I came into the store to fix my phone that was having connection issues with my mobile data. Speaking with Alex, he assured me that he was determined to fix my problem. After a few trouble shoots and phone calls to At&ts tech department, he was able to fix my phone! Great costumer service. Please give this man a raise and a beer. Thanks Alex. Cheers.

I came in Saturday night to purchase a new phone, figured I would help out community business instead of shopping online, as I paitently waited for someone to help me, I was browsing around, I finally heard a voice of someone saying can I help you however, they said to to someone who just walked in the door and completely ignored me. I will not do business with a place that ignores their costumers, I felt this was extremely rude. I chose to just go online after all. This place needs better management and a friendly staff. I wish them well.

The people are nice. However they don’t know what they are doing. No one takes responsibility for anything. Still haven’t been able to resolve issue and have had to go back to store 4 times and spend more than 3 hours each time…RIDICULOUS.

I was a T-Mobile customer for 14 years. My moms phone stopped working. I needed to get her a phone quick because that is her only form of communication. Went to T-Mobile in the same shopping center. They did not want to help at all with our situation. I walked a few stores down into the AT&T store. Josue greeted us and helped us with a quote first. It was close to closing time and didn’t want to make him stay late but he insisted and told us it was no big deal to stay later for us. Long story short, because of him I was able to get the whole family new phones and dropped T-Mobile. Thank you Josue for helping us with what we needed. Thank you for staying late and explaining everything to us and being patient with us. You made this experience great for us. Would recommend to anyone looking to switch providers. Josue was friendly and had a great sense of humor. I’m upset I didn’t go to them earlier but better late than never. Ansley was also very nice and friendly. He didn’t help us with the sale and new plan but it was nice to know everyone that works at this location was friendly and willing to come up with a solution to any issue.

This Att store has a very bad service, they increased my monthly payment for no reason, call several times and speak to the store manager and they never supposedly solved my problem because they could not enter the system that called me in a few days, Wait and I never called, I called again and they never happened to talk to her, in short, very bad customer service, I called the phone number of the company and they could not do anything because of the unjustified increase that was put in my account. Very nice and clean store. Employees always helpful...so why the low Rating? Everything in the store is in Spanish, all banners all signs. Now I understand that its South Florida and the customer base is primarily Hispanic but, most everybody down here is bilingual. It is America, USA, not PR or Cuba or Columbia. Stop trying to bury the English language. Its rather offensive.

Terrible services, I was sold a phone that had factory fault tried to return it and they wanted me to pay restock fee plus some other fees... So now Im stuck with a phone I got barely a week ago that has defect issues. Shorlyne is the name of the sales agent.

I gotten several phones from this place but never again. The associate (who I will not name) that attempted to help my mom seemed really annoyed by my mom who went there with the hopes to activate a new account and only to later find out she required a hefty deposit so she declined. Mind you all this happened before they advised her of her deposit amount and the phone was already connected thru ATT but after she declined everything went downhill. What we tried to do was rescue my moms phone number because in the midst of trying to activate an account for her they tried to switch her number form MetroPCS to ATT the rep here advised to go to Metro and connect her old phone again. Metro said they couldnt so we went back to them only to get attitude and kept repeating well Metro didnt want to help. I said mom lets just include you into my account and we went to the ATT store in FL.City which Chantal was EXTREMELY helpful and had patience with us and in the end we reversed my moms opened account and cancelled it something this one couldnt do. And the associate here was 100% the other Corporate store couldnt help us but guess what THEY DID. My mom is now happy with her new IPhone 7Plus and her original number. Just go else because the young girls here and no as knowledgeable as the Corporate store. And what really pissed me off was that the other associates said but what about restock fees and the loss. They care about sales and not you!!

We arrived at the store looking to change service because the company that provided us with service was of very poor quality. From the beginning they treated us kindly, since that is one of their best qualities. They offered me a package of $ 175 for 4 lines, We put a self-payment and we have a child in college for what they told us that the package was left in. $ 175 for that reason. That was not true, after 40 days of service I find a bill of $ 400 to pay, the girl does not work there anymore, and the people in charge told me that they can not do anything at I would like to go to corporate. So they basically tricked us and they are not responsible for what the vendor offered us and promised to go to pay. people.
