Lawson Station at Sheraton Waikiki is a great convenience store on the first floor of the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. Lawson Station sells a wide range of beverages, snacks, prepared foods, refreshments, fruits, ice cream, wines, gifts, and toys for the children. If you find my review helpful please give me a thumbs-up πŸ‘ Thank you!

Went to this location while in Honolulu, we were expecting the same Lawsons as Japan. If you are going their for the same reasons as Me, just go to ABC stores in Waikiki or 711 throughout the island of Oahu. This place selection is miniscule in comparison to the other two and a bit more pricier.

Same look and feel of the Lawsons in Japan, without some of the selection. Most, but not all of the anime potato chips, ramen, and suntory beverages were still in Japan, replaced by local faves like Hawaiian chips, poke plates, and Toro pancake mix (note: dont go to ABC store thinking they have this mix because they dont). Fun fact: this chain of convenience stores was originally American, started by Ohio dairy farmers and Consolidated Foods aka Sara Lee.

Good selection of things but every time I have come in here, customer service was terrible. I was either ignored at the counter or given bad attitude.

This Lawson is very different from the one in Japan. These Lawson are really just ABC stores in disguise.Rather disappointed at the selection of Ramen they had because i thought the store was going to be the same as Japan. But still decent enough to get some drinks before heading to the beaches.

Expensive, brutal customer service, took 4 cashiers 30 mins to process approx 15 people. Go a block or two over for any other convenience store and youll thank yourself.

Dont write many bad reviews but this place hates people. Thanks Operator 683564 for the only bad experience in our whole 2 weeks in Honolulu. Prices too high, bad service and generally untidy merchandise display - avoid if you can. Plenty of ABCs around that stock the same stuff and are nice people.

Lawson Station in Shetaton Waikiki is a Japanese convenience store, based on Lawson Station Japan. This store/shop contains practically everything you’ll need, crave, or want with a variety of items that span from wines, sake, teas, sodas, various drinks, breads, bentos, candies, snacks, mochi ice cream, Oden (awesome!), donuts, beach gear (sandals, inflatables, bodyboarders), and local souvenirs. One of the best convenience stores within its location. Well stocked, well kept in regards to cleanliness, great customer service. Keep up the tradition, selection, and customer service Lawson Station!

My pre-teen daughter and her friends walked into Lawsons moments before us (two sets of parents) and was screamed at by an employee at the cash register to get out, before the police are called because they were mistakenly accused of being shoplifters who were in the store earlier in the day. The female cashier refused to apologize for making accusations to the girls, even after we spoke with the manager on duty and explained that an earlier incident was not possible as we were registered guests of the hotel and had just checked in that afternoon and had walked into the store for the first time that day. Im not sure what occurred after we left the shop, but the manager did very little to remedy the situation with the cashier and only offered his apology which should have immediately come from the adult cashier who was wrong to make threatening statements to young minors without any solid evidence. We have shopped at Lawsons in Japan as well as during two previous stays at the Sheraton and were shocked to have this occur during this visit.

Sheraton Waikiki 1F.Basically, it is a convenience store exclusively for Sheraton Waikiki Hotel guests.Previously, we had rice balls, oden, and souvenirs tailored to the tastes of Japanese and Korean tourists.Currently, as of March 2021, even if tourism is resumed, there are almost no Japanese tourists, so souvenirs and daily necessities for Japanese people are on sale, and for tourists from the mainland. We are shifting to beverages and delica. Also note that it is open for a short time

Onigiri made with Japanese rice is particularly delicious, and there is also oden. There are a lot of small souvenirs, but it is expensive if you buy here, so I bought sweets, etc. one by one and tasted them in the room.

There are almost all things Japanese people want from convenience stores. There are many types of alcohol. Evidence for age confirmation is required when purchasing alcohol, so I think it is a good idea to bring your passport. With a Japanese drivers license, the information requested by the clerk Sun cannot be read and is rejected. There are malasada and spam rice balls, both of which are hot. There are many types of eco bags and souvenirs are available. Since its better to bring an eco bag in Hawaii these days, I thought it would be a good idea to buy it here as a souvenir.
