To get covid tested, online I submitted for an appointment but, never got an email confirmation. Tried calling their branch number listed on their site and the automated system said to just go in for drive through testing which I did before to another Walgreens. This Walgreens was different. One of the technicians mentioned I’m not in the system and regardless I can’t be helped because I’m not scheduled. Spoke to a manager who asked me what number I called which was the one listed on their website, which she should know. Long story short she repeated the same jargon of I’m not in the system and how the appointment online works. I disagree as I had a 70% success rate where I checked even my spam for confirmation. Because that system is not a guarantee I tried to see if I can schedule an appointment but, they didn’t want to do that saying the online system works. I left to find another place for testing seeing that they were not helpful in that regard.

Awful customer service.Called in to check on the status of my prints and was told to check in later in the week (they did not have printer paper)I call in later as they requested and nothing was printed, after receiving the email saying that my order was ready.They put me on hold for 10 minutes to speak to the photo department and I get a blaring beeping noise once I get transferred.Waste of time. Hope upper management sees this and helps them get their paper on time so they can have orders ready when their automated email says they are. Zero stars if I could. Zero service offered. They told me to replace my order at a different Walgreens. Im going to place my order at a Different Company altogether.GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE FOR FASTER PRINTS AND GREATER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will shop at every alternative to Walgreens from now. Hope this helps other people.

Had a simple question for the pharmacist or any knowledgeable employee. I wanted to inquire the turnaround time for their standard Covid test because it would influence when to schedule my test. I explained that this information was not available on line when I scheduled my appointment. The pharmacist refused to answer because she was “off the clock.” I was instructed to call back instead of just answering the question while I’m standing in front of the pharmacist. Ridiculous lack of customer service

As for pharmacy they didnt have my medicine ready even though I gave them a two week advance had to drive to a another one that did have it before surgery day. But as for refills now they call me when its ready and I havent had any problems since then. They do have good Halloween decorations !

I was accused of theft while leaving. Id absent-mindedly left my keys at the pharmacy and on my way out, a cashier yelled after me that I was stealing. No matter the receipts sticking out of my shopping bag. This woman tried to humiliate me in front of the whole store. Im switching my prescriptions to a different pharmacy; nobody should be treated like that.

About 3 years ago I walked into this store, and not long after entering an announcement went over the public intercom rotate cameras to isle 3. So incredibly demeaning and unfounded. Everyone in the store could hear that announcement and look over at the isle and see I am the only one there, and would easily think oh.. he is up to something. I am clearly not a vagrant, the only thing even remotely suspicious about myself is my wearing a backpack. As is very common, especially for student and a motorcyclist. Im sure there is a problem with theft in those stores, but that has nothing to do with me. It was extremely inappropriate, obviously I will never return to that store again, and I *try to avoid other Walgreens when possible.

Unbelievably poor customer service. The employees and manager (an older woman) from the late afternoon shift were hostile and unwilling to help when I wanted to return an item. They refused to process my return even though I had a receipt, the item was unopened, and the transaction was within the stated return window. I will steer clear of this store in the future, and given the number of 1-star reviews it seems like many other customers have decided to do the same.

Nice little local store...but they dont reorder/restock. Shelves are empty most of the time. Not worth the drive and parking.

I rarely patronize this store, because when there is a sale on dishwashing detergent it always sells out and their newspaper flyers have misleading prices for certain things.There’s more and it gets worse: I follow the social media accounts of activist Anna Sacks (@thetrashwalker on Instagram and TikTok) and what she finds in the trash is appalling and frustrating. Walgreens for example, will throw away edible food such as cookies, chips, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, and other merchandise like medicine and makeup for ridiculous reasons: they are near their expiration date, not selling fast enough, or are out of season. Same goes to Duane Reade stores which have the same owner— I know they have trashed intact Halloween makeup kits.As I grew up poor and still hate to waste anything, I demand that Walgreens do better for its stores, its customers, its underpaid employees, and the environment.

This location is offering travel flight covid tests that must be done within 3 days of travel, but they are providing test results on average of 3 days of taking the test. Customers will not get their tests on time for flights. I confirmed this with a representative over the phone today.

This pharmacy is total chaos. They are always running around like crazy. Never seem to answer the phone (Ive been on hold for 15 minutes as I type this). Seems beyond disorganized which is not what you want from a pharmacy. I miss the old one on keeaumoku, it was amazing. I wish they never closed that store and transferred me to this one. Looking for a new pharmacy now....**update** after 30 minutes on hold I finally got someone. And it is going to take 2 days to fill a prescription for drops they have in stock. Thanks walgreens.....

This is one of the worst managed branches of Walgreens- too bad the Kapiolani branch was closed permanently. The shopping area is a bit disorganized and smelly. While the pharmacy telephone prompt says no appointment is needed for flu shot, when we walked in, they told us that we have to make an appointment and no walk in is accepted (again, conflicting their telephone prompt); this is bizarre specially if you consider the flu season has barely even begun and there was no line (but one person) ahead of us. Next, they refused to make an appointment there for us directing us, instead, to an online system with a week of wait time. Well... they lost our business to Walmart (yes, a store that its not even squarely in healthcare business like Wallgreens). The local Walmart pharmacy easily and quickly accepted us and our insurance, and administrated the shot all the while treating us like valued customers.

My debit and credit cards got stolen and used almost immediately at this walgreens store over 20 times within 4 hours. Who would allow that? The thieves still used the cards again the next day. The store clerk seems to have bypassed the pin code to charge the card. I spoke to the manager and he said the security cameras were not working. None of them. Something fishy is going on involving store clerks.

Not bad.Always better than Longs CVS.Line isnt that bad- goes quickly but Pharmacy takes forever. I guess too many people come this place being in the middle of large population

This place is WAY better than longs drugs. They let tourists use the restroom. This is Huge! Alot of places want your business but dont want to let you use their restroom. Go figure.

Many things too expensive

These folks are doing it right here. Great staff. Tee put me in the right direction to get my passport photos done. Passport is other than U.S. so it took little more time. All smiles and very helpful!! Thanks very much. Three staff helped getting this done. Youve got my business!

Easy access and close to the apartment

The store itself is fine... its a store, yknow? I find that Target & Walmart have a much better selection & prices though (less than a half mile away on Keeamoku St).The Pharmacy though is the issue. Their technicians & the Pharmacist themselves are very discriminative & dismissive of their patrons. Especially disabled customers (from personal experience when I accompanied someone in two different incidences). I was throughly disgusted by their attitude & treatment of those who are knowingly disabled (since they were informed by the person of the fact). I actually will not be patroning this particular Walgreens from now on. They definitely broke several major anti-discrimination laws in these incidents.***Please note: The other Walgreens in the Honolulu area (ie: Ala Moana, downtown, Market City) have been fine, its just this particular store.

The pharmacy is slow and very un caring

I love it I can shop for snacks and their is a bunch. my mom and sister love looking for makeup which there is a lot cashiers and no problems here

Ive been here three times to get Rxs for my children and the cashier is condescending and the computer system has had problems at 2 of my three visits. If I can avoid the pharmacy in the future, I will. The front cashiers are always great.

I like this Walgreens because theyve got plenty of stuff that I need and its never extremely busy. Employees are usually kind. Their bathroom could use some work. Their paper towel dispenser is broken so the paper towels were left on three baby changing table. Im sure that breaks some codes and its pretty nasty.

Drove here one night recently to pick up some things and two drunk vagrants on bicycles started screaming at me from the front of my car, daring me to get out followed by a familiar epithet for, um, my kind. Employees could see us just sitting in the car but wouldnt call the authorities, come out to help us get into the store to actually shop, or even make eye contact with us (even though all of the customers inside did). Needless to say, I just locked the doors for protection and drove away as they screamed thats what I thought, [expletive]! Needless to say, my entire family was horrified. Avoid this location like the plague (possibly just like, from the dispiriting look of things)

Is it open for walk in to buy stuff

Never in my life had i been treated or judged so irrationally and poorly. I waliked in the store with a friend. While he was looking for what he needed I browsed for a micro hdmi cable.I did not see one and walked around browsing for another minute or two before heading out front to wait for my friend.While waiting I realized that I needed to grab cigarettes. I was so disturbingly greeted by an unpleasant elderly gentleman. This angry old man proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed in his store and that he refused me service. I was given no reason or explanation for this decision nor given the chance to even ask anything about what had just happened. Grumpy elderly should not be working front of house and dealing with the public if they cant act like a civilized adult.

Best Walgreens on the island, has most meds in stock, best pharmacy hands down Great Staff !!!
