞

Prices are always great! Everything I wanted was available. Self service always gets me through the lines quickly.

Great options for shopping. The prices are lower than most grocery stores and they have a wide selection. This location does have a full grocery, deli and other supermarket amenities. It can sometimes be tough to find certain things due to how large it is, but really cant complain about the price. They also do have plant based foods here for much lower price than anywhere else around.

Very spacious! Not set up like other Walmarts. Similar to the one in Derry. Has pharmacy, Subway, Redbox, with a blue BOX!, Service Federal Credit Union, auto servicing, grocery pick up, self checkout, and now one customer entrance that separates the exit and entrance, which I hope they keep. I received friendly service at check out.I wish they would change the sound that goes off every time you walk underneath the isle security cameras! It is annoying 😡!Shelves were well stocked. Reasonable prices. You may want to compare prices between Market Basket and Walmart.Update: Thursday evening 🌆, June 2021; If you are fully vaccinated, you dont have to wear a face mask.

I returned some tires I purchased online. The first person working in the auto service center didnt know what to do. Fortunately, there was another person there who was willing to try. He was helpful and successful. He told me that I could have returned the tires to ANY Walmart, unlike the customer service person at the Walmart in Concord, NH who told me that I had to return them to the Hooksett Walmart because they have an auto service center. That was quite inconvenient for me. It seems that Walmart has to do better at training their employees.

This trip was for back to school supplies and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to get everything on my list and then some!

Staff was very helpful except that the cash register it was very slow second bullet belt with silken

More of what you did not go there for, less of what you did go there for! Not sure how they do it, but they seem to raise the bar with each visit on being out of stock or no longer carry what I need... Almost always leave disappointed, and you probably will too!

Since the pandemic started, Walmart is the only store that you can count on to still have half empty shelves and freezers, and make you feel like its still 2020. Biggest store on the planet, with the worst stocked shelves. WHY? No product, or no people to do the stocking?

Walmart is for your one stop shopping needs. No need to go to another store.

Good customer service but very busy at times

Most definitely not 516.00 a weeks worth thats for sure.The rooms smell like mildew and you cant even take a bath because the tubs are so gross.

The layout of this store can be confusing but it has so much to offer. They had plenty of outdoor and sporting inventory on the shelves and other walmarts are bare. Ended up leaving with 2 carriages full of stuff! Thanks for having great stock!

Worst customer service ever at the self checkout register..the girl had a horrible attitude.. her excuse for her attitude was that she had been working since early this morning.. can you believe it? I explained to her she didnt have to take it out on me..guess what she told me?? Can you please leave? The store itself was fine, I didnt know that it had a fitting room. The mens shorts were lacking in selection and the supplements were a mess. The employees were friendly

Every Time I shop at the concord Wal-Mart Im followed. I feel very uncomfortable. And this day my son was sitting in my cart covered with his blanket. And the greeter stopped us and made my son remove blanket.

Went in 15 minutes before they closed last night. The staff was still friendly, helpful and all were willing to go above and beyond to help me out. They all deserve a gold star. (And maybe a raise or a good bonus.)

Unless you want to be treated like a criminal, Id avoid shopping here. My sister and I checked out with an employee, not even self checkout, we had several bags and a small $20 bookcase. On the way out we were stopped and held aside while our receipt was checked. Insulting.

Typical Walmart. Good prices and weirdos by the plenty to look at, laugh at and make you feel good about your own self!

Its Wal-Mart, its a lot better than the West Boylston location you are less likely to run into the freakshows

Great selection of slimmers in the intimate apparel section of the store. I highly recommend the Jockey label. Easy to put on and very comfortable. The Maidenform was double the price, was stiff and ran way too small, for me.

Its a Walmart. Lots of selection, cheap. Primo water jug return is broken.

Concord Walmart is poorly managed. Shelves are rarely stocked, the staff are rude and the store is dirty

I was under the impression that Walmart matched Walmart.com prices. While at self checkout I noticed what I was buying was about $13 less online. When I asked the associate if they matched prices to walmart.com, I was told online is always cheaper and to get that price I would need to order online. When I questioned it, she said she would have to get a manager, so I asked her to get a manager. After she got the okay to adjust my price, she continued to tell me that If I wanted lower prices I should really considering just shopping online. In not so many words she basically told me and its too much work for the associate to match prices. How you have to get a supervisor and how they need to key it in a different way... she was literally standing in front of me at self-checkout almost blocking me from walking out. I have to say, she wasnt mean, she said this in an almost Pleasant way, and Im a very calm person and I stayed calm and forced a smile through our entire encounter. It was so awkward, I even lied and said I normally would have bought online, but it was a last-minute decision . I tried calling to get a definite answer on matching prices after the fact, but I was on hold way too long and had to pick up my daughter. I dont know if I will go back to Hooksett Walmart again

2 cashiers open with long lines..hope they can get some help there soon. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a simple propane exchange.

Walmart has always gotten a bad reputation but I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in the other day for a basic essential. Though there hasnt been an improvement in customer service, thanks to their speedy self checkout stations, you can get awesome deals, get in and out without having to deal with the not so good side. Their prices are great, truly great. I already shop at Market basket which cut my grocery bill by 30%, but this is my future store. Id rather spend my money on a safari in Kenya than pay for someone else to go!!Clean, big, inexpensive....kinda like my husband.

I wish they would have more registers open. Stock is always low for what I want. But I still manage to leave with more than what was on my list—all in all, the right place to find what you need for a reasonable price.

My beloved Jordan 5s were getting a little worse for ware, so after I snuck into the athletic foot ware isle of Walmart I quickly took them off, hastily found another pair of basketball shoes on the shelf, and then blindly swapped the new shoes with my old ones without anyone seeing me. It turns out the jokes on me because Shaquille Oneal found out that I stole $15 Shaq sneakers and he promptly had my house torn down faster than an NBA backboard.

One of the nicer Walmart Ive been to. Pretty clean and easy to navigate.

More likely than not, they wont have what were looking for. Most times their shelves are not stocked. 10 out of 10 times i go, they will be having problems with at least one or more freezers in the frozen food aisles! I have not been there once that they did not have an entire row of freezes empty and turned off or leaking!

This Walmart employees are exceptionally nice

Need to get people that know how much to order so at very least they have store products not name brand. I go to get savings but most of the time they dont have half my list. And it costs way more.

Was okay and not bad. There was a spill in one of the food aisles that I watched 3 employees just walk by. I had to actually tell someone that there was a spill before it was taken care of.

Packed to the gills looked like a 1000 red ants with masks on. Total recall 6 feeeeeeeet.6 feeeeeet.. Loved it.

Place is huge. Very clean. Decent selection of cloths but empty racks of sporting goods and bikes as to be expected with covid.

The employees are amazing.

Needs more checkout people. Only one register was open.

So much better than one in Manchester. Not as good as Target. But the night crew lady in sewing could actually cut a yard (square) despite improperly equipped and no personal protective equipment. #OSHA

Ive noticed that its much better and cleaner than the Walmart in Manchester, much less crowded too. What always trips me up is the stores layout and placement of departments. I would suggest coming here if you dont like dealing with large crowds and awful parking.
