While shopping online looking for a part for my Subaru, I discovered AutoZone carries the part I was looking for. I decided to see if I could purchase the part at the store rather than ordering it online. I called spoke with Kili. Although it was a longer than usual wait time, Kili was perfect in his customer service skills. After provided the part number, he was able to confirm the part could be ordered. He offered to order the part for me. I discussed having it shipped to home because of free shipping. He empathized with the part being pricey; I appreciate that empathy. In the end, I ordered online from AutoZone website because I found a coupon online and saved more by ordering online. Kili, excellent service. I appreciate your service.

Needed a new battery. The staff at AutoZone tested my old one, helped me pick a new one, and even installed it for me. They made it effortless.

They never answer their phone, and when they do they keep you on hold for the longest forcing you to hang up. I live in Kaneohe so I need to call to find out if they even carry or have a product in stock, most of the time my local Napa or OReilly dont have the products I need, so I call this Autozone which is closest to my convenience. Ive never had a chance to come shop here because the customer service over the phone is poor. It seems like the employees there are lazy or lack of employee.

Terrible customer service for the night shift. Man who had parts manager as his title on his little name badge did not seem to want to be there. Go to Walmart they atleast make you feel welcome.

This Autozone staffs dont even help me replace my car battery even if I purchase it at their store; my business goes to OReilly from now on since theyve done it for me.

I wanted to find a few things at the waialae location but the EDM music playing in there was so loud that I found it disturbing. I couldnt hear myself think, and when I asked for help the guy there couldnt hear me (of course) and I could barely hear him. Instead of lowering it he told me he was a DJ? And continued to talk about his music. I really was frustrated by his unprofessional manner. He didnt listen to anything I said about turning down the music. By the time another associate came around I already started to feel like I had a headache and didnt want to buy anything. I seriously had plans on getting what I needed and to even get some advice from the staff, all I got was a DJ that didnt seem like he was interested in anything but himself and his music. I definitely will not be returning to this store. Hopefully that person doesnt work there anymore.

They were the cheapest and fastest to get it in for my part. So I will be back if I need anything else.

Its a convenient location for most, if not all, of your auto needs. Staff are also helpful and the music is usually bumping! I have had no complaints thus far.

A group of young guys who are all sensible and knew their job well. One of them was helping another group of customers replace a tire and did so rather quickly. Another one immediately remedied my issue with having selected the wrong headlight for my car, then processed me within seconds instead of getting stuck at the till for five minutes trying to figure out how it worked as is my typical experience at most other autozones. Seems like these guys actually read the manual before starting the job, rather than reading the manual on the fly.

Im always a little stunned when i walk into this store. ALWAYS great service, fast, knowledable. EXCELLENT!So glad theyre in Kiamuki. Aand the hours....till 9pm! Thats crazy, perfect for me!

Sorry, my visit there was useless. I went in to get some info. Their computer system was down. The staff could not pull up any info. It seem the staff relied on their computers for everything. Even other customers there at the time that wanted to buy things couldnt. A company that big should have a backup system. Unfortunately I visited there on a bad day. Just giving my experience. Decided to go to a competitor... oh well

Just got back home from buying a new battery. I called other places first and either they didnt have the battery I need, could not install it for me, or couldnt tell me a time to come in to get it installed.I spoke with Chris here and he confirmed they had the battery, and would walk out with me to install it - and he did! Great service, and they even gave me a 10% discount that I wasnt expecting. And Chris really knew his stuff.I am very pleased and AutoZone is now my go-to for auto.

I believe the agent that helped me was named Donovan. He was very professional and helped me with what I needed. My car was awaiting for me in Honolulu since April and I was just now able to make it to the island and my car battery took a hit. Donovan diagnosed my battery, replaced/installed it while having good conversation.

One star due to parts that isnt available yet its a common vehicle parts im looking for that parts are being made that other auto parts store has. Only reason is that their floor jacks are lifetime but then again not sure how easy their warranty is

Came to AutoZone after MIDAS tried to charge me $165 for a diagnostic fee on my check engine light! Crazy! I had the best experience thanks to Chris. Checked my light and got out with a new air filter for less than $20. I appreciate how transparent and HONEST everyone is here. Thank you!

Pretty poor customer service. I was working with a middle aged lady who did show any appreciation for customers. I was more of a bother as she was dealing with a shipment or inventory. Good customer service is tough to find.

So I spend aboutb30-45 min looking around what I might need not knowing that they are closing down the register before closing so they can leave at closing. They tell me at check out card only. Thanks for great customer service not thinking about everyone else but themselves and for not saying anything or at least one reg to take both cash or card. Professionaly you close the store down everything fully functional till the min you are closed. You guys dont busy a sweat at your job or gotta think hard come on the hardest work you can atleast do is great customer service. Whats so hard!!!! Weak sauce

The night manager Baylee was amazing! We came for what we thought would be a simple battery change but we would quickly find out that alot of corrosion and other issues with the batter had come about. Baylee was extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend anyone go to this autozone because of their professionalism and how helpful they are. Great place to come and get pretty much anything you need for your auto repair and maintenance. Convenient location makes it easy to get to if youre in or around Kaimuki and Manoa. I was just recently there and Ben and Mike helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend checking this place out first if in need of anything automotive related!

Old Midas, new parts store, great stuff here .

There were only 2 clerks at 7pm. One was politely listening to a story of how a mechanic looked at a client car and diagnosed fuse problems. No transactions taking place.The other was listening to an older man talk about how he used to race cars. No transactions taking place.Including myself there were 3 other potential customers all holding various items to purchase.Thinking the conversations would become transactions, I stood in line 12 minutes !!!!!! With no end in sight, all customers in the line got frustrated, dropped our goods where they were, and departed at the same time.I am not sure the total sales volume the clerks lost, but I believe it was not an insignificant dollar amount that walked out.Clerks could/should be trained how to work with conversationalists and allow possible transactions to take place.

Had a bad battery cable connector, that had zero connection due to erosion. Came in to test the battery because I thought it was dead, and Baylee went above and beyond after finding the real issue. Awesome customer service and saved me an unnecessary battery purchase. Thanks boys!
