Reuben, the head of the service department, was very nice and extremely knowledgeable and all around a cool dude. They diagnosed my problem accurately and quickly (same day) and had the part arrive from the mainland in only 2 days, when other shops told me it would take a month. Highly competitive pricing, and very upfront and honest about where the prices are coming from. I’ve been to 3/4 other shops, and premiere is by far the best experience I’ve had. I’ll be going there from now on.

Awesome! I had a coupon from Safeway for a $30 oil change and they applied it even though I have a large SUV because its a 6 cylinder. It came out to only $40 and they topped off fluids and checked and inflated my tires without charging extra. I had a few questions about some other things that needed fixing. They were very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back for other mechanical work. A+

A nightmare of 6 months for my 21 yr. old college student! Bought what was supposed to be a reliable 2014 Jeep and assured by Faith (owner) that it was inspected and reliable! LEMON LEMON LEMON!!! Vehicle has more time at Cutter Jeep dealership for stalling, electrical problems etc. Dealership does not stand by their vehicles and even ignores calls from those involved!! Allied loan, Cutter Jeep, and Premier have certainly fallen short with customer service, ethical and safety issues!! Faith you are a disgrace!! I will list a picture of the vehicle as the plates go with the vehicle in Hawaii, so that the safety of the public can be aware!

This location is so convenient if you are staying at the Hilton Village! I had a very easy time getting the rental car. It was clean and the tank was full. Would use them again!

I went here after looking at cars for a while, all over. Got a good deal on a nice SUV. After I found it online I went in and took it for a ride. The sales guy was nice, had no pressure, was able to answer my questions, and had the carfax ready to check the vehicles history. So i could see that it was maintained well and had no issues. Plus they have their own garage there if you need anything fixed.I am definitely stoked on the car, and glad that I found this place.

Great place for a rental car. Pretty expensive but very helpful staff and good place for a car rental in Waikiki. If you’re on a budget though I would recommend lucky owl car rental and they will pick you up and drop you off for the car rental.

Im writing this review as Ive purchased my car at premiere over a year ago now, mind you an early 2000s SUV, and could not be happier with their service or my car. I moved to the island and they walked me through the states safety policy, registration, and had it titled for me (mailed to me the following week) with tags to drive right off the lot without needing to visit the DMV. I get my oil change there by their autoshop and its always been hassle free to schedule, quick, and at an awesome price. Highly recommend.

Incredible humans and helpful

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but if I can save people from a scam so I should. I bough my first car ever from Craig and Faith. Long story short they took advantage of me not understanding everything and sold me a car with many problems. The second I drove out the shop both Craig and Faith stop replying to my messages and weren’t treating me the same way as they have before the sale. Ruben was always helpful when it comes to fixing the car and was always respectful and kind. Will never recommend anyone to do business with premier Automotive. They didn’t disclose all information about their vehicles, overall really bad experience I got stuck with that car and lost a lot of money on it. There are many other shops on the island do yourself a favor and check few more places before you move forward with Premier Automotive. Aloha everyone .

I purchased a 2005 Saab 9.3 convertible with less than 50,00 miles a year ago and I couldnt be happier. I was searching for a great price on an older convertible with low mileage for over a month and the two best deals on island were from Premier Automotive. i am very skeptical about dealerships and usually opt to purchase and sell to other individuals. I spent a long time searching and researching and passing over the ad several times before going to look at the vehicle in the end. The staff was friendly and there was no pressure; the cost was exactly as listed. I didnt experience any hidden cost and when I went back to get my papers I was happy to find they even paid for my registration which was due in the next month. The vehicle runs great and I have had no mechanical issues. Just the expected updates when reaching the 50,000 mile mark. I only wish I would have purchased my son a vehicle from here instead of buying a brand new truck. Mahalo!

Experienced and professional !

Sold me a Nissan Leaf, brought it back the day after I bought it due to it not performing in any of the ways they stated it would including a full charge of 90 miles running out after only driving 50 miles. The owner told me she was not liable for anything her employees may claim about the cars performance. She offered to buy it back from me for 3k less than I had just bought it for the day before. It has completely drained me of funds and time and her unkindness really stuck with me. I really hope they choose to conduct business in a better manner.

They do their job... Told theyd get vehicle out of storage tomorrow, but turned into 3 tomorrows. Owner told me only has a little dent youll barely notice but it had one dent I could barely notice, and a huge gash on the other side. Transmission sensors were bad, and electronic switches were broken. I found them when i was buying the car but i know i can fix them so its good now. But just be aware. Still have temporary registration, 4 months later...

Finally found my go-to auto shop. Under the dealership is a very helpful and reliable shop with great employees. Ive taken my car there twice and they have had me in and out in a couple of hours, quick to diagnose and kept me updated, also better prices than other shops Ive been to.

Great value on car rental

Rented a car for one month at a great rate. Rachel was super kind and attentive, they upgraded our car even. She also let me drop the car off after the place closed for my convenience. Renting from them again in December because of great service.

Went car shopping with my brother...long story short, Craig and Faith were awesome. No pressure. They just wanted to help. Very rare for car sales folks. This is why their business is growing and growing! I had a blast talking to them and hope to give them business in the future!

Purchased a 2015 FIAT on 30 April 2019 at 59,000 miles. Here we are today, well, really a couple days ago where my FIAT died at only 62,000 miles. The mechanics at Midas suggested that the only option is to replace the entire engine. So I would recommend to stay away from this place. Just my opinion.

I had a great experience with this place! I bought a car from them and they helped me from start to finish. Absolutely great service and they are very knowledgeable.

We bought two cars from this place, both of them were terrible. Engines lights came on both of them, all they would say is probably the gas cap and pretend to fix it. Even when we try and call them now, apparently Craig is never in. They pretend to be very helpful but cut corners at every turn. They knew we needed good family vehicles for the baby, shame on me for giving them my money twice.

A simple oil change was a super challenge to synchronize with my working schedule at two authorized Honda dealership/service places. Happy that I found Premier Automotive coupon on the back of a Safeway grocery receipt. I called them to schedule an appointment and was able to get a convenient time towards the end of the day. No wait at the check in. All done while I was shopping at nearby City Mill. Overall, very positive experience.Most of the auto service places use the opportunity and heavily upsell. Your car needs better oil, new breaking pads, this, or that... I was anticipating a sad face of the service person trying to show me their sympathy and enumerate all kinds of problems my car has that need to be fixed, but it didnt happen. ...thank you for coming, we are glad you found us, and come back when necessary... It looks like folks at Premier Automotive play fair. Thats refreshing to see in this industry.

I took my car in for repair they were so helpful, friendly and fast. I will always bring may car into them. It is a repair shop that i can trust and the owner is so hands on and helpful.

Either shady or incompetent. 2 employees broke their commitments. They keep cars in storage, unable to see or drive. We were in the market for a specific car that we saw advertised on craigslist. This business almost refused to help us. Contact #1: They said they had 4 in stock but all were at a storage lot, and we couldnt see them now. The lady got my number and said shed call when someone could bring the cars over. Contact #2: after not hearing back for a day, I texted their texting number. No response. Contact#3: After not hearing back for 2 days, we stopped by and met a guy who said the same thing: cars are in storage. After pushing, we got him to agree to show us the cars in 3 days. He was going to call us on Thursday morning to schedule a viewing time that afternoon. We never heard back and just gave up on this dealership. They sell a warranty for the cars that we were interested in... but if they wont even contact us back when were trying to buy a car, imagine the difficulty if were trying to get warranty services!

I wish we had never bought a car from this place! They have terrible ethical practices and are really nice to you until you sign anything, and then they do everything possible to not be involved. We waited for literally MONTHS to get the title, but then they wont give us a bill of sale (saying we legally bought the car) and so now we cannot switch the title to our name. They are all about getting money int heir hand, and then suddenly they are not interested in your business. We would never consider buying another car here and I recommend that you dont even CONSIDER going here.

My experience at Premiere Automotive was awesome! Craig & Faith were just wonderful to work with as well as Steve. Thier customer service was terriffic and I didnt feel pressured at all. I bought a BMW 328I and am very happy & pleased with the car & the way it runs as well as the inside & outside of the car. They also completed all needed services on the car as well as things that I requested to be done.I also got it for an amazing price!I would recommend everyone to check them out if youre looking for a used car at a good price & awesome customer service. I would buy another car from them & I told them were friends for life! They also pay $100.00 for referring someone to them if they purchase an automobile. The only negative things were they dont have an a/c in the sales office but they said they have one & it just needs to be installed. They also gave me a free loaneruntil my car was ready. We bought a car from this place two months ago and have yet to receive our title. Its unbelievable. Our safety check expires in a week and we cant get it done until we get this damn title. We have had to check every other day for months and its caused such unnecessary stress (while were moving to boot). I wish we never bought a car from them.

Friendly Sales Associate. But they were in the middle of cleaning up after the Tropical Storm Darby came through over the weekend, so it was a bit muddy. Walking into the driveway was a chore, so you had to be careful and watch your step. Also, the privately owned (probably the employees) cars parked on the sidewalk didnt help your way into the place of business when you have to go over mud caked sidewalks.Looking at the cleanup reminded me of the flooding problem they have in that area, making me question if the low riding cars, like sedans, were flooded out as well. Especially when the Beamer we were interested in looking at wouldnt start.They did mention they have another.lot somewhere else, though I do not know where.

Beware, bought a car from these folks back in mid July 2016. Dealt with Gregg the whole way through. After just relocating here to Hawaii we explain to him how critical it was for us to find something reliable since we just got on island. We bought from them and after a couple of days check engine light came on. We took back and Gregg said it was the spark plugs which they said they had done complete service tune up before we bought it. A week after they supposedly fix it it came back then the power steering leak and then suspension issue. These folks are just doing temp fix on there cars just to sell them. Stay away.

Unreliable dealership. Car was patched up just long enough to get it out the door. Everything immediately began falling apart. Unethical business practices. Took my money and promised the car would be ready over the weekend, did not deliver until almost a month later. DO NOT TRUST!
