So far, everything taste great.Naan, Roti prata, dosas... all great taste.Amazing choice of spice mix to make curries, biriyani and tandoori dishes at home. They have variety of basmati rice, which I wish they can sell it in the smaller package.

I was able to find products I couldnt find anywhere else. I also saw some items in there for a cheaper price than what I had paid somewhere else (tahini sauce-shouldve bought it here.) The service was also great, and very helpful with getting me things I want too familiar with. I have other Indian dishes I want to try, and will be back here for more ingredients 😊👍👍

This is a great little store and we are lucky to have authentic Indian spices and authentic Indian foods, here in Hawaii. The prices are good and the service is just fine. Surprised by the few nasty reviews, by folks that cant see that these young ladies are just a bit shy. I wish they had a store on the windward side, but I will continue to make the trip to town, just to shop at this store.

India Market is a very convenient small grocery store selling South Asian food items. They have a good variety of lentils (dal), parathas, paneer, rice, and frozen Indian meals.India Market accepts credit cards (including American Express), which is convenient! The store can get a bit cramped and the exterior looks a bit suspect, but the food is good!

Good place to get started if youre new at Indian cuisine. Its a very small grocery store with small supplies of both frozen and dry goods. If you plan on making a dish, call ahead for ingredients to make sure they have it. They make homemade Samosas there and they are delicious! I wish they sold more cooked foods that arent frozen.

Best selection of Indian & European foods that i have found in Hawaii. Indian foods from Fiji are interesting, but not always what you expect. They sell henna, metal dishes & cosmetics as well. The samosas are yummy at $1.50 each. Frozen, refrigerated & fresh foods & produce. Dvds available, too. Very helpful with advice & suggestions.

This place is one of the few places--if not the only-- in town that has a plethora of Indian, Middle Eastern and some Asian spices and products, food items and even daily, house made delicious vegetable samosas! Whenever I need Indian spices, fresh curry leaves, ginger and chiles, paneer, mshalale, fresh (frozen) methi leaves, pappadum, asafetida, pomegranate molasses, kewra essence, or even a sturdy mortar and pestle, India Market will have it all. Prices are usually better than anywhere else. Small parking lot, but I always find a space. Easy access and good store hours.

Small indian store for basic indian groceries. You can find most items but not a big selection of brands. You will be able to get that you want but given the limited availability of items you may not find it on that day. You may need to make another trip to find that item in stock. Overall it is a good place to find most indian grocery items.

This place is in a crazy corner on Beretania Street. The parking is limited and the store is small... However, most places like this are grand gems.My wife likes to come here to shop for exotic spices and food. Were always amazed by the customer service and always leave here with something... Most times, a little too much... But its better to stock up than be out of anything. Garam Masala anyone...?

The two stars rate i gave is for the halal meat they carry; though they are not the only people who carry halal meat here in Honolulu! My big problem with this store is the EXPIRATION DATES! when I told the owners wife, she claims that they got it just a week ago! I believed her, but the date is still EXPIRED so i asked why they dont check the dates before they purchase their stuff ; she dont have any answer for this simple question. Please check the expiration dates. even worse they intentionally carry things WITHOUT EXPIRATION DATES. The owner is an unfriendly man never smiles. but the the lady they hire is super nice.

If you like the asian condiment, spices this is the store. Some of the exclusive asoan products which you will find only here in the whole Hawaii. All the store agents are 👍 and helpful. Price wise its cheaper than down 2 earth howevrr bit costlier if you compare similar kind (not exact) of products in walmart or costco. Overall, i liked this store and purchased a lot from there. but some of the item price which marked price is in INR, but they are selling it in $, have huge difference (even considering the conversion factor and shipping cost) could have been cheaper.
